NO WAY!! Jose? Really dude??? No I'm asking seriously,.... Really?

I add to this post with new updates when they occur or when I find old stuff that seems pertinent. I am posting it with less editing and commentary explanations than it needs, and will edit as I find time.

All information here is public information. We all know the connection between NY and TN has some dark secrets. Now we have the alleged Suicide or other demise of Jose Roman. Which apparently, has been confirmed by the queen of the hive of right-just-us-ness, however still no official proof to show or find. Just take our word for it, because we are right, just us, no one else is right, just us.

enter the gate keepers to wrangle the situation...

Chasing Truth

Jose Roman was never arrested for, convicted of any crime against children.   Never happened.   A TOTALLY different Jose in UTAH is the predator.   The other one was arrested for solicitation.  Neither of these men are the Jose who stayed with the Wells. His kids according to him stayed away due to his mental health issues.
The above statement was posted by Chasing Truth, against a rumor that was squashed for the most part about 9+ months ago, and again 2 months ago, and everytime the subject of Jose came up. I;ve heard there are people who do not recognize faces, my landlord does not recognize faces, one glance to the next.

My reply:
He was however convicted of welfare fraud with his baby mama, in 2010, NY and Connecticut, along with several others (I think it was 15 others) from NY who are also associated with several others from NY, if you catch my drift (when did Ally leave NY?) ....Now, last I can track baby mama to is to--->>> youtube in the last week, telling the world Jose is gone and it's all our (collective our) faults. Also before that, last I heard his baby mama had remarried (to an actual RSO), which says something about her choice in men...oh and they live/d in Newport TN (WTF is Candus?) ....Also a lot of those people , and others who also know, or are related to, the NY gang, Were Busted big time In a narcotics bust, indictment dropped, just a smidge after or before, Jose and Co ended up in TN and Ben Hill. Also of note, Jose's baby mama is /was related to the R Harris, from whom Ally gets the last name Harris. Been trying to get someone to pay attention to this... Her name, Mrs. of several names... is out now, she put it out, do some research! Anybody doing research these days or do we have to just nod and wink? And get the stink eye for knowing there is trickery a-foot? All this is public info BTW

5/31/2022I still question whether Jose is gone or not, no one has shown any official documents, which should be available. Apparently, someone knows what city, what state because she called a funeral home or coroner (across the country), show us a paper clipping. I have scoured the web looking for anything, a newspaper article, a death notice, an obituary, I know which states to look in. I have found nothing other than 2 facebook pages, alleged to be his family saying they need help and announcing a fundraiser to get him home. Now of all his loving family and all his mourning youtube friends, they have pulled in 120.00 of 1500, and 220 of 3000. I guess the mother and the son have different fundraisers , for different needs. I did read that, he would be cremated and his alleged ashes were what they were trying to get home. All these youtubers who thought he was heaven sent to Summer, could donate 10.00 and he'd be sent home in a pretty nice vase.

Find connections on this post by hitting the control/find buttons, and search a name most important names are highlighted with color backgrounds. At the bottom of the article is the raw transcript of Jose's interview with Chris Mc D of the Interview Room. I will get around to editing it to reflect the speakers in turns.

So lets just put all the "pieces" together shall we?

here we go!
In 2020 Don and Candus were not in good sorts, apparently Don had cheated, on Candus sometime before he left for Utah. He left with his older son/brother of Summer, sometime in the spring or summer of 2020.  Candus was left at Ben Hill with the 2 younger boys and Summer, and the grandma to take care of all alone. In June she took grandma and the kids to WI. In June, July and August of 2020, she was hanging out with Allyson. She took Allyson and her kids to the waterfalls (aug or before) she took them out in the kayak, I'm not sure where exactly but all the kids are there swimming and Ally somehow got herself into a kayak with Candus and a few kids, and dry cigarettes. They were picnicking at parks, and hanging out at Ben Hill, playing with puppies, and fireworks, and eating fried green tomatoes cooked by grandma C, and just having a good ole time. According to some version, there was a man staying there since March but we don't see him in any photos.  Maybe he was busy hiding behind a tree or a shed for an hour in need of his "privacy". Or perhaps he was busy cooking and cleaning the kitchen, doing laundry, etc to have any fun with the gang. His Girlfriend Ally, and his new adolescent besties, Hunter and Tru, cuz, congratulations! you just won a brand neeeeeeew DAD!!!! Or perhaps he did not go down to Ben Hill until everyone else says he did including the people he allegedly went down with. The caravan consisted of Hunter's father, Jose and an alleged 10 or 11 other people, Jose and his best friend for some reason rode from NY to TN in the back of a U-haul truck and they were trapped  and suffered with no air and the heat...poor dude! According to Andrew (hunters father) Allyson (Hunters mother) Candus and anyone other than Jose, the trip to Tn from NY was in September of 2020...also of Note, Jose says he has not spoken to Andrew for 2 or 3 years, ????? huh?   if the trip coincided with the NASCAR races it would have been close  Sept 18th - 19th 2020

I can't wrap my head around knowing he was lying about FACTS so much, but believing his opinions and "story" telling as truth! and making excuses for him for not being mentally able to recall FACTS!

Put him in the pile of *mistakes* along with DS jr. Also, do people not realize that a predator grooms the whole family not just a child? How do they groom?....fake helplessness, fake empathy, helpfulness, inserting him self intimately into the emotional and "moral" life of the target/s.
6 tactics of predatory grooming:

Target the Victim: ...got his foot in the door literally, using "poor pitiful me" tactics, and charm. Ally fell for it immediately! easy victim (Ally single mother who probably does not have that many romantic opportunities)
Create a strong bond: ...notice Jose claimed the reason the women let him stay was because "relationship wise" he was single and maybe they thought he was cute????? easy peasy to play that triangle game
Fill a Need: ... mr mom took over the house (allegedly) cooking cleaning, laundry, discipline, parenting advice that has the effect of demoralizing a mother passive aggressively. and allegedly, according to him, he was brining in $$ to the house (paying rent).

Access + Separation; He had access to all the kids, and probably offered to "babysit" the kids , besides just the feeding them and washing their clothing (which is a bit creepy IMO) He also told tales of Summer getting up in the morning before anyone else in the house and going outside to play on her swing and no one knew but him. That she would just go outside in her pajama bottoms with no shirt no shoes and play on the swing. The he had some fond reminiscences about how she loved that swing, it was her favorite thing, and she was always asking someone to push her on the swing, and he said most of the time it would be him, and she would be on the swing with no shirt and no shoes.....

Isolating the child. ..."Hey Candus remember that time we had to go find her behind the shed ....??????RED FLAGSSSSSS
Abuse Begins; Normalizing Touch & Sexualizing the Relationship: ...He cozied up to Hunter (according to his father, he became like a father to Hunter, and Hunter's heart was broken when he had to go(or when he allegedly caught Jose and Candus bumpin uglies) because he wanted the new daddy, (a pattern of Ally's behavior) according to Candus he was sharing inappropriate magazines and talking about secks with Hunter, he was also fresh with Tru (ally's daughter), according to Ally he hit on her on FB, according to Candus he was giddy when Tru was in proximity.. Jose definitely secks---ualized Summer... 4 year old girls do not need a shirt to play in their own yards! or a door on the bathroom, they usually need a little help in the bathroom. He was a bit obsessed with her "outfit" with the pj bottoms and the bare feet, and the fact that she would go outside in the morning alone while everyone (except for him apparently) was sleeping, in her PJs, barefoot and no shirt!! .

Maintaining Control: that worked until Daddy came home and reclaimed his territory, and then it all became a pissing contest! That "shyte" did not happen in a vacuum, it was a culmination of all the things! psychologically speaking where there is violence sex is not far from the picture!
I watched only about 20 minutes of this jerk talking about himself and his amazing personality, and accomplishments, and I was thoroughly triggered! He's a drifter, rode down in the back of a u=haul with his best friend (who is so far invisible) was he running from the law? jumped from a house with 2-3 single women with 3- 4-5 kids, to a house with another single woman (I pray she was childless), after leaving his own wife and kids in a messed up mental state. AND when he left allegedly spoke with FBI on the phone and then threw the phone in the ocean 300 miles off shore in Alaska...I thought he went to South Carolina but whatever. Also he was surprised to learn he was supposed to be in the Philippines with a new bride. It's all BS!!! Just like the lie detector tests, not admissible in court

Candus was a drunk bipolar evil woman with murder on her mind, she hated Summer, she was jealous of Summer

Jose was not

in the Philippines

Alaska or

North Carolina

Jose was not at Ben Hill for 6 months from Feb- March 2020 until October (according to Ally, Andrew, Candus, and JodiSue)

Andrew who allegedly let Jose grab a ride to TN in the fall of 2020 says he was in NY in March 2020 and can only say he left NY for TN in late August at the earliest Ally confirmed, fits Candus's timeline also.

Andrew has never known the whereabouts or much at all about Jose but he made it his mission to defend Jose, from the rumor mill with what some saw as more force than he defended his son Hunter. Telling stories of Jose falling in love with a woman in the Philippines, and moving there to live where he can only get to a phone connection once a month.

Andrew Hunter and Ally claimed to have "caught" Jose and Candus in the act and that was why they were mad at her, Jose claims no such "act of coitus" occurred.

Andrew and Ally, say Jose lied about the accusation that Hunter lost his virginity to Candus at 14 years old. Hunter has always denied he and Candus had a sexual relationship.

Jose claims he has not spoken to Andrew in 3 years

Andrew and Ally let slip the fact that Andrew was seeing Hunter during the summers in previous years, when he was 12 and 13 years old, but Ally had told 2 separate interviewers that he had not seen Hunter since he was in Kindergarten and they left NY for TN.

Andrew seems to know very little about Jose before or after the caravan to TN from NY, now he claims he lived across the street at some point and he doesn't really know much. Not his wife's name?

Andrew admits he adlibbed the stories.

Much of Jose's narrative seems to come from Youtube and facebook streams of chaos.

According to Jose:

Ally's daughter lost her virginity at Ben Hill,

Hunter lost his virginity to Candus at 14 yrs old

Donald was inappropriate with Summer,

Donald had sex with a neighbor lady down the road, in the front room of the house in front of the boys. While he was downstairs? where was Candus?

According to JodiSue the neighbor, Jose has Donald's choice of alcoholic beverage wrong, and the broken beer bottle was not Brown. She also says the events of October when the police were called to Ben Hill for a domestic disturbance are not as Jose is telling. Jose stated the cops said Don was apparently a "coherent" alcoholic, although according to the police report, Donald was literally falling down drunk, and the cops had to prop him back up, while the crazy MF was punching himself in the face.

Jose says the gun Donald had was a little derringer, and JodiSue and everyone else including the police report, says it was a powder loader.

Jose does not include Summer in his stories of the children, he tells where the boys slept but not Summer, he talks about the boys playing in the basement not Summer. He talks about the boys eating but not Summer.

Wasn't Candus in WI in June of 2020? I have been understanding that Don went to Utah and Candus went to WI in (around) June 2020. Andrew and Ally both narrowed the trip to TN from NY to late August at the earliest. Jose says initially Feb or March. Ally has always said they came in Sept late August. JSue also questions why Jose would say, the gun Don had in Oct. was a 2 shot derringer, not a black powder (Rifle?), but the police report and her personal knowledge says it was the Black Powder (Rifle?). Jose also claims Don was drunk but the cops told Jose, he was a coherent drunk, while the police report says he was falling down and they had to help him back on his feet, and he was punching himself in the face. The man talked about himself for 5 hours! The plot of his story was a time span of a few months at most, but he squeezed 5 hours from it, and returned for more last night. Why was he surprised to find out he was supposed to be in the Philippines? Didn't he go to be with his new wife, can't get a phone connection but once a month? Why did he say he hadn't spoken to Andrew H in about 2-3 years? What happened to H and A catching J and C in the act which why all hell broke loose allegedly...???? Remember the phone call to 911 from Ally telling the police she needed them to go get her daughter from Ben Hill

Why was he so surprised that he was rumored to be in the Philippines? I thought he fell in love and moved there and was out of reach for the rest of the world, only gets phone signal once a month when he rides his burro into the market street, to pick up the masa for the tortillas!! (sorry! I know that's mexico!) and snug as a bug in a rug, happy as a pig in poopy! .

He's a womanizer, depending on his good looks, charm, and "impeccable 'family values' ", to prey on vulnerable, women, who are flailing, usually in a certain age range, usually with a kid or 3, marginally employable, (milfs and cougars age range). He uses them to maintain shelter and food and wi-fi (a very important  commodity in the, I need a new codependent, ASAP, this one's done with my BS)) maybe a lil some-some?? In return he offers, cooking, cleaning, heavy lifting, lawn maintenance, snake wrangling and, parenting and marital advice (you need to leave that Ba$!@rd! always laying out the spread, the chance, he could easily fit in and replace the bad husband, and maybe a get a lil some-some?  Metaphorically speaking he grabs them by the Pu$$y, which is where they've placed their heart's as well.

He spends as much time as he needs, to groom these women, giving each one a little hope that they might be "the one". Might even passive aggressively pit them against each other because triangles are cool!

I had a narcissistic ex who told me flat out he liked to go to gatherings, and stir pots, and then sit back and watch the chaos.

Until somebody comes home from a trip to Utah, and sees right through your game BOYEEEEE, Just a gigolo every body knows...He just added a whole bunch of, wait! what!? to the already WTAF BS... LMNOP "script". BTW... The Philippines is in the Spacific Ocean, you'd think he'd know how to pronounce it since he's been there the last 9 months, yeh? Oh yeh that was a lie, Andrew lies. Well he bopped Candus, right?...nope? okay so Hunter and Ally lies?? Donald killed him stole his white truck right? other Andrew lies.

I asked Andrew, who is ROBERT HARRIS? and got no answers! You know Alli's other husband Hunter's "other daddy" Robert Harris who Ally says was a bigamist? already married when she married him? related to Jose, by marriage( not mentioned by anyone at all! EVER!!) ????? Robert Harris Professional truck driver, licensed in TN, Medical transport driver in Gloversville NY. Does Andrew even know Jose?

Where was Ally all this time when Jose was being such an angel? other than walmart spending food stamp money on food for Candus's kids???? where were her kids in the story?
I see why everybody falls in the loves with the Jose!! he's absolutely perfect (according to him) cooks cleans, well groomed and good hygiene, takes a punch as well as he can give one, defender of women and children. Too bad he poops with the door open!
ALSO!! He went from his wife, to a single woman (or 3. Candus, Gma, Ally) with children in a difficult situation (vulnerable ladies and easy pickin's for a user, oh and triangulation is fun dontcha know??) became dependent on Grandma to get to and from work, and even managed to get her to rescue him from Ben Hill. Ally's buying the food, Candus is the lady of the house, grandma does the grunt work!

So Speaking of Ally's Handsome Hubby, Hunter's other Daddy, etc etc.
Following the trail backwards to one of my biggest questions!

Larceny plea in Johnstown Medicaid scam draws 45 days, rebuke from AG
A partially disabled Johnstown woman charged last year with both food stamp fraud and conspiring

By Jim McGuire | March 10, 2011
A partially disabled Johnstown woman charged last year with both food stamp fraud and conspiring with her home health aides to scam the Medicaid system was sentenced Thursday in Fulton County Court to 45 days in jail.

Deborah Kontomichalos, 51, of North Market Street, was sentenced by Judge Richard C. Giardino on the basis of her December guilty plea to fourth-degree grand larceny.

Kontomichalos will pay restitution of $15,000 and serve five years of probation.

State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman issued a news release Thursday announcing the sentencing and declaring, “Anyone who tries to defraud New York taxpayers will face zero tolerance and pay the price.”

While in many cases of Medicaid fraud the patient is the victim, Schneiderman said, “this case illustrates another side of the picture where some of the people who are helped by the Medicaid program also exploit it.” In this instance, he said, Kontomichalos colluded with her aides to inflate the hours they worked so that the group could split the additional Medicaid proceeds.

Kontomichalos, injured in 2002 when her vehicle was hit by a public bus, participated in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program. As part of the program, the patient logs the hours aides work and files a report with the Resource Center for Independent Living, which then pays the aides.

Assistant Fulton County District Attorney James P. Riley, one of the prosecutors on the case, said authorities began to investigate last year after receiving some information. The fraud occurred between 2005 and 2009.

Riley said Kontomichalos was also charged with improperly receiving over $12,000 in food stamps between 2005 and 2010. She did not qualify for food stamps because of income she was not reporting.

She was originally charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree offering a false instrument for filing and attempted fourth-degree grand larceny.

Woman allegedly uses stolen debit card

JOHNSTOWN — Joyce I. Harris, 34, of Gloversville, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies March 2 with two felony counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and two misdemeanor counts of petit larceny.

Deputies said Harris was arrested following a larceny complaint at the Gloversville Moose Lodge in the town of Johnstown. She was charged after an investigation into a stolen debit card. Harris allegedly unlawfully possessed and used the debit card to make purchases in the towns of Johnstown and the city of Gloversville, deputies said.

Harris will appear later in Johnstown Town Court and Gloversville City Court.

For Immediate Release
Takedown of Drug Trafficking Operation in the Capital Region
54 Individuals Indicted for Roles in Distributing Heroin, Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine
NEW YORK – DEA New York Division Special Agent in Charge Ray Donovan and New York Attorney General Letitia James announced the indictment of 54 members of a drug trafficking ring for their roles in distributing heroin laced with fentanyl, powder and crack cocaine, and methamphetamine to Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Warren counties sourced from New York City dealers. The year-long investigation led to the seizure of approximately 2 kilograms of methamphetamine, 1.5 kilograms of cocaine, 14 grams of heroin, 4 handguns, and $25,000 in cash.

“This drug trafficking organization distributed everything from crack cocaine, to methamphetamine, to heroin,” said DEA New York Division Special Agent in Charge Ray Donovan. “We are proud to have worked in partnership with our many law enforcement partners and the Attorney General’s Office to dismantle this organization, and others like it, that do nothing but pollute our communities with addictive and deadly drugs.”

“Dangerous drugs have devastated too many communities throughout our state and claimed too many lives,” said Attorney General James. “As New Yorkers and Americans across the country witnessed the greatest number of drug overdose deaths in history in 2020, these individuals were allegedly flooding our streets with the very types of drugs that caused this devastation. Today, we are putting an end to their days of putting New Yorkers in harm’s way. My office will continue to pursue and hold accountable anyone who violates the law, and I thank our partners in law enforcement for their critical support in this takedown.”

Today’s takedown was the result of a joint investigation between the Office of the Attorney General’s (OAG) Organized Crime Task Force (OCTF), Johnstown Police Department, Gloversville Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Amsterdam Police Department, Schenectady Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, and the New York State Police. The investigation — codenamed “Operation Garage Days” — included covert surveillance and hundreds of hours of wiretaps over numerous targeted phones.

As alleged in the indictment, the central figures in this narcotics distribution network were Brianna Nichols and Michael Kuntzsch, who often worked together to obtain and sell methamphetamine and cocaine in Fulton County. The investigation also revealed that Nichols had various sources of supply for the methamphetamine and narcotics that she sold to customers who travelled to her from around the Capital Region. Kuntzsch had customers based in Montgomery, Fulton, Saratoga, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties.

In addition, Brianna Nichols also sold subscriptions to her OnlyFans account which allowed her subscribers to view risqué photographs and videos of herself. Nichols even boasted in one intercepted communication that her OnlyFans account generated thousands of dollars that she used to help finance her illicit drug trafficking purchases.

During the course of the investigation, investigators intercepted communications in which Sahib Braan, Miguel John, Christopher Mitchell, and Jordan Thomas plotted and attempted a home invasion robbery of a rival narcotics trafficker in Gloversville. The investigators were able to thwart the robbery plot, interdicted the would-be robbers, and seized a loaded handgun that they had planned to use.

“This case is a good example of how drug dealers have no jurisdictional boundaries and they actually try and use those boundaries to further criminal activity,” said Johnstown Police Chief David Gilbo. “We have shown by this collaborative effort that law enforcement will rise to the challenge and protect our communities. This investigation is the direct result of the hard work done by members of the various agencies involved and shows just how effective law enforcement can be when working together. This case also shows the scale of drugs, weapons, and money that travels through our suburban and upstate communities.”

“Drug dealers do not contain their violence and other negative impacts on our communities to specific jurisdictions,” said Gloversville Police Chief Anthony Clay. “For example, the resources in this investigation were leveraged to prevent multiple home invasions that suspects from other communities intended to commit in Gloversville. This collaboration among the various law enforcement agencies sends a clear message that law enforcement will rise to the challenge and protect our communities. The success of this investigation is the direct result of the hard work done by members of the various agencies involved and shows just how effective law enforcement can be when working beyond their jurisdictional boundaries.”

“This case targeted a trafficking network that was bringing dangerous, illegal narcotics into upstate New York and beyond, with no regard for the damage being done to the local communities,” said State Police Superintendent Kevin P. Bruen. “We will not stand for it. These arrests were only made possible through the combined efforts of our members and our state and local law enforcement partners, and we appreciate this ongoing collaboration.”

just everything gets really going in the wrong direction sometimes and unfortunate things happen so like you 9:42 said i i did the same thing the vetting and uh came across the the wrong middle 9:48 name guy and you know we're here to clear some of that up as 9:53 well yeah so without further ado 9:59 we'll bring jose up jose que paso amigo hello how are you 10:08 i'm doing well how about you i'm hanging in there very strong 10:15 okay so are you in a 10:21 okay are you going to be in a place uh and i know you're going to maybe come in and out here show what we want to do is kind of mitigate 10:28 that as much as possible so that uh you know we can have you know a pretty straight up 10:34 conversation here about summer about some of the information that's uh 10:40 floating out there and uh one of the thing 10:45 uh one of the things that uh you know we kind of want to you know just kind of do a baseline here 10:51 right just uh you know who's jose uh and you know from there 10:56 we kind of want to dovetail it into uh what you remember 11:03 and you know so i i just kind of want to start at the end 11:08 of when you left 110 ben hill wrote and then we're going 11:13 to reverse it for a second and we're going to we're going to go back to 11:19 the beginning okay but give me an idea to the best of your recollection 11:27 and you know me i you and i have been you know going back and forth a couple of times and 11:32 uh am i a straight shooter with you so far absolutely 11:37 okay and i've held you accountable on some things haven't i correct 11:43 okay so that said uh you know we are all here tonight for 11:49 one purpose and that purpose is the truth 11:55 and so you know kind of sugar-coating things or if you 12:00 don't remember just say i don't remember okay but at the same time if you do remember 12:06 and you don't share it okay that that's not that's not real good either right 12:14 you know because ultimately what we're trying to do here is narrow 12:19 down a scope of time and then in relationship to that scope of time 12:25 some of the behavioral analysis aspect of um summer 12:32 and i'm i'm not i don't want to go into heavy duty you know big time 12:37 you know essay stuff we all know that exists am i right or wrong 12:43 with with dawn would that be an accurate statement 12:58 it's more of a shocker to me right now i mean 13:17 and everything that's when i knew like it's bad like real bad like this guy has 13:23 been this for years it's not a couple of years he's been basically 13:28 doing it all his life so okay so le also one other thing if you 13:36 want to just talk let's see if that saves some bandwidth 13:41 um on your phone yeah i just wanted p i just wanted everyone to see that it's 13:47 really me you know not someone faking my voice or something 13:52 i just wanted me right 13:58 i think you're in a bad spot real fast hang on hang on for a minute josh uh what do you 14:03 think about maybe just having him just talk versus uh trying to keep his camera up for bandwagon yeah i think i think 14:10 the camera may be slowing the audio down maybe a little bit but um yeah it's definitely 14:17 worth a shot so if you if you want to just hit the stop cam button and just go 14:22 audio only um that might help 14:31 is it just like this or just shut the camera off actually it's working fine now so don't 14:38 try not to move the camera if possible because i think that's what's that's 14:43 what's causing the audio screw there he goes he hit the he hit the leave button 14:49 there he goes there you go are you here 14:54 yeah okay well maybe yeah you took it yeah it just jumps in and out a little bit it's 15:00 just the connection here is bad so 15:06 you know [Music] 15:20 if chris if need be we can run it through a phone uh if that helps any at all i know 15:28 that we wanted him on on camera but uh can he call you can he call you 15:34 yes put it in uh the private chat okay i'm gonna i'm gonna put uh his 15:40 number and put his number in the profession yeah hang on folks if you could jose i'm 15:46 gonna have uh josh call you and then pipe you in through the uh his system here 15:57 yeah because we we don't want to keep having this go no you can draw you can drop off here jose and then if we 16:04 just put a banner up at the bottom saying you know that we're on with 16:09 okay oh chris i wanted to say jose roman 16:15 not vermont okay roman got it thank you for correcting me 16:21 yes okay well we get that 16:26 set up folks like roman candle right 16:32 okay okay so i'm going to create a banner here 16:47 okay jose go ahead and drop off and i will i will call you and we'll run you 16:53 through uh phone line 16:59 okay so while josh is uh setting us up there 17:05 then oh i 17:13 jose you there yes i am there we go all right 17:19 is it better it's much better how does it sound chris perfect how everybody how's it uh 17:25 sounding in there put aloha in the uh in the chat real fast if we know that 17:30 you guys can hear everything and can you hear us good jose yes i can 17:36 oh that's perfect josh good job no problem good job 17:42 okay much better much better thank you so much we we really appreciate uh 17:48 your patience on that so um so let's go back let's 17:53 what i want to do is kind of uh you know stay focused in relationship to 17:58 you know some of the things uh that you remember so when did you leave 18:05 uh 110 ben hill road when what date was that or what month 18:11 well it was october uh from the receipts that i had 18:16 checked it it said on october 15th 18:22 okay and what year there are 20 18:28 20 i believe what year 18:35 2020 okay so that's like two years ago almost 18:42 yeah okay are you sure about that 18:51 yeah yeah okay yeah i would have to look at my basket and 18:59 because i have pulled it up when justin had asked for it and i had sent it to him 19:04 and i think chris that that report from that altercation was 2020 the end of 19:11 2020 yeah it was october yeah in that ballpark correct okay so 19:18 from there uh you left and we'll get into that in a little bit i know uh 19:23 you got a ride uh to south carolina is that accurate 19:29 correct okay and that was with uh grandma summer's uh grandmother 19:37 to okay rock hill south carolina correct 19:42 yeah okay so just in in that truck ride this is where i 19:50 want to uh ask you and this why i want to start here in that truck ride tell me about grandma 20:00 no pretty much was just talking normal things and just 20:06 discussing on what happened with don and you know her concerns about him coming 20:12 back home and break that down so she she was she's always had problems 20:20 with him always they always were bumping heads you know she said he's a control freak 20:26 he manipulates her he's always angry you know uh 20:32 every time they want certain foods or whatever to make in the house he won't he'd just rather spend other things and 20:39 just drink all the time and when i was looking at her you know i 20:45 asked her i was like has he always been like this or she said yeah he's never changing he said he's 20:50 gonna change and he would change for like maybe a good week or two but then 20:56 automatically he's right back in it again and i was like wow and i just most of 21:03 the time i was just begging her to try her best for him not to go back to my house you know 21:11 to make sure that the the order protection goes through 21:16 and just keep them away you know as best as she can and she is like i will i swear i promise 21:23 you i would do my best that was an exact word 21:31 how how long did it take to get from north carol uh tennessee to 21:37 rock hill do you think if you remember almost four hours i drove it about 21:42 who yeah i'm the one who drove her truck there and she drove it back home 21:50 okay and is that because they wanted you to leave no that was that was my complete 21:57 decision it was enough because uh my concern was if he entered back to home and i was 22:04 there one of us was not gonna come out walking 22:10 okay and we and we can get into that later if necessary so one of the um in 22:15 that four hours though what was what was grandma's state of mind 22:23 nervous and and what was yours 22:30 anger frustration 22:36 depression anxiety i just had a whole bunch of emotions 22:42 going through at that time you were you had a a plate 22:47 full of uh emotional dynamics would that be an 22:53 an accurate assessment or or you tell me yeah i was suicidal 23:01 out full-blown alcoholic yeah i had it real 23:06 bad okay and a lot of that came go ahead i'm sorry 23:13 that was my reason before leaving new york when i did 23:19 it was just too much and the doctors that i had spoken to 23:25 it was a pain all over them they all agreed and they were like you need to be 23:31 this place is a trigger you know it triggers you and as long as you stay you're not gonna 23:38 get better so i took their advice and i did it 23:45 and at that point in your life you you really weren't an altar boy were you 23:50 no absolutely not tell me about tell me a little bit about that history 23:57 well um growing up i had a bad i'm uh 24:02 i'd essay survivor when i was 24:09 um and that went over a course two years 24:15 and um you know after that i was wondering 24:22 you know who i could tell of my family and things but i felt scared and ashamed of it 24:28 so i really kept it to myself and then 24:34 hitting middle school and stuff i started to lash out started running away 24:40 hanging out with the wrong people and i wanted to start to sell drugs 24:46 and i wound up dropping out of high school on my senior year 24:53 i was at that time i started to sniff coke and i was smoking weed and drinking 25:01 and then i was also selling at the same time and then i was getting rest 25:08 and i wound up getting charged with a possession of a controlled substance with the intent of 25:14 sale and i wound up getting three separate charges for that and they gave me 25:21 three years running consecutively and i wind up being sentenced to uh c76 25:29 and writer's island that's kind of a comp that's kind of a gladiator school isn't it 25:35 rikers yeah yeah that's a rough it's a rough place go ahead 25:42 uh while i was there i got sexually assaulted there by six men 25:49 i was still based not even an adult i was like 18 19 25:54 somewhere around there and i was assaulted there 26:01 and then when i got released i met my ex-wife 26:08 and you know they seem to be a little better with her i wind up marrying her we had 26:14 three children once my children were born i just completely stopped 26:21 because i was just afraid that if i kept doing what i was doing somebody else was gonna raise them 26:29 if somebody else was gonna be called dad instead of me so it kind of like 26:35 straightened me out and kept me walking that real fine line 26:40 and you know what everything that happened with me in the past it was more of i don't want to return back to prison 26:46 you know right so i just try to keep a straight line as fast as i 26:52 could when you when you were um when you got 26:58 out how long did you stay clean 27:04 12 hours okay so you were 18. 27:09 is that right is that is that what you said i'm sorry oh no i was uh when i got released i was 27:17 almost 20. okay 27:22 what did you do three years out of uh what was your sentence can i ask 27:29 it was uh it was three years but it was one year charge 27:37 and the judge basically wasn't hearing anything and he was like you're gonna do them 27:42 consecutive i'm not gonna run them at the same time okay 27:48 and so it was basically one year you know it's like they release you but 27:54 they don't then they send you back you do the other years and they release you but they don't and then you do your 27:59 final year and that's thought it was yeah that 28:05 and that's the time they were stacking sentences is what that's called and 28:10 um so yeah that's a yeah you're gonna do a little more time so 28:16 when you get out obviously uh there came a point uh josh you have any thoughts on 28:21 uh what i've asked so far no not so much i i just um 28:27 can you clarify one thing i guess is that when you said when you said how long did you stay clean and you said 28:32 you'd been clean um when you came out you've been there i've been out of prison yes i've been 28:38 out of prison i've been cleaning since then so no number so no drinking no alcohol 28:46 no i literally just stopped all of that all i did was really smoke cigarettes 28:52 okay and but then later on in life you 28:58 you had a struggle again okay i just wanted to clarify that um but no that's it 29:08 yeah i mean um so at some point you come across 29:13 uh let's jump forward here for a minute now you you're married you get kids all the other stuff your life 29:20 uh is you know somewhat real a b it'd be a roller coaster that 29:25 would that be a a pretty good uh description of what's going on in 29:30 your in your surroundings your environment and your life as a whole yeah 29:36 okay and at some point and by the way i want to give we got to make sure that our our our members in 29:43 our chat and our our our subs you know from both channels we just want to give you a trigger warning if any of this 29:50 uh in any way shape or form is cause causing you anxiety or 29:56 you know uh any type of problem you know just maybe this is a time for you to step back even 30:03 we'll come back to it at a later point but we just want to be sensitive and consider it to you as well 30:09 because at some point it would be an accurate assessment right jose that you 30:15 you'll get to a point where you have multiple relapses and then somehow you end up 30:21 a friend of the um h's dad 30:27 up in uh new york right you had moved out of the city into the suburbs pretty much hadn't you 30:33 yeah that was my mother's decision when my mother was alive 30:40 he was like you know you had it rough everything that happened you know i don't want my grandbabies 30:47 to be affected and pretty much me and my ex-wife agreed we 30:52 went up there to go visit we liked it and we decided to just move out there 30:58 okay so break that down for us who did you end up uh meeting up there 31:05 and how did that all kind of uh unpack 31:11 yeah i i met andrew probably about 31:19 maybe four or five years after i had moved up there i had met andrew 31:24 and he seemed pretty okay guys you know 31:30 he didn't seem like out of the ordinary at the time i didn't see him using drugs he did drink once in a while when we 31:37 when he goes camping or barbecues and things like that you know but 31:42 never to the extreme 31:51 well because you know the way he looks now it looks like he's on something now or constantly drinking 31:58 you know he looks like he's under a lot of 32:04 problems and depression right now 32:09 yeah i really don't want to go there with him what i want to do is kind of figure out how did you 32:16 end up you know kind of you guys mixing together and somehow you 32:22 ended up uh down at 110 ben hill ray um um you know ben hill road you ended up 32:30 in tennessee tell me about those dynamics was uh and and let's get you know a little 32:36 nitty-gritty there in terms of you know what was going on what why all of a sudden there's this 32:44 you know move to go down to tennessee with how many people by the way 32:51 okay so it was uh andrew his wife i believe his 32:56 two children then it was a chef and his woman 33:03 and i believe her three children and it was me as well 33:08 and then two other people came those were jeff's friends that 33:14 he worked with the husband and wife he wanted to be friend and the wife 33:19 as well and they were the ones who actually um 33:25 ranked the the band in the truck to go down to tennessee 33:31 okay and what's the goal how that was they said they had a place down there 33:38 i was already going through problems you know and right i just had that 33:44 bed dressed basically like just please you know if you're going down there just 33:50 take me with you i'm waiting for my contract to go back to work because i was you know working out of 33:58 state at the time and it was only seasonal so and what were you doing 34:04 seafood um on a fishing boat in alaska okay 34:12 and um i just had to wait for my uh paperwork to come back 34:18 for you know to go back to work and during the time it's covered so you also needed 34:23 a special letter from them you know stating that i was deemed an 34:28 essential employee for me to be able to move freely into travel to go back and forth to work 34:34 so and plus my new contract because the contracts were based on four to five months 34:42 you know out of the year it depends on what season you chose to pick so um 34:47 that's all i was really waiting for but because i was there i was just so depressing and i'm drinking and

34:55 just crying yeah and all i was thinking about was just offering myself this youtube thing 35:02 just calling and quit so jose when when you were leaving there 35:08 you were the one that asked to go along when they when they were leaving for tennessee 35:14 what was in their their plan you said they had a house down there yeah that they had they already had a 35:20 house waiting for them um jack already had his transfer came in from 35:28 the walmart in gloversville they had his transfer from completed to go to 35:34 kingsport to work down there so he already had a job established there 35:40 you know so that's when it kicked in my gear well if he's gonna be working down there i could 35:47 find a little part-time job too until i leave you know just to have a little extra money in my pocket 35:54 so i never think anything that something was gonna go bad 35:59 i actually thought everything was already planned out and it was fine until we got down there and 36:07 all of a sudden just everything started to fall apart and then and you were going through a 36:12 divorce at the time was that is that why you wanted to leave yes absolutely i had just been 36:20 released from the meta from the basically the mental health ward 36:27 in albany medical in albany new york and i was there for 36:33 almost 16 17 days they had me there 36:39 and um they were that panda was the one that suggested that you need to go 36:45 and don't look back you have to go because this place is a trigger and 36:51 that's all they kept saying that it's a trigger for me and did they actually have a house set up 36:58 as far as i knew yes i just didn't know where it was 37:05 i chose we went along for the ride that's what i did i literally sat in the 37:11 back of that u-haul truck i don't know if it was a uh pesky well one of those trucks 37:18 but i was sitting in a couch locked in the back 37:23 for almost the majority of the ride so at some point you make the destination 37:30 and where did you guys uh pull into when you first got to tennessee do you remember 37:36 uh yeah we stopped at the storage where um [Music] jeff wanted some of the things in 37:43 storage because they really did have a lot of stuff so i didn't take it that the house was 37:49 like real real big but he just wanted to sort some things out 37:54 so he was like i'm just gonna get the storage we put everything here into the storage 38:00 because the people who have rented this in they had to return that back that day 38:08 and we knew it was a long ride for them to go back so when we got there we parked in front 38:14 of the storage we probably waited about an hour for it to open once it opened he went and got the 38:20 storage we drove he drove the truck in and we just unloaded it into a unit 38:27 and then they were supposed to leave and within the time we're unloading you 38:32 know jeff and andrew are on their phones and i guess that's when they found out 38:38 that the house didn't come through and all this other stuff they were upset 38:43 and then um jeff and andrew was talking well let's find a hotel at least you know so we could figure out what we're 38:50 gonna do because jeff already had his transfer and and he didn't want to lose 38:55 it so me and andrew we were 39:01 we walked a lot in that beaming sun under my shoulders were burned because i 39:06 had a tank top on um never will forget that 39:12 okay so just out of curiosity then the house falls through or at least it 39:18 sounds like it's following falling through uh how does the um 39:24 how does the wells family come into this at what point um andrew had called them 39:31 like after we unloaded the truck that we started looking for 39:36 the hotel room we must it must have been our second or third hotel we went to check 39:42 and he says i'm gonna call my son's mother maybe she might know 39:48 a hotel a cheap enough hotel for all of us to get you know at least two three rooms 39:54 and he wound up calling her and then she was like you're here and he's like yes we're here and then he gave her the 40:01 direction maybe a half hour later we met her in front of like a dollar 40:08 general or something like that and it was like right down the block the storage and that's when i 40:15 first seen that i didn't actually meet them until we were loading the truck for them to 40:21 leave and i said i'm not going back and i was like please talk to 40:27 your son's mother to see if she can help me find a place out here 40:32 you know i could get a job i'll pay rent whatever like that and that's what she had spoken to candid 40:39 okay so this is when you say seeing them who's them 40:44 this is ali and then who's candace uh candice her mother 40:50 uh ally um ali's youngest daughter 40:55 and hunter and summer so everybody meets you guys at this 41:02 dollar general store is that what you're saying yeah 41:07 okay and then what happened and andrew and them were speaking 41:13 i was just by the trucker sitting down resting and we must have been there about a good 41:19 two hours two three hours and i'm just sitting there wondering 41:24 what are they gonna do you know um because i just came along for the ride so i didn't put no insight in it i just 41:32 zipped up and i just sat there and waited and that's when jeff came back and he's 41:38 just like we're going back and i'm like what and he's like yeah we just gotta go back 41:45 and i'm like but you gave your keys to your apartment and all of this like where y'all gonna go 41:52 and they're like oh we will have somewhere to go when we get back and i was like well i don't 41:59 like um i literally left everything over there i don't want to go back at all 42:06 and they were like don't worry we could try to figure something out for you today so while we were loading the truck 42:13 like halfway through it just my mind was running and running and i just started to tear up 42:19 because you know you know my depression anxiety started to kick in real bad 42:25 and i was just tearing up and i began to shake a little and that's when i say andrew i'm not going back 42:31 and they were shocked all of them like what i said i'm gonna go on that i said please call your mother you know 42:39 after just ask her to see what happened and he wound up calling her and candace 42:45 said yes and then they wound up turning right back around to come pick me up to go with them 42:54 back to new york no uh candace and her mother and ally 42:59 came to pick me up to go to the wells house and andrew and his family and jeff and his 43:06 family they all returned back to new york we parted ways right from the storage 43:12 area from after they loaded up the truck that i finished helping them 43:18 we just split ways i went with allie candice and her mother and everybody else went back to new york 43:26 so i have a question you know that corridor right there is uh you know 43:32 a pretty notorious corridor for mule and dope is this a dope run from new york 43:39 to tennessee could it be 43:45 no not that i know they knew better than to bring that around me 43:50 they knew better because i told them i'm not going to care for nobody so i don't want 43:56 you know because a few of them smoke marijuana you know in new york if that's illegal it's not like you know in other 44:02 states where it's legal you see what you're like we're going to take 44:08 and even i was like nah you're not going to bring that no you know like yeah right 44:13 you know i mean you know they could push you for trafficking and i was like on them with 44:19 that and they were like you know what jose you're right and they decided not to bring nothing we just brought 44:24 cigarettes basically and you know snacks and waters for the kids but 44:31 no there wasn't like no drugs or nothing because that was really out there 44:37 okay hang on for a minute i mean you made an interesting comment just a second ago i mean you said i'm not going 44:42 to jail for nobody okay then you told them that okay 44:48 so that means at some point you must have observed something that did not fit yeah i was telling you 44:54 marijuana the marijuana because they wanted to bring you know marijuana with them 45:00 and that's what it was and i was like no like uh-uh like no 45:05 we about to cross multiple states you know it's already 45:11 it's supposed to have it here you know and now y'all want to go and drive all the way down there with you a 45:17 little bit of wheat you know a bowl pack or two or whatever the hell you're smoking or a blunt or whatever you know 45:24 and i'm like i don't want to be part of that because of my record from the past 45:29 they'll throw me up and you know they're locked me up throw away the key okay no all right no i'm not going to 45:36 jail for anybody please think about this and that's when they all decided they 45:41 were like you know what jose you're right so it sounds like it was going to be a drug run though 45:47 no it wasn't not to bring drugs down there it was for them to smoke on the way down 45:54 you know it wasn't no like the active like delivery thing no it was their personal thing for them to smoke for 46:01 themselves you know whenever we had a pit stop or something like that i guess 46:06 and i was like no just don't bring it you know we don't know what's gonna happen 46:12 and that was my main concern okay so i let's go 46:18 then to what date was that approximately if you remember and and i know it's been a 46:25 while yeah that i do not know i don't remember the exact date 46:32 and that's what i've been telling everyone i really don't remember the exact date i didn't even remember the 46:37 exact date i left until i went into my bank statement 46:43 you know and i'm like that's cool you just go in there and i'm like whoa oh okay this is the day i left 46:50 so even it was a surprise to me even okay well we and we can we can pin that 46:57 down later on here let's let's uh keep moving though for the so 47:03 you're there they show up and you see summer is that the first time you see summer 47:09 yes absolutely she actually walked up to me and shook my hand and introduced herself 47:16 oh really and i am birth first time and you know and i remember that because uh 47:23 candice had told summer you just walk up to a stranger and say hi 47:29 and summer's like he looks nice that's exactly what she said 47:35 and they just all started laughing so 47:41 at that point when you first meet her candace's response is you just walk up 47:48 say hi so right like any other four-year-old or um five-year-old at that point right 47:54 is um at that time i think she was like three 47:59 well that's that can't be true that can't be accurate i 48:04 believe three or four years old i believe somewhere around there 48:11 because this february she should have been sick it should be okay her birthday just 48:17 passed last year she would have been five in the year i was yeah about four yes 48:26 so you but you're at the house well february before 48:32 yeah i don't want this to get confusing real fast so i want to uh stay focused here 48:39 okay i want to stay focused so she's about four okay and that's your first impression of her 48:46 in relationship to her you know being outgoing she just walks right up to you introduces herself for something to that 48:53 effect is that accurate is what you're saying okay from that point what happened 49:03 go ahead hello can you repeat that again you cut off 49:14 the quit the question was um from that point on so what happened after that after she introduced herself 49:20 to you uh not much really i um i got to uh andrew 49:28 introduced me to to candice to the grandmother and to 49:33 ally i wanted to meet a hunter for the first time there as well 49:38 and ali's youngest daughter i met there and we introduced ourselves and 49:46 andrew was explaining to them you know what i was going through with my divorce and you know 49:52 and he's really having it rough he needs help he doesn't want to go back and candace was like he could stay in my 49:58 place i got an extra room and she even offered for all of them to stay but they all said no they wanted to 50:05 go back and i was like i'm just gonna stay i'm just gonna rug it out away from my car 50:11 and go that's it so we wound up getting into the truck 50:18 and we were just there they drove i'm just looking at the scenery and stuff 50:25 and uh hunter was next to me and summer was leaning up on uh 50:32 on hunter and he was on his phone and then 50:37 uh ali's younger's daughter was in the back seat as well and i was pinched up to the 50:42 door and then the three candidates her mother and ally were in the front 50:50 of the truck and that's where they sat and they was just asking me you know what kind of work i did and things like 50:56 that just i guess getting to know me 51:04 you there chris might be having some uh 51:10 technical problems i know if you guys can uh hear me or see me i i think i've we got you know 51:20 i think he's working through um some so what was your initial impression of 51:26 of them and did you have you seen the house prior to 51:33 to them inviting you no i didn't see the house prior no 51:40 am i in first impression where they were nice that was my first impression 51:48 and you know and andrew and andrew kept telling them you know he's really going through a lot you know try to be easy 51:54 with him you know and he was explaining to them about you know me trying to commit 51:59 suicide and all of that so they knew already you know before i entered the 52:05 home my my personal problem already 52:10 and andrew was like you know he just doesn't want to go back because he doesn't want to feel like that anymore 52:15 and they were like it's understandable and you know ali was that's why i left 52:21 cloversville you know it was too depressing over there so i moved down here you know and that's what she wind up 52:27 doing and i was like oh okay and and chris just to catch up to speed if you didn't hear i i asked him uh his 52:34 first his initial impression of all of them and if he had seen the house before he was invited 52:41 to stay there and he said no he has and for the people just joining us 52:46 uh jose roman is uh with us here on the interview room 52:53 that's see this is why josh is here boom right there buddy thank you you're 52:59 welcome you know the la uh the last question i asked was um in relationship 53:04 to out front meeting everybody and did we get that uh cleared up as to 53:11 who was there and that was going to be my next question how 53:16 how did we end up at one 110 bend hill road so did you guys already cover that 53:24 yeah okay and uh so what was what was your impression overall of uh the first meet 53:31 and greet they were nice and what was their impression they were 53:39 they felt sad for me because of what i was going through you know and they were telling me that 53:45 you know i had my three children i shouldn't be thinking like that you know because eventually my children might 53:52 need me you know when they're older you know that's the way they were talking to me on the ride home 53:57 because i was just sitting in the back and i just began to cry you know because i'm in the truck and i don't know none 54:03 of them it's the first time i ever met them you know so i kind of felt uncomfortable 54:08 a little bit but i started crying you know and uh 54:16 and whose truck i said something in uh candace mother's truck 54:22 and hunter had turned is that the silverado okay 54:30 his um and hunter yeah he he started the the initial 54:36 conversation he's like jose you all right you know and that's when 54:42 while candace was driving she had turned back real quick and looked at me and she had told her mother and out that 54:49 i was crying in the back and they're like what's wrong you know and i was just talking telling 54:55 them what was going through my mind and stuff you know and they were like it's hard we know it 55:02 you know but you gotta try to stay focused and things like that so they seemed real nice 55:10 and around what time in the evening was this i don't even remember 55:17 okay that's cool i honestly don't remember that's that's cool 55:24 so at some point do you make it up to the the house up there 55:30 yeah and what was your name 55:35 my first was the driveway that's right 55:42 oh my lord so and and then it was crazy because 55:48 candace tried to go up in the silverado and and the tail kept kicking sideways 55:55 and um her mother yelled at her did not tell you you got to put it in four-wheel drive 56:01 and hearing that i'm like what you need four-wheel drive to make it up this driveway 56:07 because i expected a paved driveway i wasn't expecting a driveway like that 56:13 you know so she wound up you know reversing the truck 56:19 he put it in four wheel and romped it right through like just put 56:25 pedal to the metal just to get up to the hill so as we're pulling up i remember just 56:31 seeing the grass taller than summer 56:36 like it was in the llama were sitting there and they were saying yeah hunter is 56:42 supposed to be doing that and he's like yeah but that's a lot you know and he was right it really was a lot 56:50 and he was like and i was like you know what i'm not doing nothing so i can help if you want a little help and he was 56:57 like yeah that'll be great i was like yeah why not because it'll keep my mind off of things just 57:03 trying to keep my mind busy so um we wind up pulling up and then i 57:09 remember seeing uh candace mother's camper 57:14 and the fridge and then they had a couple of other things like tires and things like that like 57:20 in a little pit or something and uh candace would say once in a while 57:25 they'll light that up and burn trash there during the night time nobody would tell you know with the 57:31 black smoke and things like that and um as we get to the house 57:38 i can remember where these dogs just swarmed the truck and they just barking 57:46 and i'm just looking at them like oh and you know hunter's laughing at me he's like oh they 57:52 they're all punks you know but he didn't say it like that he said a bad word but 57:57 he was like they all bark and no bite and then candace was like that's really because they know you 58:04 they don't know jose you know and i was like oh man i might get bit by one of these dogs 58:10 and i wind up getting off of the truck and when i got off i had all four of 58:16 them like in front of me showing teeth growling and candace and her mother had to like 58:22 yell at the dog to leave me alone 58:29 um in the beer 58:34 who's in the truck 58:42 it was uh okay so in the front seat it was a 58:49 candace her mother and ally and then in the backseat it was a summer 58:56 hunter hunter sister and me okay where where were the boys 59:06 if you knew at home matter of fact later on if you found out later 59:12 yeah they were at home okay so that's what 59:22 when you pulled up were the boys there yes 59:28 they were in the house actually okay and where did you guys park 59:35 uh she parked like right next to right next to the house but a little 59:41 after the porch okay and when you got out the dogs obviously 59:48 did their thing what happened next 59:53 uh we got out um punches took some are out they all got 59:59 out and they all started walking in the house they asked me if i needed any help with my luggage i was like no 1:00:06 i just picked it i was able to carry it on my own and i took it and they was like don't be 1:00:12 afraid of the dogs because that was my main fear they were gonna bite me and um 1:00:18 they just kept saying don't worry about the dogs and then as we go up to that front door 1:00:24 they had those center block things in that yellow will look like a scaffold type deal there 1:00:32 for like you know for you to hold with your hand and i saw that and i was like that's 1:00:37 dangerous you know especially with kids you know she's like yeah my husband is 1:00:44 doing work around the house we gotta fix this eventually and i was like oh okay and then i just climbing up the stairs 1:00:51 and i remember walking through that front room and 1:00:57 all you can see is just a wreck everywhere clothes all over the place 1:01:03 cups uh empty water bottles soda bottles just on on top of the tables of the tv 1:01:11 stand movies piled up and then they had two uh 1:01:17 clean sized mattresses laid out on the floor and those had the pillows and blankets 1:01:23 plus a couple of the kids clothes was there they had on what room what rooms were those and what rooms 1:01:29 were those mattresses jose the first room when you enter 1:01:35 okay yeah how many how many mattresses is it 1:01:40 and how many matches two okay 1:01:45 okay right next to each other all right were there bunk beds there at 1:01:51 that time no absolutely not okay 1:01:58 then what happened uh 1:02:04 that's the first time you go in follow me tonight yes then they were telling me to come 1:02:10 into the kitchen who was telling me you know uh 1:02:16 ally candace and the grandmother they were like come in come into the kitchen come sit down we're not gonna bite you 1:02:21 know like they were laughing you know just cracking jokes and stuff 1:02:28 and i was already depressed though right running around summer went right 1:02:34 where summer went straight to the swing uh and the boys was outside with her and 1:02:40 they were there just playing then was it daytime then 1:02:46 yeah it still was daytime okay then i do remember 1:02:52 okay then what happened uh then i went into the picture with 1:02:58 them they cleared off the table a little bit and i had sat down 1:03:03 i had extra water they had given me water and then i was like oh could i use your 1:03:10 bathroom and they was like yeah and then that's when ali had told hunter to show me 1:03:16 where it was you know taking it to the bathroom so that's when i want to get enough 1:03:23 you walk past that little bar thing that they have and 1:03:28 right there there was these two big six straw dressers 1:03:33 one on top of the other with a sheet over it and hunter was like the bathroom's right 1:03:40 here and he just pointed so i go and when i look it's just 1:03:45 the toilet the shower and the sink no walls no doors 1:03:50 at all and i was like whoa and they were like oh don't worry 1:03:56 nobody's gonna go back there you know i was like okay so i just wound up using the bathroom 1:04:02 and i'm just standing there like where's the wall at there's no door 1:04:08 you know and then i noticed the water heater that they had up in the ceiling and the pipes coming from 1:04:14 the ceiling and stuff and i just started to observe you know just to look around and stuff 1:04:21 and then i noticed their closet and all the clothes that was there 1:04:27 they had a a bb rifle there laying up against um 1:04:32 the sink in the closet um 1:04:37 i used the bathroom turned right back around and came right back to them 1:04:42 and i didn't even notice the stairs at this time yet you know because i just walked right back 1:04:50 and then i was like can i put my stuff away because the kitchen was clustered already 1:04:55 and i had a pretty big suitcase with me and that's when candace was like yeah 1:05:01 come with me and i was like okay and then i seen her walk to the bar 1:05:07 and i'm like there's stairs there and she's like oh yeah my husband's six foot you know he 1:05:13 fits down here same thing basically what she told you if he could sit down here still can you 1:05:19 and but i'm wide you know i'm a hefty guy and i'm like oh my god 1:05:25 and then hunter was like my mom pissed through there you know we all do and i was like okay 1:05:32 so that's when i have walked down there down those steps 1:05:37 am i sure my jacket i had on it had on one of the nails it didn't rip it 1:05:43 though but it got put on one of the nails and i was like that's dangerous and i'm 1:05:49 started to walk down the steps then i noticed the tv there 1:05:54 and i noticed a blue couch in front of the door and then their mattress was to 1:05:59 the back of that room and behind it was on top of center block and who 1:06:05 who's there who's their mattress who's their mattress um candice and her husband 1:06:12 okay go ahead and then um 1:06:17 kenz was like this was where you could this is this will be your room jose and 1:06:23 then when i looked over to the right the bunk beds were there okay and i just walked in there and they 1:06:30 had the bunk beds there and they also had another little mattress there too 1:06:35 but it looked more like a toddler's mattress you know but it didn't look like anyone slept on 1:06:42 it i think it was just something for them to sit on when they were playing and stuff like that so 1:06:50 so i just went i put my luggage up against the wall and then i just went right back upstairs 1:06:56 were there toys down there when you first got in oh yes oh yes after it was 1:07:02 a toy did it work like a toy a lot of choice 1:07:07 yeah pretty much so it looked like a typical kid's room you know like just a room for children 1:07:16 well that room for me didn't look like a typical kid's room but you know i mean kind of cool with all the toys and yeah 1:07:24 and with all the toilet stuff that's what i thought it was yeah okay so you thought it was a 1:07:29 playroom of some sort when uh yeah did they describe um 1:07:35 anything about that room or the parent's room at that point did candace is candace down there with you showing you 1:07:41 around basically giving you the tour yes yes okay she is okay 1:07:47 she was telling me that that bottom door never gets opened at all the couch always stays there 1:07:54 because it doesn't fully lock you know she had informed me of that so 1:07:59 the windows didn't have no tint in it at all you could see through 1:08:05 like you could look outside and they could look inside as well 1:08:12 yeah there's but i guess yeah i think because the grass was so tall you could have noticed it 1:08:19 but once you mowed that lawn is pure sunlight used to come in through there 1:08:25 right so let's go back upstairs now you're upstairs um 1:08:31 from the dungeon is what i call it and 1:08:37 this is uh like the first night or you're just kind of getting to know everybody 1:08:42 uh at what point uh does is ally staying there at this time by 1:08:49 the way yes uh she was actually uh staying with her kids for the weekend 1:08:56 okay and were they sleeping do you know where did they end up sleeping 1:09:02 upstairs like they all bunched up upstairs okay like a big slumber party you could 1:09:09 say yeah it was just a big slumber party okay and all of them 1:09:14 up there is ally's mom there yeah but she slept in her camper 1:09:22 oh i mean that's canada while she is that ally's mom or candy yes mom no candace's mom 1:09:28 okay uh how about ali she wasn't there 1:09:34 okay okay i didn't meet uh ally's mother and grandmother and great-grandmother 1:09:42 until i was there for a little while probably maybe like a week or two before i actually met them 1:09:49 so they had been they had been kicking it there before you even got there 1:09:54 yeah i believe so yes okay yeah 1:10:00 so did everybody kind of have a uh sleeping you know quarters uh staked out 1:10:07 where am i you know yes okay that's a good way of putting it 1:10:13 yeah okay and just like 1:10:18 a big you know crash house uh or other 1:10:27 excuse is me like a big crash house are there 1:10:32 other people coming and going you know i mean not that first night but the more you stayed there were there no 1:10:39 other cars coming up there were there you know other things going on no 1:10:44 no no not at all was candice getting hammered at night 1:10:49 was candace getting drunk at night yeah after five o'clock 1:10:56 so every night after five or or just a few nights after five you tell me 1:11:03 yeah probably like a few nights but as you know her and dog started to get into 1:11:09 the fights over the phone it started to become every single night 1:11:15 when i started calling every night was don calling every night she would 1:11:20 call she was calling him not the other way around he didn't call she called him 1:11:27 okay okay and what what was your impression of that why did she have to do that 1:11:34 yeah i most of the time that she called them was for money to buy food for the house 1:11:42 and then they'll wind up arguing because he's pushing for her to move up to utah and she 1:11:50 she'll drop the f-bombs left and right and no i'm not going you know 1:11:57 yeah yeah so those are basically that right there 1:12:03 okay and what about the kids during this time who's uh during all the the flowing of the 1:12:09 alcohol and all the i'm assuming there's got to be some dope involved in this too bright 1:12:15 somewhere no no is there any marijuana and anybody smoking marijuana up there 1:12:23 nope no just alcohol and cigarettes 1:12:28 okay alcohol and cigarettes and yeah so 1:12:33 go ahead that was all they were doing 1:12:40 okay and you say they who's they we will all be watching them it wouldn't be like 1:12:46 none of us are watching them but their kids had their own routines at the time 1:12:51 you know they watch their own shows uh they will play on their phone on the video games 1:12:58 or they'll go outside and play you know and when they were hungry they would just come in we're hungry and then 1:13:04 candace would be like we'll grab a pizza and put it in there you know you know what to do 1:13:09 and they would just do it themselves jose was there any so 1:13:15 dope aside were there any oh were there any opioids i mean 1:13:20 were they taking pills and drinking i mean i 1:13:25 i i take your word for what you're saying but i would find it hard to believe that they weren't doing anything 1:13:31 other than just alcohol and cigarettes oh no in front of me that's all they was 1:13:37 i didn't see them taking those pills or anything the only one who took pills was a candice mother but 1:13:45 she had a lot of pills like a whole bunch of different medications so 1:13:51 i'm thinking cholesterol blood pressure you know all these other you know because i have 1:13:57 family that take multiple pills so he would come out with like a little bag 1:14:03 and it's a whole bunch of different pills and she will always say i have to take this damn stuff every day and i 1:14:09 don't really like it it makes me feel weird and 1:14:15 that was her main complaint but she didn't drink candice mother was the only one that did 1:14:20 not drink she did she would not drink at all she will 1:14:26 always fight if anyone drank and and chris let me let me just ask you 1:14:32 really fast too was your experience similar to jose's when it came to the dogs when you first 1:14:38 arrived on that property yeah they were everywhere they came out of the woods 1:14:43 barking and somewhat aggressive they came right at the truck they came right at me 1:14:48 right when i got out and that's why karen stayed in the truck right so so yeah so he hit that one on the 1:14:55 head yeah that piece of the puzzle um so 1:15:00 you could that's a great that was a great question too josh did you got more on that go ahead well it just it uh you 1:15:07 know we talk about how they say stranger abduction and it seems to me that if a stranger 1:15:13 walked up on that hill he would have been greeted the same way both of you were agreeing oh absolutely believe that 1:15:20 without that's 100 correct they would have definitely went up to 1:15:26 whoever it was the only way they wouldn't come up to you like that is if they knew who you 1:15:32 were right and how long did it take the dogs to get used to you 1:15:37 a couple a few days two three days yeah 1:15:43 strangers aren't walking i even made this yeah i remember 1:15:49 telling candace you need a zoo license i mean there were there were cats dogs 1:15:54 you know they were everywhere they were everywhere in there okay even if they don't you make it 1:16:00 i'm sorry chris no go ahead say it again i was uh jose even if they knew you 1:16:06 and you came up would they bark when like cars would come home and stuff no 1:16:11 if they knew who you were they wouldn't bark but they would approach the car 1:16:18 would approach you but they wouldn't like growl or or bark you know 1:16:25 so while you were there uh jose just kind of shift them back here 1:16:33 the breakdown of where everybody's drinking 1:16:38 at what point would uh you know the tolerance level kick in and everybody pass out 1:16:46 i would be the first one to pass out yeah be the first one to knock out i was 1:16:54 you know going through a lot yeah so i just went downstairs and just 1:17:00 slept but it's like 8 30 9 at night i'm in bed 1:17:06 already ready to talk out and they would still be up in the kitchen laughing you know playing music 1:17:16 kids running around having fun you know where the children are where are the 1:17:22 children at this point just in the front room playing yeah watching 1:17:29 tv what kind of video games did they play 1:17:37 um one of them was like a racing game on on the phone 1:17:42 um another one was a puzzle game or something like that 1:17:49 but i heard there was a couple of more but i never like really was in the 1:17:54 phone games or anything like that so i really been paying mine 1:17:59 but the boys made m but the boys made me in the racing game on the phone 1:18:10 what kind of games did the kids play they used 1:18:17 excuse me you asked what kind of games they played yeah meaning outside games kids games 1:18:26 oh hide and go seek uh they played on the swing tag 1:18:32 they played with their soccer ball uh the boys would throw their footballs 1:18:37 around sometimes you know and they really wanted to ride their bikes 1:18:44 you know that was when i knew they had dirt bikes when i found that out but candace wouldn't let them drive it 1:18:51 she kept saying you have to wait for your dad to come back and that was their main focus was their 1:18:57 bikes but those were the games they played typically 1:19:03 so they wanted to get on those dirt bikes mm-hmm and when you saw them play hide 1:19:09 and seek what would they do where would they go 1:19:15 in the house outside in candace mother camper [Music] 1:19:21 in the fridge i remember the first time i saw someone in that fridge that 1:19:27 freaked me out tell me about you knocked off the fridge lock okay so 1:19:32 i was sitting outside towards uh 1:19:38 candace mother camper and it was like this little crate thing there and i was 1:19:44 just sitting there smoking a cigarette and i could i remember the boys running 1:19:49 outside and they're like jose did you see summer and i'm like no why 1:19:55 oh we playing hide and seek and i was like oh okay i was like well i 1:20:00 didn't see her maybe she's in the house and they're like no we checked in the house so i got up and i said so she's out here 1:20:08 somewhere hiding and they're like yeah we got to find her and i was like isn't it like dangerous 1:20:15 like would she leave real far because this is the first first time they're 1:20:21 playing this you know and i'm finding out and they're like no usually she's around here hi to behind the tree or 1:20:26 something and i was like oh okay and so as the boys start walking to the 1:20:33 shed to check over towards that way all i did was turn my head 1:20:38 and i could see summer peeking out of the door of the fridge 1:20:44 and i was like what is she doing and i wind up walking over to it and she had 1:20:50 closed it and i was afraid that it was slide left or right what what's 1:20:55 jose what side left or right yeah the fridge it was uh 1:21:01 well i was sitting that on place in the house it would have been to my left 1:21:06 okay but what side is she peeking out when you say to your left i know some 1:21:12 reference okay she's peeking out of the door she like 1:21:17 she opened the door she's peeking it because you know when you open the fridge door it opens up through the bottom 1:21:24 so she just cracked it and stuck her head out and looked over okay do you remember if it was the left or the right 1:21:30 door i don't remember which door it was 1:21:37 okay that's fine that's fine then what happened uh she wanted to peek him out and uh one 1:21:44 walking over there and i'm like summer and the boys was like oh you found her 1:21:49 oh she's in there again and that's what they said and i'm like oh my god and i'm looking at that and i 1:21:56 was like that doesn't lock and they're like no it's broken like we always use that and i was like oh okay 1:22:04 so she was running out is that the voicing all of them yeah the boys too were 1:22:11 saying that so they used it too them boys used to fit in there i don't 1:22:16 know how they did it but they fit in there okay and what about 1:22:22 candace what is what is her reaction during all of this or where is she what's going on 1:22:28 inside of the house sitting on the kitchen table 1:22:34 okay sitting at the kitchen table and is she aware that they're that summer's been hiding into that 1:22:39 fridge before oh yeah yeah how do you know that 1:22:46 because she used to always tell them go play hide and go seek go outside go play you know and she knew that she already 1:22:53 had been in that fridge a few times and she was like i used to argue with her but you know the fridge opens ain't 1:23:00 nothing bad gonna happen to her in there so i just gave up arguing with her about it 1:23:07 so you argued with her about her hiding in that fridge is that what you're saying no no that candidate said she gave up 1:23:15 arguing with her about hiding in the fridge oh so the mom and mom and daughter 1:23:22 had a conversation in the past did you hear that have you ever heard that 1:23:27 no did you believe it yeah 1:23:33 about about summer having a conversation with candace about 1:23:40 hiding in the fridge oh i i did the way she was saying that i 1:23:47 believe that she did talk to summer about the fridge okay 1:23:52 but then candace was like she just gave up and she was like she's not gonna get hurt in there i already checked the 1:23:58 fridge everything's fine you know it opens closes it doesn't lock lock there uh okay 1:24:06 you know i really didn't think nothing of it okay when these when the kids were playing 1:24:13 uh hide and go seek and things like that just around the house how rough 1:24:19 were they with each other not real rough but just like normal kids 1:24:27 after this happened you know maybe one um like uh one time wyatt was running real 1:24:33 quick and he tried and he was running around to hook around the corner of the house 1:24:39 and he ran into wailing wailing wind up falling and scraping his knee that's like the worst i've seen 1:24:52 so okay so they play outside 1:24:57 where else did the children used to hide that you're aware of 1:25:04 uh in uh candice mother camper in the bathroom 1:25:10 say it again in candice mother's camper inside of the 1:25:17 bathroom okay is that one of the cabinets yeah 1:25:22 no no it's a bathroom okay did she just hide it and she hid in 1:25:28 she hid in the bathroom yeah because that was a candidate's mother's uh like storage she didn't use 1:25:35 the bathroom there she used a bathroom in the house so she converted her bathroom from the camper into like a 1:25:41 storage unit and she had a lot of stuff stored in there and she used to argue with summer 1:25:47 about that because she was afraid that you know summer knocks something down and you know it comes toppling on top of 1:25:54 her [Music] 1:26:00 over uh it sounds like the kids you know are just kids and they're out running 1:26:06 around playing on the property this um tell me about the swing is that her uh favorite place to go or 1:26:13 what's your opinion oh yes summer that's her go-to that's 1:26:18 she loved that swing a lot constantly on the swing 1:26:25 always always and then 1:26:30 no shoes and no shirt i could tell you that right 1:26:37 from the get-go no shoes and no shirt sitting on that swing just swinging away 1:26:44 and if she wanted to go higher she would ask one of us to do it and most of the time it was me doing it just 1:26:51 pushing her and she would just laugh and thank you and you know go higher and 1:26:56 then she would ask me to twist her you know on the that and she said keep going keep going and 1:27:03 then she would tell me let go and then you know it would swing around and spin 1:27:09 and she would be holding on screaming laughing and then you know if i felt like she was 1:27:15 gonna fall i would just go and grab her and like pick her up and then place her on the ground and 1:27:22 she's like you know and she's moving around and 1:27:27 said again jose again she was a wonderful joy 1:27:32 what was hunter's interaction with the children 1:27:38 he was the same way with all of them he played hide and go seek with them too he played tag with 1:27:43 them he kicked the soccer ball with the boys with summer it was the swing too with 1:27:49 her 1:27:54 and what was the reaction of h's mom to him doing that or was it 1:28:02 i mean or was just was it just a casual situation where kids are just playing or what was your 1:28:08 takeaway on that yeah that's what i take it as a casual thing just kids cleaning just having fun 1:28:18 no other way than that okay most of the time that's what they were doing was having fun always 1:28:24 laughing and yelling you know loud kids that's what they were 1:28:30 jose did you find it odd that they offered you a place to stay a strange man 1:28:36 in a house full of kids when there was uh when dawn is in utah did you find 1:28:41 that odd at all a little bit yeah 1:28:49 i did in a way but you know when andrew had spoke to them 1:28:54 i guess that's what you know alleviated their worries about me because andrew is the one who actually spoke to ali for me 1:29:02 before i actually spoke to them and that's when andrew had introduced me 1:29:07 to each of them so it was andrew that that vouched 1:29:13 for you and yeah and then when you initially got there you see the state of the house 1:29:20 uh was there anything in you telling you to get out of there excuse me was there anything inside you 1:29:27 telling you to get out of there when you saw the the condition of the house or were you just desperate for a place to stay 1:29:35 oh no when i seen the house it was like i need to get out of here but i didn't 1:29:40 know where to go right yeah i was stuck in the woods basically 1:29:46 i didn't know nothing not even my cell phone worked there at all there was no signal 1:29:53 candace was the only one who had to say going it was lucky if it was one bar 1:29:59 what was the carrier oh i don't even know 1:30:06 i never even asked her that i never thought of asking her what was the carrier at all 1:30:12 did her ground did grandma have a phone did not did 1:30:18 grandma no no not at that time no okay did anybody else did ali have a 1:30:24 phone oh yeah ali had a phone hunter had a phone 1:30:30 okay they both have phones and their phones didn't work at all did yours did you have one 1:30:37 no yeah i had my cell phone and it was dead too to the worker it was like no connection the only way 1:30:44 we got connection was when we went into peace ports that was when our cell phone services 1:30:51 kicked in and it would go crazy because they didn't go into kingsport 1:30:57 every single day sure and who are go ahead 1:31:02 it was like like every other day or maybe every two days so we would get 1:31:09 to the spot where i guess it was by the church right after you passed that church 1:31:14 all our stuff all our cell phones are ding ding ding ding you know just going crazy 1:31:20 we're like whoa you know who's your carrier who was your carrier 1:31:26 back then mine's a straight talk through walmart oh okay so you kind of had 1:31:32 by the minutes kick it up yeah yeah i had the 1:31:37 the unlimited plan for every month and it was on auto pay so they took the money out automatically i 1:31:45 didn't have to keep going to buy a card and putting minutes they just took it off my card 1:31:50 to pay for it 1:31:57 okay was there wi-fi was there internet in the house no 1:32:02 absolutely not not at that time that i was there okay 1:32:10 so at some point um are you during all of this 1:32:18 time and how long are you there at the house in terms of what you 1:32:25 remember what's your timeline 1:32:31 i don't really know now that i'm thinking about it felt a lot like i was there for months 1:32:38 that's exactly what it felt like to me okay 1:32:43 a ballpark i mean i i heard you say near six months once that's why i said it felt like months no 1:32:50 sense of time at all it's country life it truly is a country life over there 1:32:56 it's not a city life you know so it was all new to me 1:33:03 all of it the area was new to me the way you know the even people telling me good morning i found weird 1:33:10 you know i'm from new york everybody's uptight and with an attitude i come here to tennessee it's 1:33:16 good morning and bless you and all these things and i'm looking at them like they're weird 1:33:23 well that's the great folks of tennessee and this is why people love summer so much right 1:33:28 they really do care they care about people and they care about children and i 1:33:34 i know that you know you got stuck in the middle of this thing um based on 1:33:41 you know all the information that's available to everybody and it's it is it's a culture shock 1:33:46 uh to understand the people of the southeast i mean they're they're really super great people 1:33:52 and then there are you know other people that you know 1:33:57 we just they don't they don't get the understanding that is necessary because they've not lived 1:34:05 the type of life that they live down there poor 1:34:10 to act on on all of those which you have and you do and and i'm you know i think 1:34:17 that's great and the fact that you've come forward now 1:34:22 uh after all this time you know 1:34:28 what when was the first time you were interviewed by the fbi 1:34:38 you there 1:34:45 we lose him uh well he says he's still on the line i hear you now okay oh you 1:34:51 were breaking it up wait a minute why are they breaking up 1:34:56 no worries amigo what when was the first time you were interviewed by the fbi 1:35:04 they from what i remember they said she had been missing about seven eight days i believe 1:35:13 for what i can remember okay and they have my and they have went to my son's house 1:35:20 looking for me 1:35:26 and eventually they found you and you had a conversation with them correct 1:35:32 correct absolutely okay and you told them everything that 1:35:38 you remember you recalled yep 1:35:43 yep but it was as i said their main focus was on 1:35:49 dawn and candice that if i felt they would ever do any harm to 1:35:54 summer that was the impression that i got from their 1:36:01 questioning and what did you tell them 1:36:08 i told them not not candice and i don't think that don 1:36:14 you know would have at that time because you know even though me and him bump heads and 1:36:21 and all that other stuff but as far as to like physically abuse her no 1:36:28 i i told him no i don't think anything like that like kill her like or hurt her 1:36:34 in that way no well when you first heard that she went missing and and how how long after she 1:36:41 went missing did you hear about it was it when cbi contacted you or the fbi 1:36:46 yeah when the fbi contacted me was when i knew and that was that was eight days yeah seven eight 1:36:53 days i believe she was missing and um and what was your ride 1:36:58 oh first i'ma tell you the first thing i told the fbi was did she get out of the 1:37:03 house again that was the first first line that came 1:37:08 out of my mouth and they're like excuse me and i said did she get out of the house again 1:37:16 and they're like wait a minute she used to get out the house i say yeah all the 1:37:21 time i said why do you think the blue couch is in front of the door in the basement 1:37:28 i told them that and they're like a blue couch i say yeah in the basement it would be in front of 1:37:33 that door because there was no lock there she could walk in and out but she knew how to open the lock in the front 1:37:39 door too because there wasn't no deadbolt there it was just the regular knob that you 1:37:45 just turned the little switch and that was it but she knew how to open that 1:37:55 how did the uh deadbolt get on that door do you know i think they probably put it there and 1:38:02 that's way after i was gone because when i was when i was there that was not there 1:38:09 just like the wall that they have that covered that bathroom right now that was not there when i was there 1:38:20 those bunk beds in that front room that was not there when i was there 1:38:25 those bunk beds are virtually brand new jose if 1:38:31 summer did in fact tend to wander outside like you said that she did 1:38:38 what what do you think and i know this is speculation but why why would don and candace say that she never did that 1:38:45 because they said that they knew they would get in trouble that's why okay 1:38:50 and they and they knew it's not just me who told them something ali said something even candice mother 1:38:58 said something about her getting out of the house we all told them 1:39:04 it wasn't just me you know it was a concern for all of us 1:39:10 you know like how the hell she's getting out of the house right i thought you locked the door well uh 1:39:17 someone knows how to unlock the door well what are you now you telling us this you know like 1:39:24 you need to watch her more often more closely you know 1:39:32 but it wasn't just me who told her her mother told her and ali as 1:39:38 well and when she would be outside that we finally realized she was outside 1:39:45 if hunter was there he'd be the first one to run out the door for her 1:39:50 you know and he would just run right out the door and he would go after her and then she'll run and 1:39:57 laughing you know like like it's funny and hundreds like it's not funny it's not funny 1:40:02 you know things that that could happen to you you know we love you what are you doing don't do this 1:40:08 you know and she was just joyous she's just a curious kid that's all 1:40:17 yeah i think a lot of people understand that about her uh there's no question about it 1:40:23 yeah yeah and you know but what what else it drives 1:40:28 what drives dawn uh i mean you had some observations of some 1:40:38 you know there was some work that you mentioned uh and you know what about you know the abuse 1:40:46 uh situation from anybody if anything uh 1:40:51 even you raise some red flags you know and correct me if i'm wrong 1:40:57 uh but when i walked into that house i mean that house just screamed 1:41:02 uh all kinds of dysfunction i mean alcohol drugs 1:41:08 assay i mean that you know just check each box and keep moving down the 1:41:13 hallway and then when you get to the dungeon and you see what's on the tv 1:41:19 uh i mean but i could tell you that wouldn't that wasn't candice watching that 1:41:26 well i don't know who was watching it i don't know no but that's all over 1:41:31 the type of things he used to watch okay fine 1:41:37 and and so the question then is when don comes back from utah 1:41:43 and you're there that that turns into you know a problem 1:41:49 pretty quickly i mean to the point where he goes to jail right you're feeling in possession of a 1:41:55 handgun yeah you're still there but then event shortly thereafter you bail 1:42:02 you leave yeah i left yeah but in between that time 1:42:08 while he was home you saw some actions that you even you 1:42:14 had described i've i heard you say it just was kind of pretty problematic and i i don't want to 1:42:20 go into that but yes absolutely you know more and more 1:42:27 i spoke out the more and more he didn't like it that was the problem 1:42:33 because no one spoke out that this is why i felt that they were afraid of him 1:42:39 who's gay um candace and her mother okay okay 1:42:48 but now in retrospect looking back when you first tell the fbi after seven 1:42:53 days there's no way did you include the essay allegations or the 1:42:59 the observations no how come 1:43:06 i really wasn't even thinking about that honestly okay 1:43:11 and that wasn't even a thought in my mind because i didn't think he was doing any sa2 summer when he was 1:43:19 in the back with her i just found it disgusting to think about with your daughter 1:43:25 you know that was my 1:43:30 my trigger there like no i don't think so but as far as you confronted and you 1:43:36 confronted him right yes yes yes i took summer out of that shower 1:43:43 yes i did i stood there with her pink princess towel because that was her favorite towel 1:43:49 because she always used it and that and i remember that towel because that towel would get washed like every other day 1:43:56 because summer will always be dirty because she was outside playing so much 1:44:02 no i just feel the dirt i'm just curious jose though you know 1:44:08 in in full transparency you know the fact that you 1:44:14 have witnessed potentially something that even caused you as a father internally to say you know what that dlr 1:44:20 right does not look right and you intervene 1:44:26 and that intervention causes a major disruption between you and a father and a daughter 1:44:31 and children and all this other stuff and then this child goes missing 1:44:36 you know down the road now mind you you're gone okay i get i get that piece brother okay 1:44:43 but at the same time when when the cops and the authorities come to you and you mentioned okay did she go out 1:44:52 they had to have asked about was there any type of observations or problems in that home 1:44:58 that you could at least you know give us a little more intel into and now maybe 1:45:04 this was just your mindset at the time and i don't want to you know disrespect you i'm not i'm not disrespecting you what are you saying 1:45:10 i'm i'm just saying you know this just doesn't it you know i don't know if it fits does 1:45:17 that make sense in terms of it it is it is what it is but if that's what you did and that's the truth okay 1:45:23 no problem yeah but they didn't actually nothing like that that okay they didn't go 1:45:30 no they did not absolutely not it was more like they felt like 1:45:38 they did bodily harm to her got it that's all i got that's what i got from 1:45:44 the from their questioning to me about them yep absolutely fair enough fair enough 1:45:50 and and and i can see that unfolding just the way it did just what you're saying uh 1:45:56 been there many times uh and it has fallen into that point so in retrospect now looking back what's 1:46:04 your opinion i should have did something 1:46:10 i really do i should have did something yeah 1:46:16 that's what i honestly believe because i feel that time that i pulled the outer 1:46:21 shower that should have been i should have just picked up the phone and call the cops right then and there 1:46:26 but my my my main worry was that i did that and the cops really didn't do 1:46:33 much you know they wouldn't have looked at it as he's doing anything bad because we were 1:46:38 all in there you know while they were in the shower i didn't even know 1:46:45 until i heard her voice and i was like where's summer oh she's in the bath with her dad i'm like what 1:46:52 what do you mean we're her dad and and candace was like yeah he always takes a bath with her i'm like uh uh and i just 1:46:59 jump not jump but like i just got off the table right away and i was like where her where's her 1:47:05 towel and i looked and i found it right on the dryer and i just grabbed it 1:47:10 and i'm like summer and she's like yes she said yes something i said come on here baby 1:47:16 just like that and she's like okay and she came out and i just wrapped her up 1:47:22 in the towel and that's when don came out of the shower still half full of soap 1:47:29 screaming at me you know and i'm like i really don't 1:47:34 you know and i was swearing back at him but i basically told i didn't care because i don't think like that and then 1:47:40 i looked at candice i said matter of fact you go and take a bath for summer 1:47:46 i said this is not gonna happen anymore but looking at that that's when i should 1:47:51 have just picked up the phone and called but i didn't wasn't sure if anything would have 1:47:57 happened or not yeah i mean you you called it the way 1:48:03 you saw it i mean i you understand go ahead uh josh what are your thoughts well you would have been 1:48:09 out you first of all you'd have been out of a uh obviously you're probably thinking as well i'm not gonna have a place to stay 1:48:16 and uh no because no at that time i already was working so i had 1:48:21 you know money saved up a little bit so even if i would have got kicked out 1:48:27 or i didn't have nowhere to go i had money for me to at least stay a night or two in the 1:48:34 hotel and try to figure out what i was gonna do yeah but 1:48:39 that's not where my mindset was you know i really didn't it was a red flag just not to that 1:48:46 extent you know it was just kind of like a weird thing to me well i mean it was weird enough for you 1:48:53 to have a confrontation about it oh yeah well he confronted me i didn't confront him all i did was talk 1:49:00 to the baby pulled her out and told candace to take her back with the baby that was it right i was trying to avoid him at all cost i got you 1:49:07 you know i was trying to avoid confrontation i don't like the fight at all i rather 1:49:12 de-escalate the situation than than make it worse the 1:49:18 so i do have a question is as to now when you 1:49:24 showed up there were you because you said that you were a 1:49:30 full-blown alcoholic at the time is that is that correct yeah i was pretty much drinking all the time 1:49:37 you drank the whole basically the whole time you were you were there with them 1:49:42 no not the whole time you know once i started to work i 1:49:47 just eased up off the liquor and just went to work and then maybe two three days to go by then i'll 1:49:53 drink a little something and that was it but like being working and then helping 1:49:59 them in there it it controlled me you know it put me 1:50:05 if their situation put me in line you know even though i was going through 1:50:10 whatever i was going through their situation just rattled me enough that i got to 1:50:17 stop drinking all the time because i don't know what could happen in here you know 1:50:23 were you there for any birthday parties jose did they did the kids have birthday parties no no birthday party what what did it 1:50:30 was anybody's birthday did it happen when you were there no 1:50:44 did the kids actually uh any of them have their birthday happen without a birthday party 1:50:52 i think so i don't know that i can't be 100 sure no worries 1:51:00 yeah you know you're the way this rolls right now i mean this is obviously there's my head is going a 1:51:08 thousand miles an hour with a lot of different direction here um and the the one thing i i want people 1:51:15 to stop hopefully is you know constantly just beating you 1:51:21 you know up in terms of the you know the negative comments and stuff you know it it is what it is right now 1:51:28 and but you know let's be patient and flush through uh all of this information i mean 1:51:34 this you know they had you as some other guy you know out in the atmosphere 1:51:41 you know as an rso and that's not you're not that guy 1:51:47 uh in fact you're 100 not that guy uh and and you know now there may be 1:51:53 other idiosyncrasies in relationship to your life we don't know that i don't know that 1:51:59 okay but the more we kind of hang around and kind of you know work through this 1:52:06 okay then you know at this point you know let's kind of figure out where 1:52:12 uh you are i mean you you have come forward you did talk to the authorities early on 1:52:19 uh you're you were you were struggling with some issues you're you're still struggling i 1:52:24 mean when you called me the other night and we talked for a little while i could hear it in your voice uh and 1:52:31 you know show them outward absolutely you could let your viewers know why 1:52:36 what i'm going through right now if they want to hear you know because of all of what they 1:52:42 said everything that was put out there you know for your viewers to listen 1:52:47 i lost my job because of this because of all the slandering that they've done of accusing me of me being 1:52:54 this rso i lost my employment i no longer have a home i'm homeless now 1:53:01 but does anybody care no he's just shredding my life apart 1:53:08 like if i'm the one who kidnapped summer like if i'm the one 1:53:14 who were abusing all these people and i'm just telling everyone what my 1:53:19 serious was there and it's sad that out of everyone i'm the only one who can 1:53:27 describe summer you know and i don't like calling her that you know i always called her half 1:53:34 point i that was my nickname for her so it's weird to call her summer to me 1:53:42 but it's like i'm the only one who knows how to fight like i'm a total stranger 1:53:48 you know i in the verge i already done i try to commit suicide for different 1:53:54 occasions you know and i even though it was somewhat of a hell i 1:54:00 was blessed to be around those children you know because that's why i connected with them because 1:54:07 i was already down and out i if i'm willing to take my life four times that meant that my children didn't 1:54:13 mean nothing to me you know and being around them woke me up to that 1:54:20 to say what was i thinking you know and and you know jose you're to be you 1:54:26 know that that part of your life now okay and and number one you know let's make sure that you're 1:54:33 you're still in a safe in a state safe situation right i mean you're not 1:54:38 you're not in that frame of mind right now where you're thinking about hurting yourself right tell me 1:54:43 no i'm really depressed down and out hurting regretful 1:54:51 yeah you know but i'm not at that point that oh i don't 1:54:58 i don't want to live anymore no i'm not at that part but 1:55:04 to see everything you and i have talked about that the last couple of days you and i have talked about that right over the last couple of days okay and 1:55:11 you and you know that you've got my phone number you can call me 24 7. i'd rather have you call 1:55:17 me then you know you get into a bad spot right there okay so let's just keep that 1:55:24 right there and and then second you know a lot of times things are gonna come 1:55:31 back you know information wise and you know sometimes we forget i mean 1:55:37 witnesses forget all the time and then you know they get to a place where they go oh that's that's what i remember you 1:55:43 know where we have the biggest evidence of that elizabeth smart's sister 1:55:49 her little sister she was saying i know who this person is i know who this person is 1:55:56 and for months and months and months they you know she could not recall 1:56:01 and then one day all of a sudden it just happened and she goes i know who 1:56:06 it was it was the handyman and all of that finally came to the surface 1:56:13 okay now so you you know some of this 1:56:18 obviously the authorities you've been talking to them they've they've interviewed you multiple times 1:56:23 i mean uh you know folks have found you uh and 1:56:29 there's always going to be the question marks and and i'm and and i have a lot more questions too i'd be lying to tell 1:56:35 you differently right okay uh but you know i think tonight uh 1:56:41 that's kind of a full plate that we just you know uh put up here and uh and a lot 1:56:47 of this obviously was you know a retread in relationship to what you would spoken to justin with in icu over there and you 1:56:54 know they're they're good people and you know they um but you know some of the other stuff you know let's kind of 1:57:00 make sure that folks are just let's hold on you know until we know what the exact 1:57:06 truth is in relationship to you know the totality of the conversation here 1:57:13 um uh josh what what say you brother yeah you know jose and appreciate you you know coming 1:57:19 on here and and talking to us nobody has made you do any of this you know 1:57:26 i told you before the show when you first appeared on youtube 1:57:32 um i did a show the very next day and said unfortunately he has no idea 1:57:37 what he just did right and like i said i knew that it was going to 1:57:44 get bad for you i didn't know how bad it would get for you because the fact of the matter is 1:57:49 jose if you said that that you have two left feet and you really do have two left feet and you can 1:57:55 prove it people will go well why does he have two left feet he's just weird why would somebody make something like that 1:58:00 up it doesn't what can be what can be figured out through you kn 1:57:55 prove it people will go well why does he have two left feet he's just weird why would somebody make something like that 1:58:00 up it doesn't what can be what can be figured out through you know consistent 1:58:07 statements such as like the dogs and um 1:58:13 hunter said that candace or sorry that the kids would go wander off all the time 1:58:19 you say the same thing um you know there there's a lot of things but 1:58:25 the fact of the matter is the the the debauchery that was going on in that household 1:58:30 up until the point that summer left and even after it is going to be heavily 1:58:37 scrutinized and you know people 1:58:42 especially in this kind of forum they don't they don't have respect a lot of people do i don't want to say 1:58:48 that but but there are there is a corner of the internet 1:58:54 that doesn't care they don't care 1:58:59 they want to make you the suspect you weren't there when summer went missing 1:59:06 you have talked more about summer or half bite as you call her that than 1:59:12 either of her parents i don't have i i i know 1:59:18 that you were going through a really rough time and for that i i am 1:59:23 very sorry and i wish i could have warned you at some point i've warned others 1:59:29 about youtube um but i'm really glad that you reached out 1:59:34 to to chris and um 1:59:39 to try to you know i i just clarify as much as i can yeah 1:59:46 and i feel and i and i do uh have some i have uh 1:59:51 sympathy for your situation but and i am happy that you did come talk to us though 1:59:58 yeah okay so one um and 2:00:07 so continue the quest this little girl uh who you 2:00:12 uh came to know and uh been in in the environment there were 2:00:18 um a question for you maybe we can do another one would you 2:00:23 come back uh if we um ask you invited your back jose to go a little 2:00:30 bit deeper yeah yeah i would okay 2:00:35 i'm i'm going to um with that then i'm gonna let you you know take a deep breath i mean you've 2:00:41 been up there you've been up here for two hours with us and then josh and i are gonna uh kind of you know step up here for a 2:00:48 second just have a couple of comments together and uh i wanna thank you this evening for coming up here 2:00:54 um and you know discussing this with us and you know hopefully we can clarify 2:01:01 some things and you know get uh you know get down to what the reality of what the 2:01:07 truth is and if you're a piece of that truth then you know by all means your message needs 2:01:14 to be uh delivered as you have been appropriately 2:01:20 and then just let the other stuff um you know take its course right now josh 2:01:25 thought and just so you know jose the the internet is full of conspiracy theories when it comes to 2:01:32 these kind of cases um people will throw anybody under the bus at any time 2:01:38 with no regard for anybody else's life so uh i do apologize that you have been 2:01:45 thrown into this no but nobody asked you know you didn't ask for this to happen so 2:01:52 i um no i did it but like you said it is what it is but 2:01:59 all i could try to do is [Music] think what i've learned from my therapist and try to apply it 2:02:06 for this situation because it is a heavy toll on someone's mental state and people don't think 2:02:12 about that at all because mental health is a serious serious thing 2:02:18 people don't you know they don't think of it that way they don't think of it as a sickness but 2:02:25 mental health is it's very very real 2:02:30 very very real yeah yes it is people affect me 2:02:38 it is very real and it and and you know the people yeah 2:02:46 yeah yeah i mean we just 2:02:52 we have just lost a you know a little bit in terms of um 2:02:57 you know our ability to to treat each other with a little more kindness and respect i mean i 2:03:03 um we all get it okay and i mean no matter what you say or how 2:03:09 you say it it's it gets you know misconstrued or to that you know to that end what you 2:03:16 have to do is you have to keep pressing forward and and and see where it goes okay and 2:03:23 and at this point you know right now we're just you know phase one with with jose here in 2:03:30 conversation and uh ultimately the truth will set you free as they 2:03:36 as uh as the scripture says okay and you'll be in a place where you'll look back one day 2:03:43 and uh let's see what happens uh ultimately and if you have more information if it comes 2:03:49 to you my my my counsel and recommendation to you is 2:03:55 you know get hold of the authorities first give them a call don't put it up on youtube 2:04:01 don't call me uh you'll call me after you call them and and let them have everything that 2:04:07 you have if there is additional information uh and you know until then uh we'll be 2:04:15 uh in touch with you my friend uh in between that and um we're gonna go 2:04:20 i'm gonna go ahead and let you go so you can enjoy the rest of your evening sound like a plan 2:04:26 yes sir thank you so much all right buddy uh 2:04:32 take care and we'll talk in a little bit okay see in a bit fight 2:04:38 josh well you know uh i for one i i 2:04:44 i think he's still on the line here is he still on the line oh he's gone okay hang on 2:04:54 all right watch 2:05:02 that you're there did i lose you can i lose your brother nope i'm here okay 2:05:08 let's uh let's let's focus a little bit on our i've got like 38 things start here 2:05:16 and so i'm going to go through here and if you see some of your some of your folks 2:05:22 um thank you guys so much uh josh and i are just like totally grateful for everything and i'm 2:05:29 gonna uh just go ahead and start putting up here uh some of your 2:05:34 stickers chats everything we i don't know if i got them all to be honest with you i was so focused 2:05:40 on him uh but as we go through here uh 2:05:46 bobby cat thank you robin awesome you're amazing providence lab rat chris i heard a friend of cw's sister at 2:06:59 the photo summer league against the milk jokes was not even taking the time she went missing it's an old photo what 2:07:06 have you heard i have not heard that josh what do you got 2:07:11 [Music] i mean i i've heard i've heard that 2:07:17 but you know once again uh conjecture and speculation i don't know 2:07:23 yeah i have heard that karen bass love it j.a good to see you again 2:07:30 whoop whoop as they say raise the house yvonne thank you i don't have all those uh the 2:07:38 sounds that you have i just have all the music uh how many people were in the back of the moving truck um 2:07:45 and how much furniture was in the back of the truck well it sounded like they moved a whole house 2:07:51 is that the impression you got initially josh well that was uh that was the thing i was going to ask you was 2:07:58 where did that couch go um yeah when did that lock get put on 2:08:05 um i mean by all indications every single person 2:08:10 that knows anything about don and candace says that they 2:08:16 that their children got out of the house some are especially they say for um 2:08:23 they they swear that that never happened i find that extremely hard to believe 2:08:31 i believe i do i do i believe you know i believe him i believe what he's saying 2:08:38 i i know that he wishes that he never came i mean it was nine months 2:08:43 and just little bits here and there and then people step into this you know it's it's it's rough 2:08:50 yeah and uh he mentioned something about the relationship with ali he was super drunk 2:08:55 uh even over on justin's channel yeah uh i i stayed away from that with 2:09:02 with him tonight uh but then thank you mallory uh thank you so much i am 2:09:07 feeling amazing i really am i you know last week uh last monday i i 2:09:12 did have a medical issue and it did put me in the hospital for about just under six days so you know god has been good 2:09:19 to me here get me back up and running uh and i've been i've been working a lot 2:09:25 of different capers you know even my sweetheart's been like you know you need to slow down the doctor told you slow 2:09:32 down even you told me to slow down i'm like you know i got like three or four 2:09:37 calls even today and you know they're like hey we you know blah blah blah and i you know 2:09:43 i got to slow down guys hang on here for a second right thank you cindy uh 2:09:49 lola but you know we don't slow down for the you know for summer for these kids 2:09:54 and others you know we gotta i gotta i gotta circle back with brandy for for little 2:10:01 michael a little [Music] uh little michael vaughn we need to keep 2:10:07 yeah man his name out front i mean the family's doing a lot of amazing 2:10:13 things behind the scenes with the cops and things are moving in the right direction josh you've been 2:10:19 intimately uh you know close to that situation which is very cool 2:10:24 absolutely bama fan go bama roll tide you know choose a girl i don't go ahead 2:10:31 keep you keep talking while i'm just putting these up about if you you know i uh you know we're all just very 2:10:38 happy that you're you're out and and uh doing well and that's important to us so 2:10:45 you know if you have to slow down some that but a lot of that isn't in you as well 2:10:52 so it's something you got to learn i don't have that valve you got to learn 2:10:57 it though i know my doctor told me the same thing he said dude he said karen 2:11:03 i know well okay here here is some good news though she's got me on an uh 2:11:10 like an all green diet now for a little bit 2:11:16 [Laughter] i'm following orders my sweetheart said you need to do a b c and d 2:11:23 and that's exactly what i'm going to do a b c and d right and you know i don't think you have a choice 2:11:29 either you're not the boss no i don't have a choice i'm not the boss man 2:11:36 i am not the boss i've i learned that a long time ago thank you god bless your family you know 2:11:43 karen and and b-man's you know they do awesome stuff and they're awesome people and um 2:11:50 if that means shoving plants in your mouth for dinner then that's what you get i do it is really 2:11:57 good yeah the food karen has been making some amazing food i'm like this is like 2:12:04 what is this and she's like don't ask it's you're eating it and i'm 2:12:09 you know i'm going a little turkey bacon here and there 2:12:15 you're gonna get me in trouble even coop the other day and i have to you know i when i was 2:12:22 laying in the hospital i'm watching youtube i'm watching you i'm watching everything going on i'm watching his you 2:12:28 know jose's interview and i have and i'm thinking to myself nobody has any idea i'm laying 2:12:35 in a hospital watching you know and you know and 2:12:42 everybody out there you know justin is like hey i'm trying to get 2:12:47 hold of you and i'm like i i can't say anything right i mean here i am 2:12:53 but look people people were where's chris i'm like i don't know 2:13:00 exactly it's all going down i could you know i just think 2:13:08 i i really feel blessed i really feel super blessed i mean i 2:13:13 um it's just one of those things so uh that said um what say you there mr 2:13:20 josh you want to do a roll call real fast and then uh sign off what do you think buddy you get the last word by the 2:13:27 way tonight so hang on for a minute let's do a quick um let's do a quick roll call so you 2:13:33 guys ready all right just punch it in tell us where you are 2:13:42 do your voices by the way come on down 2:13:47 we got north carolina checking in florida phoenix arizona hello phoenix uk utah 2:13:56 they're everywhere colorado bristol 2:14:01 love niagara 2:14:57
like that ireland i'm from galway by the way my my uh ancestors are all from galway
2:15:06
galway alaska kentucky they're everywhere east tennessee
2:15:12
arkansas that's right yeah the chat the chat is
2:15:17
crazy the chat's crazy okay so we've we had a chance to talk to
2:15:24
jose uh very lightly very you know slow here
2:15:30
for a little bit and then
2:15:36
what's your theory where are you at still in your head man i'm i'm i'm really
2:15:43
the the accident cover-up theory just like like jose said
2:15:48
they know that they'd get in trouble for for negligence i mean these are people who don't like the the cops
2:15:55
they don't like answering questions um they
2:16:01
won't get the benefit of the doubt from law enforcement cps was all over
2:16:06
them uh i believe in the accident cover-up theory
2:16:12
and not a stranger abduction just based on what both of you said about
2:16:18
running up on that hill with all those dogs and it would have been a it would have been a disaster now that's not
2:16:23
saying that somebody that they know couldn't have
2:16:28
but the lock on the door after summer goes missing is odd to me the couch is odd to
2:16:35
me the fact that they say that she never wandered off is odd to me
2:16:41
uh the puzzle the pieces of the puzzle are all there and we just you know gotta kinda
2:16:47
wait for law enforcement to connect the dots and and i believe they will i believe they will
2:16:54
yeah i think uh i i agree with you and i still think uh i've not left the house
2:17:03
from that property i think it was interesting that i said this early on
2:17:08
a long time ago because i interviewed one of the folks i can't mention any
2:17:13
names but i interviewed the folks that were up on top of the property the day of
2:17:20
and that's when i learned that hide and seek may have been in play
2:17:26
and to hear it now go ahead what were you going to say brother my mouth dropped
2:17:33
yeah uh because you've you have talked about the hide and go seek uh theory for some time
2:17:40
and the number it seemed like the number one game that they were playing was hide and seek
2:17:46
unsupervised children get put in situations that
2:17:52
they should they you know shouldn't because you know they're children but lab rat right there hello
2:17:59
[Music] kill 100 at the time i could i used to i hit one with the blow dart one time
2:18:08
oh my gosh was it it was a good shot too i'm trying to find muscles uh
2:18:14
comment about i saw that mascara muscles i saw her muscle i'm looking for it okay muscles
2:18:20
and mascara i'm looking for your comment please forgive me love pink lab wrap
2:18:26
it was early on barb is awesome
2:18:32
my way you guys are we we are so grateful for all of you we're so appreciative of
2:18:39
oh here it is let's see here no excuses for internet service funding uh made available service to the
2:18:45
area for safe uh for a month no tax and fee no throwing it it so fast would cost over
2:18:51
300 with other providers available no
2:18:57
priorities for kids there you go so if you're in that area it sounds like
2:19:04
uh go to 17.0 priorities for kids uh and it sounds like the internet
2:19:11
service is available if you have children and it's super fast so there's no excuses
2:19:17
the way i'm reading that what are you getting out of that uh yeah the look and it doesn't seem
2:19:23
like they you know candace would say that she spent
2:19:28
any extra money that she had on the kids i find that hard to believe uh it's just you know
2:19:34
she also said that she um is incapable of lying
2:19:40
uh i heard her say that just recently and uh there you know say what say whatever you
2:19:46
want about jose at least his story holds holds some water
2:19:52
candace and dawn and candace's story does not um and they're not
2:19:58
acting like parents that are missing jose seemed seemed more concerned for summer
2:20:04
than don and candace just from uh that interview but i i knew that i
2:20:10
knew that youtube was gonna shred him i just knew it it was just
2:20:17
uh you know every person that has been
2:20:23
highlighted in this case like that has i mean has the church like you know
2:20:31
they were saying that people people think that the church had something to do with it people think that
2:20:36
you know the media manager or maybe you know who knows but
2:20:42
um it's just a nasty nasty place and so for that i do have
2:20:50
sympathy for him his life being torn apart this is not the first time i've seen that
2:20:55
happen and for people in the chat or whoever watch this if you don't think that there are people out there that
2:21:02
thrive on doing this you're mistaken man because i i i know
2:21:09
that people just sit in the wings waiting jose's here let's see what we can find out it's beep in and
2:21:16
i i i feel bad for him in that aspect you know i i wish he would have done
2:21:22
more and he does too while he was there but you know alcohol
2:21:28
no place to stay you know there's just it was a mess it was a mess
2:21:33
yeah it's a it's a right an old uh crash house i mean everybody is it's where everybody goes
2:21:40
when they're burning you know not literally but internally and you know the drugs alcohol that are
2:21:45
hiding they're running they're chasing you know away from themselves because they're hiding pain there's a tremendous
2:21:51
amount of pain going on there go ahead and and the one and it's one thing to put like in a chat or in a comment i
2:21:57
don't believe him that's one thing fine sure whatever uh stalking the man's life and and
2:22:04
getting him fired is a whole nother thing and um shame on the people that do that
2:22:11
yeah well you know we're uh we're all
2:22:16
we're all trying to figure that out that piece of the puzzle out for sure and he did have a lot of a lot of huts for to
2:22:22
come up and talk to you know the folks that he's talked to so far and maybe there's more maybe
2:22:27
there's you know i i i've always learned you know no man got to the top of the mountain by falling there right so the
2:22:35
this these types of cases like everything else are always a journey walking up i saw one question
2:22:41
about the dogs you know i when we got up on that property when karen and i got up on that
2:22:47
property man oh man those dogs came out of everywhere
2:22:53
i mean absolutely everywhere and and
2:22:59
me debunks a lot of theories
2:23:04
including exactly the stranger abduction i mean they are so adamant
2:23:10
with absolutely no shred of evidence that she was abducted
2:23:16
stranger abducted uh stranger abduction yeah
2:23:22
it's um it's the first time let's answer this one what do you want
2:23:27
to take that josh what did you hear uh was this the first time that no no
2:23:34
a neighbor of theirs also brought it up uh sometime probably
2:23:39
six months five six months ago um i don't know if we want to say their name or anything but yeah it was brought
2:23:46
up it's been brought up before also candace doesn't trust anybody and
2:23:52
she also just said the other night that uh she has suspicions of dawn
2:23:59
honestly you know it's just it's a it is a circus unto a sideshow unto itself
2:24:06
and um i'm sure don will love to hear that when he gets word through how do they talk in
2:24:12
jail through the toilets they yell through the uh yeah so don will have that toilet paper
2:24:17
roll and the other guy will be like what'd you hear donnie oh candace you might have something to do
2:24:23
with it oh get off my property and they they're doing some filling they're they're throwing what they call
2:24:30
fish right so they get a note right you tie a note on it you throw it to your celly
2:24:36
you know a couple of a couple of doors down right and uh go from there but uh
2:24:42
oh you know he's gonna have a field okay let's make a prediction right now
2:24:49
if he gets out and this keeps going the way that it's going
2:24:54
okay guys and gals you know put the seat belts on you know because
2:25:02
we are going four-wheeling okay at your local monster truck club
2:25:08
because it's going to be you know there's going to be a lot of catching up to do now here's the sad
2:25:14
part candice if you're listening tonight if there's anything else
2:25:21
you need to get into the authorities while you have time
2:25:27
because you know he's going to come out and he's going to go ballistic
2:25:32
okay just on some of the youtube channels that he's you know going to be catching up on it's not
2:25:39
going to be this channel you know but he is absolutely going to go 51.50
2:25:45
oh yeah it's going to be yeah full throttle and and now his time
2:25:52
screw loose anyway you know i've seen he's he's he screamed at me for things that hadn't i had nothing to do with
2:25:57
he's not going to be happy about this um and uh yikes
2:26:03
i tell you yeah you're you're so right about that you know and thank you
2:26:11
and when he and you know i you know there's a part of me obviously that
2:26:17
i'm worried for her you know i'm worried for her because
2:26:23
you know she's gonna she's gonna catch the wrath and
2:26:29
that is not good that is not good you know well if if you believe what
2:26:34
jose says it sounds as though she uh she was scared of him and gra uh grandest as well that they were they
2:26:41
would lose their place to stay and
2:26:46
um you know it seems as though he he
2:26:52
i said the other day remember when candace wasn't on youtube and it was all dawn
2:26:59
well those days are long gone and now she's throwing dawn under their bus that they
2:27:04
have in the front yard there that still runs apparently and um
2:27:10
you know i mean it's it's so disrespectful to this to
2:27:16
this young um young girl summer wells that right there yes
2:27:22
i can report that uh there were a couple of conversations
2:27:28
last week um to donny they uh made some visits
2:27:35
or at least uh communicated exactly
2:27:42
so that do that again what is that it's dawn saying right right right
2:27:48
exactly i love it oh man that is funny i do this thing on
2:27:54
my show i'll give you guys a little preview here uh i like to ask dawn a very simple question
2:28:00
like uh what's two plus two i said dawn was two plus two and he'd give me the wrong answer and i'd say
2:28:05
dawn you don't even know what two plus two is and then this is what he'd say to me i've done my best
2:28:11
it's hard you know that's real tough that's because god understands our human
2:28:17
brain god understands our chris i know he understands our human brain i know i
2:28:25
know he does or if you ask him a question that he doesn't like or want to answer he always says
2:28:31
something like this i'm still i'm not sure how to answer that um
2:28:36
see this is what you guys get over there at the lab this is why i love josh it's
2:28:42
hysterical and uh you know become a rat over there for sure support his channel
2:28:48
as well thank you we're just really super grateful that you know you've had me cracking up
2:28:54
behind the scenes on on a lot buddy oh yeah we have a good time and um
2:29:00
uh um obviously there's nothing funny about summer being missing but the people that are in her life
2:29:06
uh are absolute can be just absolute clownish and it's so disrespectful to
2:29:12
that to that little girl and she deserves better than what she's getting so i i i have no problem making fun of
2:29:18
you you know things you know he's just not a very nice guy and the next ques the next time you know
2:29:24
we talked to jose here i i want to get a little bit more uh into
2:29:30
you know some of the behavioral patterns that he witnessed from her from a victimology perspective in relationship
2:29:37
to you know the swing you know directionality of you know how she would leave the house and
2:29:44
we'd go up to that we would we would ask don this is what we'd get from him
2:29:51
i'm still i'm not sure how to answer that um this is just an absolute
2:29:57
i heard that a lot of
2:30:02
candice if candace wants to talk i'd love to have her come up
2:30:08
uh you know a little time you know talking to her again uh so
2:30:14
