Let's unpack this cause it set me off!

Not one of those children looked like they were starving, the oldest just turning 13 was very typical to that age male, they get a little fat around their belly, and then they sprout up like a tree. There are even some photos of Summer where she looks a little chunky, she was muscular, when she was in Wisconsin in the Summer of 2020. Presently, she was right at the growth spurt age, between being a five year old, and a six year old, that's when children normally loose their baby fat and get tall, their bones grow, they lose their teeth, their feet get bigger, their face lengthens, their hair gets a little thicker, might even change color a little, especially white blond hair which can become dirty blonde to light brown around age 6 or 7

Depending on how old she was when she got her baby teeth in, she was just at the right age to be losing her front teeth, there are photos of her very recently at the dentist office. Her front teeth could have been loose and wiggly , and...what ever! it's judgmental to even go to that place, it is not indicative of foul play! What that is indicative of, is most likely, fair access to dentistry, that shit's expensive!! The system says a mother cannot apply for assistance with medical or food, if she lives with the able bodied father, or any man, who is, or is not, working, no matter where that lands the whole lot of them, on the poverty scale. You must be living apart, and father has to pay child support, and now he also has another rent to pay for himself, needs to purchase furniture, or live in a hotel which many do initially. Meantime mama needs to get her self a job, cannot pay the rent by herself even with a job, but she can buy all the damn candy and soda pop she wants, cause she's got well over 400.00 a month to spend on non taxable items, She may have to choose between buying gas for the car, and laundry detergent some weeks, she might wonder where the next roll of toilet paper's coming from. She might need dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, toothpaste or cough drops... the government gives you an allotment for some of these things but you do not choose the brands or sizes and only once a month, and believe me it isn't a matter of the government handing things out for free, they have contracts with big business, the money stays in the economy, every penny goes right back to the pockets of the wealthy, back to big business. Just so children can get access to healthcare. Not to mention mama is now responsible for buying the clothes, paying for child care, keeping the house spotless, child transportation needs the needs of her job. allowing the government total access, to all of everything that is her and hers, And Since you bring up the "don't breed" issue, and apparently view some humans as bottom feeders, and useless eaters, but haven't ever really met one of those yet or your bubble would have burst already.

If we're going to call it all a social problem, is Appalachia an area you have been unaware of until this year, have you been to the inner cities, the reservations (not the touristy ones)? Were you born yesterday? Appalachia has always been one of the most impoverished areas of the country. I lived there for 3 years when I was a teenager, in the late 1970's, the drugs were not there yet, but there were kids who had full dentures in high school, kids who came to school un bathed and smelling like coal or cow poop, lots and lots of kids without indoor plumbing. Kids whose heads were shaved because they had lice, fat kids, skinny kids, kids that climb on rocks,...tough kids, sissy kids,

even kids with chickenpox!!!

The Wells' kids seemed to be fairly well socialized, going to church, grade school, sabbath school, other local events that were participatory, hanging out with other friends, they went places, had fun, they were not little piggies wallowing in the dirt, in the back yard, sipping mama's corn whiskey from their sippy cups! and drinking and bathing in bong water.

I choose to take all that previous visual representative, stuff at face value, and not say it was all for show because that makes it seem like they had been planning to get rid of Summer from the start! And they planned and plotted and figured out how to proceed with the perfect crime. Operation: Get Summer GONE!!

It's beyond ridiculous to think they got rid of her because CPS was due to visit and it would be less trouble to say she was missing and got abducted, hide her somewhere, or dispose of her body somewhere, leave no trace evidence, change her looks, change her name, than face any possible abuse charges. They must have decided this as a family and had a meeting on it, took a vote, and got Summer Gone.. Also BTW, if they were coming to "take the kids" they do not usually make an appointment. There has never been any substantiated proof that CPS was coming the next day. Shoot why not just run her over with the car and call it in as an accident? Or push her off a cliff?

Do any of the spectators realize it's perfectly legal to send your kid to live with a relative, or that if, CPS were to take them, they can very easily go into the custody of family?

It didn't have to be the end of their reign of selfish, unloving, infanticidal, evil genius, criminal masterminds Kingdom on the Hill.

I had a female relative who caught her husband being inappropriate with one of her children, she said...after you get done throwing up because you feel jealous, of your own daughter, and you are well aware that, that is not an appropriate response, but whtf!! man? was I not enough?? I thought we were good! this has something to do with me!! I gained a few too many pounds, need a good hair cut, haven't worn make up in decades...

Then you feel another round of nausea when you realize your daughter is hurt, and ruined for life, scarred and marked in some sort of way that does not wash off. And instinct says do something, make it better, work it out, make it go away. Your baby is hurt she needs you to be strong. She loves her daddy, she needs her daddy, she's going to miss him. I'll catch the fall out for the next 50 years! Then you will not be able to resist the need to know all the details, and you do not want to know the details, but it makes you feel a little more in control to know, to be able to explain to someone else, to WRAP your head around it! make him confess, out loud. And you want just one minute in your head to be clear, can we deny this a little while longer? Maybe I didn't see what I saw, or hear what I heard, maybe I'm wrong? Maybe I'm mistaken? And then you have to know the details or you can't save your daughter and you can't save yourself, and you can't save the stranger you once fell stupid in love for, and had kids with, and built a home with! Because what you feel for that piece of garbage is most of all, "HOW could you do this to yourself? You are pathetic! You made a conscious decision to fuck shit up royally!" I thought we were playing "grown ups" here! Once she got her wits about her and made a resolve to do the necessary things, she sharpened her nails and she grabbed a hand full of squishy "junk" and told the bastard that "from now on" he had 3 choices, suicide or accident, or buy life insurance, with the kids as benefactors, pay your child support like a good boy and do not dirty the doorsteps no more! and should you choose number 3, number 2 and 1 will always still be on the table.  Fulton County Task Force accuses 15 of welfare fraud

The Fulton County Welfare Fraud Task Force has arrested 15 county residents on welfare fraud charges

The Fulton County Welfare Fraud Task Force has arrested 15 county residents on welfare fraud charges and officials said more arrests are expected.

The Task Force, which consists of investigators from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Social Services, accused the suspects of defrauding the county collectively of more than $75,000 in benefits.

One woman, Tonya Harlow, 35, of Route 29, St. Johnsville, is accused of defrauding the county of about $26,700 after failing to disclose she was living with her boyfriend, who is the father of her children. She is charged with third-degree counts of grand larceny and welfare fraud, first-degree offering a false instrument for filing and obtaining public assistance by fraud.

In other cases:

u David Mills, 55, and Mary Mills, 60, of York Street, Gloversville allegedly defrauded the county of about $4,200 after failing to report income from a workman’s compensation claim. Both suspects are charged with third-degree grand larceny and welfare fraud and obtaining public assistance by fraud.

u Marie Rose, 36, of Third Avenue, Gloversville, charged with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing after allegedly filing a fraudulent claim at DSS.

u Stephanie Rath-Taylor, 45, of Eagle Street, Gloversville, is charged with grand larceny, welfare fraud and filing a false document after collecting about $9,500 while failing to disclose she was married.

u Margaret Topliff, 44, of Second Street, Gloversville, is charged with welfare fraud, grand larceny, filing a false document and obtaining public assistance by fraud after collecting $1,100.

u Jillanne Mattioni, 33, of Montgomery Street, Gloversville, is accused of defrauding the county of $2,600 after allegedly lying on her application. She is charged with counts of grand larceny, filing a false document and welfare fraud.

u Rebecca Cook, 35, of Summit Avenue, Caroga Lake, is charged with defrauding the county of $9,700 after failing to report income. She is charged with welfare fraud, grand larceny, filing a false document and obtaining public assistance by fraud.

u Lisa McRedmond, 47, of County Highway 104, Johnstown, is charged with defrauding the county of $15,800 after allegedly submitting fraudulent documents to support her application at DSS. She is charged with grand larceny, welfare fraud, obtaining public assistance by fraud and filing a false document.

u Ann Marie Bier, 24, of Helwig Street, Gloversville is charged with filing a false document after failing to report she was living with the father of her child.

u Arlene Rodriguez, 31, and Jose Roman, 33, of Helwig Street, Gloversville are charged with defrauding the county of $789 after failing to report receiving food stamps issued in Connecticut. They are charged with welfare fraud, filing a false document and petty larceny.

u Kalee Penrose, 19, of Fremont Street, Gloversville is charged with filing a false document after failing to disclose she was employed.

u Deborah Kontomichalos, 50, of North Market Street, Johnstown is accused of defrauding the county of about $12,000 for failing to disclose a bank account. She is charged with filing a false document, grand larceny, welfare fraud and obtaining public assistance by fraud.

In a related case, Kontomichalos was arrested on separate grand larceny charges for allegedly conspiring with health aides assigned as part of a Medicaid program to bill the program for hours never worked.

The suspects were all arraigned in Johnstown City Court.

Latest rumor straight off the chopping block, Jose is in the Philippines

Jose Roman is 45 years old, is listed as living currently in Pennsylvania, previously from Gloversville and various other towns in NY including the Bronx, Brooklyn, Jersey City NJ. It also turns out he is connected to the other "Hunter's daddy" aka Robert Harris, through marriage or something. Gloversville is a small town.

 
Mr. Harris is a truck driver, there were lots of photos on Ally's Facebook of them taking a trip from TN to NY. She left the kids in TN. She calls him her handsome Husband, and takes sexy photos to show him off, and she refers to him as the "daddy" of her kids. She uses his last name legally, signing paperwork as Allyson Harris.  Oh I found google maps  now lets take a look, Don says he was on his way home and saw the boys on the side of the road by the creek, where's the creek? here's the creek by the road, with a guard rail for safety, do you see the boys? me neither!  and so he went past Ben Hill and turned down by the shed. WHYYYYYYYYYY???? Why did he call it "down" did he go down from the path on the hill? He said the 2WD truck would make it down the path but not back up it...How could he see the boys from the road if they were "down" in the clearing.... beyond the banks of the creek where it meet hill and cliff (dirt wall thingy) Maybe we will never know sigh....

Donald did not say he "saw the boys from the road" and that is why he went down there, he really didn't give a lot of explanation why he went there. It's possible he went because of instinct, or because he was on the phone with Candus, and she had told him the boys were down there looking for Summer, or thought maybe no one had looked there, HE was in panic mode...adrenaline overload!. He said he saw the boys when he got down there next to the creek, the creek, the shed, passed the shed, deer stand, the creek runs all the way around the hill, not just along the road. Plus a neighbor on Beech Creek allegedly saw the boys down by the guardrails "playing" while he was out riding his bike, then he said the police had blown past him a few minutes earlier. Allegedly there is a photo, the bike riding neighbor took of the boys, before he knew what was happening at the Hill. These are facts, feel free to discard them for the sake of "science". Another neighbor says, she talked to the boys down by the Creek, when she was also looking for Summer. Don also said, he saw his neighbor down there looking and his heart sank (terror, thoughts of the worst possible scenario,...human emotions, and chemical reactions to neurons firing). Why are you on about the 2 WD truck? he was driving the Subaru that day, confirmed, he didn't go down the clearing path to the shed, he did say that he could, but would not get back up that way in the truck. Southern talk ...down by the shed, down by the creek, down by the river, creeks run down hill, down by ya'lls mom 'n 'em, down there is a place. In one interview he says he didn't know if the police were already there when he got there because he went down by the shed, does that mean he drove to the top of the hill and saw or didn't see, the cops there, saw the boys below, and than went down the electric line clearing? Because upon further recollection on his part, he says there may have been at least one cop car on the hill when he got to the top of the hill. Another account he complains a little about getting up on the hill to the house, or going down the holler to look for Summer, he wanted to go check the drug dealers house(s), but couldn't because the road was filling up with cop cars. End of story, we were not there, but the cops were and they know the answer to the question of why Don calls it "Down there", and whether or not he got there before or after they did. Plus maybe the terrain slopes down around that side of the hill and it's "down there" by the creek, creeks flow down stream? We are not entitled to any information on this case we have way more than we need, the parents owe us nothing until they are serving time if they are found to be guilty of a crime, In a court of law. Unless of course the crazy inter tubers, keep scrambling the pooh, and it becomes impossible for a fair trial without a tainted jury. I would love to see the cross examinations of the witnesses for the prosecution. And hope if they are not called by the prosecution that they get called by the defense.

I noticed, which is pretty eye opening, during a revisit of the interview with Hunter by the interview room. Hunter was asked what happened when he got out of Candus's car when she dropped him off at his house.

Well when I got out of the car, I go to the front because she had to hand me that other vape that she gave me. And then I showed Mom at that door, and that was it. 

Interviewer:

And this is when you saw Summer in the back? (to Ally)

Ally: yes, 

Interviewer: How did the milk get on the other side of Summer?

Hunter: I have no idea

Ally: shakes her head and whispers "I don't know"

Hunter: I mean I could have sat them there when I got out the car

Hunter: well I'm telling you now I really don't remember anything but talking to her at that point

Here's where the rubber meets the road...were the "skittles' still in the back seat when the car was searched by LE? was the orange Soda there? I did hear one mention that the mystery pillow was taken by LE and used for scent tracking. Were the candies checked for evidence? Regardless, I'm sure it's been looked into and already in Discovery, if the candies were Delta 8 gummies or the bottle had anything other than orange soda in it. Then you have Hunter's statement about it. and the boys and G-ma allegedly having witnessed Summer ALIVE after the day out. She was allegedly awake when Hunter left the car, unless you talk to Ally who "couldn't get her hands on that child" to see if she was alive or not, and she just wanted to "wake her up and say hi to her, you know?"

Unless of course you can convince her that it's quite strange that Summer was okay all morning, and at the swimming hole, and after, but at some point between the swimming hole and being left alone in the back seat with her 15 year old son several times, she would be dead or something like that, in the back seat when your son got out of the car! Then she'll say "Summer must have been alive then!" HUNTER SAID SHE WAS FINE! Candus says that "Ally never did walk out to the truck to try to talk to her or Summer. I tried to get her to come over and talk to me but she wouldn't." Later when Hunter called his mama Ally, to tell her Summer was missing to call Candus, Ally's reaction was "BOIY!!! stop pulling ma leg, I don't want to talk to her!" Also side note, why does Ally say that when Hunter called her he was at his girlfriend's house? But Hunter says he was just pulling into the parking lot at the park where they went that evening when Candus called him?

Also not very likely that you, who bought the delta 8 candies, are going to leave an open bag of delta 8 gummies in the back seat with your 5 y.o. candy monster, or give the whole bag to your 15 y.o. passenger, (who is on probation which gives you a damn good excuse to keep them all for yourself and say no! especially when they are $20.00 a pop for 20 pieces! PLUS Candus did imply she was already annoyed at Hunter when they were at the swimming hole or the grocery store, telling him, "Hunter, you're not coming to the house, I'm sorry to tell you! but you're going back to your house" Also implying Hunter may have wanted to go home with her that day.

So in your scenario, you go out for the day, grab some Delta 8 gummies, and your 15 y.o. passenger "friend" is sitting right on top of the gummies "they were grandma's" with his wet bathing trunks or shorts, whatever, while worried that Summer's NOT wet, pant suit needs to be pillowed for the sake of G-ma's seats. OR, 15 y.o. juvenile delinquent, steals your gummies from the center console, and leaves them laying in the back seat, tempting your little 5 y.o. candy monster, and she eats enough to knock herself out (still no overdose deaths (adults or children) from ingesting gummies recorded that I can find). You can't wake her up when you get home, you see the gummies strewn across the back seat next to her and think omg SHE MUST HAVE EATEN THEM.... Should we call poison control, an ambulance or just cover this up. ....Damn you Hunter!!!! In the meantime you have a perfect alibi, since the previously in trouble, 15 year old was back there with her and he'd be soooo easy to throw under the bus if you get in hot water with the situation. BUT...Nah! - F@(K - it, lets just finish her off so that Hunter, doesn't get in trouble????? never liked her that much anyway, right mama? Right Ally? Right Dudley? Right Jodi Sue?

What shall we do to hide the body?... Was he supposed to have permission to go with Candus from his PO or was that just for leaving Kingsport City?

Was he allowed to drink alcohol,

allowed to smoke any form of tobacco or hemp products,

Be anywhere near an elderly person who may be grabbing a prescription, for who knows what, "she wouldn't say the name of it"

Seems to me if he had his mother's approval, his mother would be ultimately responsible if he "got into any trouble" while he was out ... allegedly! Is this motive for lying?

Candus says Hunter ran off into the woods as soon as he jumped out of the car. Did he go into the woods to drink the Tea? Did he steal it? We see him putting something into a garbage bag as he comes from the trail, which goes back into the woods. Subsequent investigative explorers, in the area showed many cans of twisted tea scattered around the little cove and also in the garbage bag. There was still a black garbage bag in the same spot when Chris McDonough from the Interview Room went down to the swimming hole.

When Candus was there with CM we see people going to the water from the woods in that same direction Hunter came from, they would have hit the same trail Hunter came down, to get to the spot where Summer was swimming.

Candus says grandma got out of the car and came down the path with her and Summer, that she didn't know what Hunter was up to because she was helping Grandma, and Summer was leading them down, they all (three ladies) got there, to the water, together. Is that so hard to believe? More difficult to believe than, going down to the water, leaving grandma in the car, and letting her make her way down on her own, and hanging with Hunter, smokin' and drinkin" and contributing to the delinquency of a minor who is on probation? And telling grandma don't pick the flowers in the state park! and also CPS is coming the next day, they always breathin' down your neck!!

Hunter says he doesn't have any idea when Grandma got to the water, but he does confirm that she was there, wanting to pick the flowers, and "they was just talking about the flowers" (just look at the flowers lizzie!) and doin' tik tocs, and you may see me throw up a gang sign....Was he in the woods drinking grandma's tea, and that's why he has no idea when Grandma got down there? He wasn't there when she arrived? she was there when he got there! Candus says she never saw him drinking anything down there.

were being chased by their ripee, they all ended up in Mark's (Leslie's son's) driveway. 

"Taken in the light most favorable to the State, the evidence shows that seven months

before the stabbing, David Dorton stole Lortab pills from the appellant and that the appellant

wanted David to pay him for the pills. The appellant repeatedly told Brain Tipton that David

owed him money and repeatedly followed David around Kingsport. On the day of the

stabbing, the appellant chased David and Douglas Dorton through Kingsport and back to

Arbutus Avenue. David parked his car at Douglas’s trailer and approached the appellant’s

Tahoe. The appellant said he would kill the victim. Douglas testified that neither he nor

David had a weapon, and Detective Cole did not find any weapons at the scene. The

appellant stabbed David in the abdomen with the appellant’s switchblade knife, drove to

Victory Lane, and disposed of the knife in Tipton’s car. Tipton testified that the appellant

was calm and acted normal. The appellant’s declaration of an intent to kill before the

stabbing, his use of a deadly weapon on the unarmed victim, his concealment of the murder

weapon, his calmness immediately after the killing, and his motive for the killing sufficiently

establish premeditation in this case.

The appellant also asserts that the evidence is insufficient to support the aggravated

assault convictions because David asked the appellant to follow him back to Arbutus Avenue

and because the appellant did not chase the Dortons. As charged in the indictment, a person

commits aggravated assault when the person intentionally or knowingly commits an assault

by using or displaying a deadly weapon. Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-13-102(a)(1)(B). The

“deadly weapon” in this case was a motor vehicle. See Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-11-106(5)(b);

State v. Tate, 912 S.W.2d 785, 788 (Tenn. Crim. App. 1995). A person commits assault

when the person “[i]ntentionally or knowingly causes another to reasonably fear imminent.....

Douglas testified that he was scared; that David was driving eighty to ninety miles per hour in an

attempt to get away from the appellant; and that the appellant was “right on our bumper.”

During the incident, Douglas telephoned his stepfather and told him that he and David were

being chased. Mr. Hill said that Douglas sounded unusual and that he could hear David

yelling in the background. Douglas said he was trying to get back to his house because he

thought they would be safe there. Leslie Hill testified that the Tahoe was only one to one and

one-half feet away from the Geo as the vehicles passed the Sunoco and that Douglas sounded

so in that moment when she's in the water, how much time do you think, just a guess, between the moment you saw her under water,  and the moment you got her up out of the water? 

At least like 4-5 seconds.
