he quickly learned that truth often lurks below the surface of a story.

 

It's the most mind boggling thing to me! IMO honestly I don't expect Don and Candus to tell the truth, we are not the ones they need to be honest with IMO. if they get caught in a lie that nails them, then that's what happens, so far it has not happened. No matter how drunk, or enraged or dysregulated they get in front of an audience of who knows how many or who is watching, they do not breakdown and confess, or accuse each other with any facts, or slip up, in any way that proves anything until the words get twisted by scavengers, for the drama and the dollars. The story has remained much the same as it was when it began. of course more things have been added as time went on, and more questions came up and more strings were attached, things that weren't significant to mention until there was some reason it raised a flag.

Megan Boswell was arrested for making 12 false statements to investigators. Most of them were determined to be lies based on cellular evidence and tech forensics. CARD team does that, it's not youtube's job, Lots of training is required.

In the mean time everyone else who is lying should have NO REASON to lie unless they have a reason to hide something. This in my opinion makes them suspect, or complicit (accomplices) so here's a list with short annotations, not complete because the lies are just endless, tons of unharnessed snowballs rolling around bumping uglies, making baby lie snowballs, that grow up to be big ones, spreading the dis ease!

The niece and the sisters of Don Wells lied and fabricated. The timelines of their childhood changed a few times since the very beginning, they began posting on facebook on the 16th of June, yelling in groups, 'that's my uncle and he probably did something horrible' (paraphrased), It honestly felt trollish and I thought I had seen her in several groups posting the same thing. I decided to talk to her about whatever she was on about. I mostly, besides busting a possible troll by asking for facts, I mainly wanted to find out if Don and Candus were both biological parents to Summer and the boys, how long they had been together, if they were married, if the family was blended, with steps and half siblings, how far apart the kids were in age, things that are sometimes red flags for familial dysfunction.

So I have no intention of picking apart the whole sexual inappropriateness of the children in the 2nd generation Well's family when Don and his step sisters were children, in a super dysfunctional blended family, cram packed with teens and toddlers, and parents in honeymoon stage, and then both out of the home for long rod trips, leaving the kids alone for days or weeks at a time? with apparent cyclical abuses. I have no desire to pick which is lies or omissions or glossing over, or a sprinkling of unicorn poop jimmys on Mary's famous meatloaf gravy!! They have an agenda, they have a narrative they are biased, and they have lied. At the very least they are gaslighting, and making Summer's disappearance about them.

Hunter has lied-

Ally has lied- she saw Summer on June 15th-she didn't see her, busted by her neighbors, or a neighborhood security cam. Even Hunter's father said she lied and encouraged Hunter to lie about June 15th. Candus bought alcohol and "puff bars" for Hunter. Both Hunter and Candus said, they were not bought for Hunter at all. She lied about, completely out of the air stuff, ie., Candus was suppoesed to give Summer for adoption, to her mother, Summer's grandmother, but Donald wouldn't let her. Candus did not want Summer because she was a girl. Candus killed Summer because she was jealous of her getting daddy's attention. The timeline fo when both Hunter and Ally found out, and how she found out, that Summer was missing is all out of sorts, therefore I'm calling BS. on Candus blowing up the phone and Facebook messengers and snap chats...BS! Ally admitted to Ignoring and not wanting, to talk to Candus that night. A brief synopsis: Hunter was JUST pulling up in the parkingl ot of the park that he went to with his girlfriend and her mother when Candus called him and he said to call Ally, who did not answer (her phone was in Leslie's car charging, So he called Leslie to tell Ally to call Candus, and she dismissed it and igored it until after the game, and after they got their dinners and then she saw it posted on Facebook that Summer was really missing. Then she allegedly got ahold of Candus, and claimed that Candus had refused to speak with the police. BS!! Candus would be down at the station under interrogation if she had refused to speak to police. Ally lied so much it could be it's own blog post

According to Trish, Don's step niece Don went to Utah in March of 2020, and stayed for a few months (he returned to Rogersville in October of 2020).

June 12 2020, Candus posted that someone had called CPS on her

In June of 2020 Ally "hacked" Candus's facebook, posting her own photo and commenting, "Haha Sissy I hacked you"

In late June (24 ish to 26?)2020, Candus posts photos of Hunter in the car with a big bucket of strawberries, and his new puppy he adopted from Candus, also seen with Ally and the fried green tomato plate with the white powder, along with a spoon, a flea comb, or a lice comb and lice treatment kit, Ally explains, she was picking fleas ( at the kitchen table with food nearby?). The puppyu is also seen with Hunter sitting on the floor of the Wells' house with Summer near by, Also posted photos around that time of the whole bunch, Ally's family minus Tru, and Candus's family minus the oldest boy and Don, going to the falls swimming, climbing rocks, and hiking the trails, taking pictures, at the Laurel Run, Bays Mountain Waterfalls. Ally, Ally's younger daughter, and Hunter all hanging around at the Hill, with a campfire, and sparklers. late June 2020. Candus was posting photos of the kids and grandma in Wisconsin in August of 2020. Ally said she and a neighbor in Beech Creek were taking turns feeding the dogs while Candus was in WI, By September Ally and the kids had moved in, and by Sept 18th Jose was in the mix, In October Don Came Home from Utah.

Tru has lied-

Sherri has lied- Sherri had gone out to eat with Candus and the kids, in March of 2021. Candus posted pictures to facebook, of them at Chili's in Kingsport, Summer still had hair. As far as I know there are no photos of Summer with the boy hair cut with Tru, Hunter or anyone from this gang. There are plenty of them all together before that up until possibly February, Definitely November and December of 2020, Tru and her friend at the car window with Candus and Summer, Candus captioned, "Summer loves her some Tru". Dec 2020, Allison "liked" an image Candus Posted on Facebook looking out her car windshield at the snow, there is a paw patrol pup on the dashboard..

Cassandra M has lied-

Andrew H (hunter's father) has lied-

Aubrey H, (the person who called CPS on Don and Candus, when her little girl ran away with Tru-M and wound up at the Hill where Don and Candus refused to harbor them, has lied- this incident was in March 2021. She says her daughter was up there with her best friend and her best friend's grandmother,(that would be Tru and Sherri) and the boys were shooting dogs, the parents were slapping the kids around, and there were cat sized rats and roaches and all the horrible things. She never mentioned her daughter and Tru were allegedly more than just platonic friends, and her daughter was much younger than Tru. This is what Ally, Tru's mother has said about her own daughter, She led in with "there was an incident a few months back ...."

Leslie Hill Lied: on June 18th, She posted on Facebook that Summer went under water at the swimming hole, for about a minute, and Hunter saved her from drowning, And she could have hit her head on a rock or something. it was later reduced to about 15 seconds during an interview with Unmasked, then Hunter reduced it again down to 4-5 seconds or, he didn't know because he didn't see her go under he was just making sure she was alright. She described a Birthday party (Allison's August) where the kids were playing in the pool and allegedly Candus punished the boys for being too rough in the pool by "making them lay on the hot asphalt" and it really pissed her off so much she decided right then and there she hated candus, and she rage flipped the water out of the pool...I guess she thought that was a solution to her "problem" she had with Candus. When asked why she didn;t call CPS she said they had been called so many times, by every one, and every time they hide so CPS can't get to them, There are photos of the kids in a swimming pool, that looks like it is at Ally's house, dated June 5 2020, there are 4 girls (2 of them I know as Allison's daughter) besides Summer and the 2 Wells boys, (during this time one of the boys was with Don in Utah)

And I ask myself if I am being biased, reserving my judgement of Candus and Don, because how could everyone else be lying? and they are telling the truth? Usually if everyone else has a different story that would implicate Don and Candus, then you think they, must be lying.

But it isn't like that because the lies are so obvious, and even the liars can't agree on which lies they should be telling...

for what!!?? what is the motive? Motive is always about self preservation. So who is being protected with the lies?

NOT the parents of the missing child, It seems like every man for him/herself considering the variety and disparity of BS being spread. Too many people are lying, why? You even have an idiot, violent criminal in NY lying, why?? They could have just shut up a long time ago.

The ratio of all residents to Registered SOs in Rogersville is 101 to 1....there were 44 RSO's living in Rogersville as of July 14, 2023. last year 2022 the numbers were 86-89 to 1 ratio. Almost half of them have records against children, There are approx. 4450 residents in Rogersville. How many not caught, not yet "active", or on their death beds carrying their secrets to the grave? Hawkins county gives them a little tap on the butt and light sentences and Alford pleas to "protect the victims", so they get out, go to work for someone and check in twice a year...or not. . Lots of intermingling with neighboring counties and small cities. A main trfficing thorough fare. Near by Big events and tourist traps. Talk about a perfect storm?

Yeh about that, lots of little tid bits. In the CM interview Ally says that tru was locked up at the time of the interview, in juvy again because she keeps running away (since she was 12 years old). In the heels on the ground interview Sherry says tru is locked up and not getting out any time soon.

I was looking into Brionah Tester (the girl that was killed in Grey TN knew Candus/and had allegedly kidnapped a child ...) I found an old FBook profile from Jan 2020, with Tru's image as profile pic, and I took a look because the name was not her name, it was a man's name, from Gloversville NY (but not really, cuz he lives in Kingsport or Hawkins County)) Jan 14 2020 she "checked in on FB from Gloversville, NY. Only 8 friends, on the profile, included were Candus, and what is basically girlfriends her age, who were also friends on her regular profiles. One of the girls has a mother who works in Hawkins county Corrections as a cook, Her Father is a truck driver. Friends and family with lawson and others, And the girl's(friend of Tru) real last name is the same as the last name on that fake tru, profile, the whole family is mostly LE, except the one being used as her profile name, a middle aged man. When the youtubers finally found it they were just focused on what kind of 40 year old guy would make a profile pretending to be beautiful teen girl Tru? and why is Candus friends with HIM!!!!!???...lol went right over their heads! again, like everything else unless it fits their narrative. Hunter's troubles were in Jan 2021. Ally claims she went and got Tru "when she went missing". Did Ally go to NY to get her, and have to show her ID to prove custody of a minor? Is that what set off the custody issue with Hunter and Andrew? Andrew came down to Tn in Sept 2020....not necessarily to visit Hunter. Ally originally said he got a bug up his butt and suddenly wanted custody, but I imagine she got caught in the system somehow trying to get low income housing, food stamps etc (she was in a program for self sufficiency education) which now days goes between states for cooperation on dead beat dad cases. So once Andrew got custody for Summer vacations, he still didn't visit Hunter, the first year (2019?)because he didn't have money, he has a million kids and pays for none of them (leslie says). Next year Hunter got in trouble, and 2021 Hunter has a job....and then Summer went missing. And on that note Jose was convicted of food stamp fraud with his ex wife/s collecting food stamps from 2 different states, busted in a big medicaid fraud case...AND why doe no one question who is Robert Harris of the last name harris which Ally sports! Nevermind Dons poopin' on the youtubes again!! come quick!!

All the "information" coming from the Mullaney, Harris, Hilts, clan is very suspect there is not any truth there. and not one of them would be able to testify to anything, other than, FOR the defense as a hostile witness. Sherry said Summer was dead, she's buried on the Hill, Don was SAing her, Ally says Candus killed her, Tru says Grandma. Candus and Don all SAing Summer Hunter says it was all of them that, got Summer gone, including Andy, Was Don at work that day? did he take the boys? did he call about someone creepin on the Hill? did he drive the subaru? was Summer asleep in the back seat? Candus and Hunter sittin in a tree? Grandma C was supposed to adopt Summer? Candus was jealous of Summer? the list goes on and on and expands on the yt streets...pick a number any number, spin the wheel .... LOOK------>>>OMG MONEY!!!! who is the real cash cow in this case? Even JSB is fashioning her newly "remembered" puzzle pieces to fit. Cha-Ching!

Perspective, I'm just saying!

 Miami , the South East/West parts, not the city proper, but densely populated ,,,North to South,  from Coconut Grove to Homestead is about 35 miles. US 1/Dixie Hwy, the main route, runs north to south, to get from there to there, is an average of 8 to 5 miles, east from the bay ..the Atlantic Ocean. 

I live here, to me this is a very small area, logistically, and the thought of a constant barrage of missiles and bombs is literally unimaginable in this small area.  When there is a eminent hurricane, we as residents, have 2 choices, (maybe 3).

1) evacuate voluntarily, save what you cherish, and get out of town, The issue with that is there is 1 evacuation route, and from past events we all know you will get stuck on the road in traffic trying to get out of FL. 

2) shelter in place and pray for the best

3) mandatory evacuations into crowded shelters, no pets(?), no belongings that are not needed, mostly for people closer to possible tides and floods

The Münchhausen trilemma is a thought experiment intended to demonstrate the theoretical impossibility of proving any proposition, even in the fields of logic and mathematics, without appealing to accepted assumptions.

 If it is asked how any given proposition is known to be true, proof may be provided. 

Yet that same question can/should be asked of the proof, 

and any subsequent proof.

The peeping Tom stories have never made sense to me...maybe because I knew a peeper once... Or maybe I have a logical fallacy detector that goes off like sirens.

She says they( the Wells) showed up (moved in at Ben Hill) almost immediately *AFTER* one of the peeper incidents ...the dogs were missin' ....And without even an introduction yet, she thinks it was the new neighbor Don Wells? And has receipts? What receipts do peepers leave, thank you notes? (other than footprints and possibly body fluid?)?

She says they( the Wells) showed up (moved in at Ben Hill) almost immediately *AFTER* one of the peeper incidents (at her neighboring property hill). However according to her son Her family moved there in October 2013 (and got internet in May 2016). Don's Mother passed away in 2011 and supposedly Don and Candus were already living there at the time because she was sick and they were there to care for her.

She claims that ONE of those TWO times, she went after him and got close enough to "reached out to pull him down" but realized the kids were left alone and so she had to stop in case something happened to her.

Did she bring any sort of weapon for protection? Why didn't she at least watch to see which way he ran? what if he went in the house at the kids, while she was reconnoitering at the rear window? I would have at least tried to see where he went, or listen with my super sonic hyper vigilant ears. He's going down the rocky noisy steep hill of the driveway, you can see and hear everything from your hill...right? Did ya hear which way the footsteps ran? Did you wake up at daylight and go outside to see what the hell evidence they might have left? did you find any?

Then Andy almost caught him once, "we had to sneak him in on order produced  (on order of protection?)        so there it was close enough to see when he was going in now even though those . 

weren't planned and scheduled never on the same time or same day or anything and they were also *well enough playing (?)*

And then she goes on to talk about the fear of animals in the woods, and snakes, and land clearings, and black widow spiders being the most poisonous things, and her personal interactions with black widow spiders as pets, or uninvited passengers while navigating a crawlspace.. Then on to house spiders often mistaken for the brown recluse spiders. And scorpions , oh my. Lions and tigers and Bears, hephalumps and woosles! 

 And the interviewer ..deflects to the red car, the car door slamming, and the scream.

(DEFLECTION COMPLETE)...Doubt enough, planted, Don's Guilty of something? end of conversation? BUT, BUT!! What happened when Andy almost caught him, and you saw "them"? you saw them in the shed? were they peeping in the shed? or stealing tools to sell for meth? 

This fallacy consists in diverting attention from the real issue by focusing instead on an issue having only a surface relevance to the first.

Do peepers operate in unfamiliar territory other than by opportunity? (aka walking by an easily accessible house with open curtains, and a lit window)

Was it opportunistic for the new guy to go up her steep, noisy rocky hill which cars have trouble traversing? where there were dogs, and a Man/ Father living there (normally).

Is the ground cover rocky, or leafy? can you hear foot steps?? twigs snapping?

Are there other neighbors who might be interested (obsessing over her or her 5 year old daughter?) and more adept at navigating the property, and disappearing the dogs temporarily? Did Don own any of your cast off doggies when he first moved there? Had he made friends with your own dogs?

From experience I can tell you peepers are a little more careful than that. The Wells have lived there now for 11(?) years, She claims she had a close encounter, with the peeper, and Andy had one. Was it too dark to see the face? was it too dark for the perp to see his way home in a panic? not trip over things, like tricycles or rocking horses, garden statues, pet grave markers? If the perp ran off, which way did he run? down the steep driveway? or through the woods and off a cliff? and how would Don know the lay of the land at night to be so precise to peep in her/ and daughter's windows? not trip on a branch or rocks? He just moved in next door(after you were there in 2013)! OR DID HE???? so confused now!

How would Don know their routine? bed times? when the man was out of the house for any length of time? The difference between driving up the road until you get a phone signal, and taking a weekend trip to Knoxville? or whether or not the "old new neighbors" own a gun and are apt to use it, and what about the dogs did they conveniently disappear each time Donny came for a look see??

Although a big part of the "thrill" of peeping is the possibility of being caught, or getting away with it, they do not really intend to be caught. And they brag about their conquests in subtle ways. First escalations first real red flags, you are in real danger would be tapping a window or making a noise so that the victim is alert and knows they are being watched, or entering a building to peep.

FYI

If your interior house room is darker than outside you are not visible from outside. Light from outside will make you visible so stay in the shadows.

If your room is lit any lighter than outside, you are completely visible from out side.

Turn off your lights, including little night lights, and get away from the windows, stay in the shadows, maybe crawl below the window sill levels, to turn all lights off.

Go make sure all the doors are locked and bolted.

And if you happen to have a gun you might need it now,

The simple sound of a cocking gun, or a cell phone dialing, can sometimes deter further intrusion. 

Do NOT run outside to engage with a peeper, especially without a weapon! or ever! you might not survive that bit of stupid, if escalation is an issue.

I can tell you what some peepers do-Do, is pretend they are going out of town, or for a walk in the woods, or down to the corner store.... and park the car down the street and sneak back to watch their own family? The dogs are the key....??

More likely to escalate to actions, on a child...is a person who views Child Porn, and has tons of pics of CP in their phones, or laptops....or their buddies who they share and distribute to. Whether they escalate to viewing on devices, or to actually stalking an intended victim online or actual sneaking and peeping, studies show that viewers of Child exploitation images are the most likely to escalate to further more heinous physical crimes.

Hey remember that time she told us her baby daddy was looking at the prepubescent girls on his phone? she found little shoes in his truck? She constantly implies with different words that the man is a sex addict (can't keep his D in his pants).

Most voyeurs seek grown women as targets because according to psychology, sexology etc, it is rooted in the oedipal complex which is triggered in early childhood trauma, with a cold unfeeling mother, or an overtly sexualized mother, a boy can't get real love from, also possibles are, early sexual abuse, early exposure to seeing a sex act. According to Freud it would be a MOM thing. Others may have had older sisters or brothers whom they witnessed in a sexual situation.. Children are not made of stone and though they do not understand what's happening it will still flood them with all kinds of feelings they will want/need to process in whatever way they can.

Just sayin' may be barking up the least likely tree ..especially with no evidence, if she has evidence why was he not charged?
