There is no body as evidence, murder cases can go to trial without a body, The Cal City Parents are being charged for murder of their 2 adopted children w/no body as evidence, therefore Don and Candus Will be charged for murdering Summer despite the fact there is no body and no evidence.

Donald gave his phone to Tim Mullen, when he went to court and subsequently into lock up. Tim Backed up the phone, and put it away for safe keeping until Don was released. Allegedly.
Benny is adamant the phone is evidence of something, the phone is not in the possession of TBI or FBI so it is being with held from them. Candus allegedly now has possession of the phone therefore Candus is withholding evidence. Therefore the phone is evidence and Candus is guilty of murdering her daughter.
Busted. The phone is Donald Wells' personal belonging, it does not need to be turned in to anyone just because Donald took it with him to the court house. Candus is under no obligation to turn her husbands phone/personal property in to authorities, and if the authorities want it they need to get a warrant to seize it and search it, and to do that they need some compelling evidence that it is indeed a source of evidentiary intel, and apparently Benny is the only one claiming he knows the phone is evidence.

Does Jose seem like the type of guy to seek mental health providers and go into a mental health facility? volunteering ?
IDK...but I will tell you it is a hard place to be on the edge of seeking help, and watching yourself go under. It isn't easy to call a mental health center and say you need to check yourself in because you might hurt yourself or someone else. . Most cases of in take for mental health facilities are people who have gotten themselves in trouble because they have mental health issues, people who have tried to commit suicide, people who have hurt someone, are violent and out of control.

As to the sexual situation, IT had no business being brought up in a public way, for the sake of greedy youtubers "creating" entertainment videos for the big $$$$
But more importantly as a commentary on parenting 101....allegedly Jeanie the little sister, did tell on him, and allegedly the parental units did nothing about it. Interesting statement since the founder of Equusearch Tim Miller's daughter was abducted from a phone booth in TX in the mid 80's and he was the last person to see her alive. His daughter was one of many daughters who went missing in the same area in a certain time frame, all left in "The Killing Fields" a dumping ground along a deserted remote highway in Texas, in the mid 80's possibly earlier. I believe they finally found that some were left there by "The Candy Man" aka Dean Corll. The first season of True Detectives was loosely based on the investigations into the Killing Fields. Most of the victims were young women who were vulnerable and easy prey, were not reported missing right away because their lifestyle kept them moving in and out of society, and their families. Were usuall willing to get in cars with strangers to survive on the streets. Like an old tom cat that likes to disappear for a week and then drag his self back home all scruffed up and needy. And we need to know what they are thinking, how they came to this madness, and what if anything can be done to prevent it? We did not learn about the sharks and their predilection for bloody chum by feeding them lettuce leaves or french fires. Over 200 years ago, we, as a collective, decided that we have to treat people who are accused of a crime with a respect, to at least entertain the thought that they might not be guilty. The practice of this policy has had to make shifts, and clear hurdles all along but it is what we aspire to, as humans with Humanity...The reason for this is because the consequences of convicting an innocent man may be worse than the consequence of letting a guilty man get away with his crimes, based on a technical difficulty or a lack of hard evidence.

But Jose is also in the Philippines according to his good friend Andrew Hilts the father of Hunter, and ex, self proclaimed, sperm donor that helped produce Hunter.
AND not to mention according to Ally, Jose had the hots for Tru (Ally's teen age daughter) also.....So is she mad at Tru too, was she the one who was jealous of her own daughter?
But, big butt! since the video interviews with Unmasked have been erased you are getting only a slice of what Ally is angry about (it may have also been stated in the interview room interview but I haven't noticed it this time around). . As in: "a few months ago (just before June) her oldest daughter "snuck" up there (ran away, as Tru is a runner) "with her best friend and wanted to spend the night there"...where? in the house with no room for the people already living there? With 2 preteen boys in the living room, and Summer and her other brother downstairs with Candus and Don. Maybe they were hoping to sleep in the Kitchen?, On the floor? According to Ally, Don "made them" sleep in one of the trucks in the yard. According to Candus the girl she was with, was under age, and it's unclear how LE got involved(possibly the little girls parents found out where their daughter was after she ran away and called LE?) but Candus said she refused to lie to the cops about the girls age, and Tru and Ally got really mad about it (CM IR interview at Candus's house). At the time of the Interview with CM Ally's daughter was in a "mental facility" AGAIN because she had run away AGAIN, which she has been doing since she was 12 years old. According to yet another interview with Tru and her Gma Sherry, Tru told her therapist that she had witnessed Don s-abusing Summer and her therapist told her not to hang out with them anymore.... So where was the mandatory reporting? In a facebook post from June 17th a "friend" posted the following. With grammar errors uncorrected... "Ya'll I think something bad happened to this child. My daughter best friend is friends with this family. My daughter came to me **a couple weeks ago** upset. She sat down and told me how she visited this house in beech creek with her best friend and best friends grandmother, She told me they were shooting the dogs with Bebe guns and smacking the kids around, My daughter got the address for me and I called DCS. Please delete if not allowed"
