well hello my dear friends how's everybody today um today we have a very
1:05
very special guest for you today um the long overdue um jose
1:14
if you're not familiar with jose jose has been around
1:20
the wells home he knows the dynamic of the family um
1:26
from the time that he spent there and um
1:32
you know we've many of us have tried to get in touch with jose
1:37
um he was a hard guy to get in touch with to say the least
1:43
um so i see you and i uh worked extremely
1:50
extremely diligently to find him to first to make sure that
1:55
he was safe and to also uh get um we really wanted his take on this
2:03
because in a lot of in a lot of ways you know we had really talked to everyone else it's been eight
2:11
months since summer has went missing um and
2:16
i felt like he was the missing link to at least him giving
2:23
his side of the story so i see you are you there
2:30
i'm here okay um so uh without further ado i am going
2:36
to um jose is uh with us uh on the phone
2:43
um jose are you there yes i am okay great all right um chat if
2:50
you guys could let me know if you could hear him find that would be great um
2:56
before we do get started i want to say um absolutely everyone is always welcome
3:04
in my chat room it doesn't matter what part of youtube you come from
3:10
what channel you come from who you support who you don't support
3:15
that is not what i'm concerned about what i am concerned about in this chat room
3:22
is that everyone is respectful you can get your point across
3:28
without being hateful or anything else so that is the only
3:33
thing that i ask of anybody that comes in the chat if you are not respectful
3:42
what will happen is the mods will warn you put you in a timeout and then if you
3:48
further do that then we will have to unfortunately block you
3:54
so um we don't have to agree on everything in this case
4:00
the main point that i am here for is for summer wells
4:07
um and and that's it so
4:12
just be respectful be kind to one another
4:17
and you can all tell your opinions your feelings uh but if you
4:24
have heard something or you believe something you please put
4:31
in my opinion or allegedly in the chat because um a lot of people can take
4:38
things as fact and that is also how misinformation can get out and we don't
4:44
want that because there's been enough in this case so jose how are you doing today
4:50
i'm hanging in there actually rough night but i'm doing okay good good um
4:59
yeah you're uh you're a hard one to track down yeah i literally was
5:06
you know i had mental problems and i just went off grid to you know get myself back together again yeah yeah
5:14
um so jose uh can you tell uh us um
5:19
how you uh like how did you get down to tennessee
5:25
what led you down there how long was did you stay in tennessee um and just the the general
5:33
concept you know i'll give the floor to you at right now okay so
5:39
basically i was going through a real bad divorce and um
5:46
i basically had a psychotic break and um i was staying with a friend of mine that
5:52
actually was going to move down to tennessee and
5:58
i wind up going with them to go down there and um where we were supposed to stay the place
6:04
had fell through we didn't really have anywhere to stay and
6:09
my friend was you know his uh children's mother had lived down
6:15
there and she had a friend that basically had a room and no one wanted to stay there but
6:21
because of what i was going through i decided to just stay in tennessee and i wound up renting
6:28
the room from uh candace and they were great to me you know they
6:33
were actually real nice they helped me out you know and um
6:40
so i was basically staying with them i was almost there a good six months
6:45
living there okay from approximately when did you uh
6:51
uh was you in tennessee staying with the wells to approximately when did you
7:00
leave this would be maybe i believe it was
7:06
february or march i remember it was uh winter time we wound up going down there and
7:13
i left like a little bit almost before we were touching fall
7:20
you could say okay okay
7:25
um okay go ahead with your story you're fine uh
7:30
so i was staying with them at the time and they
7:35
was uh helping me at the time uh donnie wasn't in the residence at that time he was
7:42
actually in utah at that time and i was renting from candice uh
7:49
she was there with her mother as well um and her four children
7:54
uh well not her four because uh josie actually wasn't there either josie was with uh
8:00
donnie wells in uh utah okay so in the house it was basically uh
8:07
wayland wyatt and summer in the house and um
8:14
though while i was staying there a lot of things had transpired while i
8:23
was there you know i guess um they all liked me in the sense of
8:29
relationships wise you know they found i was cute or whatever but at the time because of what i was going
8:35
through i really didn't want to hook up with no relationships i do i was just
8:40
trying to get myself together you know having severe nightmares and things like
8:45
that and um so while i was there i could remember
8:52
the first time i initially walked into the home that we were coming up the
8:57
driveway how to get up there their lawn was like oh
9:03
like if you was in another state they probably would have got fined for the way that lawn was because how tall it
9:08
was you know lawnmower was sitting there you know the kids didn't really have much play area
9:15
also at the time i also found out there was a poisonous snake um lurking around
9:20
in the yard you know they had a beehive hidden under the lawn by the driveway
9:27
it was pretty bad i found all these things out after i mowed that lawn for them so the kids could play
9:34
i remember the first time i initially walked in through the door i was pretty much shocked at what i saw
9:41
because as you entered you know you see mattresses on the floor
9:46
and blankets were thrown all over the place and you know uh tv was in a certain
9:53
particular corner with movies piled up and then as you entered through another door you
9:59
got to the kitchen area and truly it was disgusting dishes piled up
10:06
looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks uh roaches all over the place
10:14
um i remember asking them to use the bathroom and you would walk a little bit
10:20
and had to go behind these double dressers that they basically turned into a wall
10:26
so you couldn't see someone actually using the toilet so they had the toilet there and the
10:33
sink and the shower which was like a shower stand
10:38
and when where the shower was when you looked down it was supposed to be like a little closet area where they had all
10:45
their clothes just hung up and things like that so when they were taking me to where i
10:52
was gonna sleep it was downstairs in in the cellar
10:57
and i was thinking you know i don't see no stairs you know how the hell am i going to get down there and when i look
11:05
just behind this counter that they had that basically looked like a a bar that they built
11:11
there was a hole in the ground and you just walked down those stairs and you were into the cellar and when
11:18
you looked to the left was the parents room and yeah when you say seller do you mean
11:23
basement yes okay okay okay so when you walk down those
11:29
stairs as you're going down through the hole you would look to the left and to the left was a big open area they had a
11:36
42-inch tv on on the shelf um
11:41
their door to access outside into the driveway was there
11:46
they had a couch in front of that door and then their mattress was
11:52
basically on the floor they didn't have no bed rails or anything it was center
11:57
blocks on the floor and the mattress was on top of those uh center blocks whose bed was
12:03
that and then that was the parent's room okay downstairs okay
12:09
did you say there was a couch in front of the door that goes outside
12:15
correct yes that was to prevent any of the kids opening and closing that door
12:21
you know when when y'all finally contacted me you know
12:26
just going a little ahead when y'all had contacted me and and and was telling me everything that's
12:33
going on i could clearly remember that you know looking at these videos as
12:40
they were talking with donnie and he's like well you know summer's pretty intelligent you know she could have
12:46
opened that door you know no there is no could have there is a death in it
12:52
because she had the consistency of always unlocking the door and walking out whenever they see it fit and this
12:59
was not just summer this was also wailing and wyatt as well so
13:05
they would just come in and out freely you know you know
13:11
the door did fall for them excuse me the door didn't said the door does lock
13:17
or it did not lock no it did not lock us something was wrong with the lock um
13:24
and they couldn't find the key so they basically had this uh
13:30
not a love seat but the larger one that looked like it was a sofa bed but it wasn't and it was blue and they had that
13:37
pushed up against the entrance way of the door and that's where the kids would hang out
13:44
and sit and watch the tv you know watch movies and cartoons and things like that
13:49
okay so the couch was inside right it wasn't like an out they didn't no it was inside of
13:56
of candace and donny's room but it was pressed up against the wall that
14:02
literally the door was there okay and um i slept in the room adjacent to them
14:09
and in that room adjacent to them was basically the kids playroom
14:14
and all their toys was in there and stuff um another thing was when i seen a photo of
14:22
where they showed how the boys beds were and things like that that bed was never there that bed
14:28
was the bed i slept in in the cellar it was literally pushed up against the wall and
14:34
the rest of the room was the kids room that had all their toys and i remember specifically because
14:41
the kids will always come downstairs hey jose how you doing and i'm like hey what's up and they would be like we came
14:47
to play with our toys and i would be laying there and i'll be like go ahead have at it go play with your
14:53
toys you know and candace would yell from upstairs and candace would yell from upstairs
14:59
that um you know leave jose alone he's trying to get rest and stuff and i would say oh
15:04
don't worry about it there can't let them play i really don't care at all whatsoever
15:10
so it was basically my room slashed their play room which i never denied
15:16
them entrance there was no door to the room they could just freely walk
15:21
in was there doors anywhere in that in in anywhere in the house
15:27
only the doors to get in and out of the home okay so but there was no internal door
15:34
there was an internal door from the first room you entered through the front of the house to get into the kitchen it
15:41
was a blue door with a glass window and that door they when the kids were you know not
15:48
behaving this was after donnie came back hey one second jose one second jose i see you you're uh
15:54
having some feedback your mic may be uh okay there we go go
15:59
ahead sorry jose okay so uh donnie will always keep that blue door
16:06
closed and he would tell the kids you know don't mess with the lock we don't
16:11
have the key for this door leave the door somewhat open and that it was basically you know to keep the house
16:18
warm and things like that but if the kids did get out of hand you know donnie would send them in that
16:25
room and close to both doors the doors to the front room and the door to that kitchen and the kids would be in
16:32
there though they had tv in there [Music] uh-oh
16:38
the call dropped hold on that's not good
16:48
sorry hold on [Music]
17:00
jose please leave your message [Music]
17:13
sorry about that i'm uh
17:20
bear with me one second i'm calling please leave your mess [Music]
17:26
this gentleman says dang it oh you gotta love technology
17:36
hello
18:01
please leave your message jesus
18:07
uh no problem he'll call me back
18:14
i hope
18:19
please leave your message
18:26
hey i see you can you uh try to calling
18:31
yes i can okay
18:37
this is in real time yes we uh okay hold on i got him i think i see you
18:48
it was a are you there yes okay pretty bad where i'm at that's a moment
18:55
that's okay no worries okay all right so you were talking about
19:00
uh the kids would go was put in a room or was something to that effect oh yes
19:06
that would be the front room as you get to the entry
19:23
[Music] could you repeat that sorry i there was
19:31
a a problem okay could you just start from the beginning okay so in that room
19:37
um basically candace and summer uh grandis
19:43
and wyatt would sleep in that front room they literally had
19:48
two uh queen-sized mattresses on the floor and then they had a boots on bed against the
19:54
wall that's where grandis had slept because she had a knee replacement and she
19:59
couldn't really get up and down from the floor she also had a camper on property that
20:06
you know she slept in once in a while as well and uh wayland would usually sleep in
20:13
the cellar in his parents room on the couch and he would fall asleep watching
20:18
cartoons on tv you know and i would be in the next room
20:23
next door okay so why would don put uh the kids in the
20:29
room like what did oh if they disobeyed didn't listen to what he said he just
20:35
would get so upset and start screaming and yelling at them and going the effing room and
20:42
if that man you know listening to him talk to you it's like looking at two sides of a coin
20:49
because he talks to you one way but when you see him behind closed doors this is totally
20:55
different man you know f bomb out of his mouth as this like freely it's like the f word is
21:02
definitely a prime word in his vocabulary if you
21:07
know what i mean did don go to church whenever you uh was
21:13
there did he go where did he go to church no he never went to church
21:19
never yeah from the moment he would come home from work he already had beer in him
21:25
so basically you're driving drunk coming home from work you know and then when he
21:31
did buy food for the house when he got there it's basically stuff from dollar general family dollar dollar
21:38
things you mean the dollar general down the road there were the um oh yes absolutely and it will be all junk food
21:46
like the chips cupcakes twinkies you know things like that that's not
21:52
food for for children at all i mean it's snacks for them yes right but as far as
21:59
real home-cooked meals uh-huh that was not happening home-cooked meals wasn't being cooked often until i entered the
22:06
home because i remember telling them hey i would like to cook something and
22:11
candace and her mother looked at me like wait you know how to cook i'm like yeah like of course i do i have three kids i
22:18
used to cook for them all the time i love to cook that's one of the things i enjoy doing for my children
22:24
so let me make something for them and they sat there in amazement watching me cook and during as i'm cooking i'm
22:31
washing all these piles of dishes you know and putting them away on the
22:37
side they didn't even have dish holders you know everything was just laid out on top of a counter you know dish on top of
22:44
this the spoons were just laid out like that but if you looked at the rest of the home just
22:50
things were scattered everywhere you know it looked like she was in the process of moving
22:55
but she decided to stay what do you mean she decided to say
23:01
i don't know she you know she said she was gonna she didn't want to be there alone with the kids anymore because
23:07
donnie was gone and he shouldn't have left he should have stayed she didn't want to move to utah she specifically
23:14
stressed that a lot i don't want to move up there i don't want to go up there no no no no
23:20
no you know and i guess she was about to move because a lot of her stuff were still in boxes and
23:27
scattered and they were looking for things it was a pretty big mess in there and
23:34
little by little i would help them you know clean up little by little and the
23:40
more consistent i got with it the boys started to help me well and then wyatt you know i would do the
23:46
dishes uh or whale and would dry them and and why it would put them up so they
23:52
wouldn't break or anything they would started sweeping you know when they returned back to school
23:59
um and they would come home you know they weren't even allowed to eat until
24:06
they had to do their homework which i feel that that's wrong because you know the children eat at 11 in the morning
24:12
and they're coming home at three from the bus three three thirty of course they're going to want to eat
24:18
something small they're hungry they're young they burn through that energy and they couldn't even eat they had to
24:23
do their homework first before they ate and even after their homework was done it's dollar pizzas
24:30
you know or or chips or or cupcakes you know i'm saying to myself like uh
24:36
where's like turkey and cheese tuna fish maybe a can of spaghetti and meatballs
24:41
you know things like that not even that was there you know and i
24:46
could remember that when i the first month that i was there
24:51
ali would constantly every single day she would go to walmart all the way to
24:57
kingsport to walmart and spend her little bit of money that she earns from
25:03
her job you know taken away from her children and giving it to summer and the boys because even
25:12
she was eye to eye with me these kids need to eat like what's going on here
25:18
you know and it was just an incredible experience you could say
25:24
an eye opener it made me realize wow you know compared to these people i'm a wonderful dad you know like
25:31
i cook i clean wash clothes i've even done laundry for them even you know and
25:36
they are amazed because all they kept saying is donny don't do things like that like that man does not
25:43
do anything all he does is work drink come home that's it okay could you
25:48
could you tell us about uh when don returned how did how did all
25:54
of that go down well uh basically when
26:00
he was coming back i remember candace was telling me that oh he's pissed and
26:07
you know before he returned i find it kind of strange that he said he didn't know who i was
26:14
until he came home because i had spoken with him on numerous occasions on the telephone
26:22
while he was on his way back from utah you know and i thought everything was
26:29
cool between us he came home he was calm he didn't drink the first
26:35
two days on the second day that he was there he got his old job back
26:41
was ready to return back to work and next thing i know he's back into work a
26:47
couple of days later he gets paid but fills up his fridge full of all this
26:52
frozen junk food and beer and liquor and
26:57
right away it's to the drinking and i remember a couple of times i would be downstairs you know laying down about
27:05
to pass out and i hear them fighting upstairs and it's not like a normal fight it's a drunk
27:12
fight between two drunk people yeah when you say pass out you mean going to sleep right i just want to be clear
27:18
i'm sorry
27:25
i had started a part-time job you know to earn a little extra money
27:30
and things like that so um you know it was it would be like almost
27:37
eight o'clock at night 8 30 maybe and they would be hammered like and i mean
27:44
hammered but they didn't look like they were hammered but they were they were drunk we were
27:51
talking black velvet and a fifth of it and they will always have a 12-pack of
27:57
mountain dew under the table and i clearly remember that because the minute the box opened a
28:04
soda and she would and candace would crack it open summer will come running into the kitchen can i have soda can i have soda
28:11
you know and i'm like david you don't want juice or water and she would be like no i want
28:17
soda and they would just give it to her and i would tell them you know too much soda is not good for her you know she's
28:23
too little to be drinking that you know and but you could only say so much before
28:31
you realize that what you're saying is going through one ear and out of the other
28:37
right so so when when did it get when did things turn uh after dawn came
28:45
back and can you tell us about a week about a week after he returned things
28:51
started to really deteriorate with me being there
28:56
he kept accusing candace of sleeping with me or while he was gone
29:02
and things like that when i finally saw the video that he was talking with uh
29:08
the guy chris from tir uh he was telling them that oh yeah you know
29:15
she had this guy in the house you know and you know he was gay or whatever that's a bold face lie i'm not gay i'm
29:23
nowhere near that okay you know i am a straight man i prefer women that is my
29:30
preference right period and um that's a cliff
29:35
so you're you're saying where um candace and everyone said that
29:41
uh you preferred men that you actually are
29:46
indeed straight exactly correct okay you know and i believe that they were
29:53
telling him that to just ease tension so there wouldn't be like a a severe conflict but during the time that i was
29:59
there helping them and stuff they're realizing like wow you know this guy's
30:05
here when he's renting for me he's a good friend helps my kids with homework he cooks
30:10
he's cleans like who is this guy you know and it's nothing special like there's many of men
30:18
like me who do things like that you know this is what you're supposed to do you know these are your children you
30:24
want their well-being in in your heart constantly you know you want to make sure they're fed their clothes are clean
30:32
they have a proper bed to sleep in you know and i get emotional talking about that because i remember you know seeing
30:39
them sleep on these couches on the floor you know and they would bother me a lot
30:46
like a lot and i'll be like you know like what's going on and it was always one fingers point to the
30:53
other oh it's his fault or he would say oh it's her fault you know they just constantly kept blaming each other
30:59
instead of just meeting each other in the middle find common ground and fix things together it was always a constant
31:07
conflict past was kept being thrown up on each other's faces you know and things like that so
31:15
so about a week after yeah it started to get very heated it was always about me
31:22
always and you know my name just kept constantly flying out there
31:28
and one night they got so drunk um this was the week that i had left
31:34
they had gotten real drunk is this the night where the police came
31:40
yes okay correct and i remember that that night very clearly because i was
31:46
half asleep i was literally half asleep ready to you know go into wonderland as
31:54
you would say and all i could remember was hearing this loud banging thunk noise you know like
32:02
if someone hit the ground and i remember jumping off the bed and running up those tiny steps you know
32:09
when peeking out and candace is literally on top of donny like don't you
32:17
ever ever put a hand on me and things like that and i'm like what is going on
32:23
and she was telling me this this [ __ ] here is saying nina you doing something
32:29
together and i'm like yo we're not doing nothing we never did anything like at
32:35
all at all and he was like i want you out of my house and i said i will leave this home when your wife tells me to
32:41
leave this home because she's the one who is renting from me and she is the one who is helping me
32:48
you know you were nowhere around so you have no no say so here at the moment especially
32:55
that you took your oldest son and you ditched the rest of your family you know if you're gonna move to another state
33:01
pick up your entire family and go don't take one child and leave the wife with the rest because that was wrong you know
33:08
and if in the summer as he said it's his world she should have been the first one on
33:14
that truck with him you know when he left to utah not leave her with candace and then leave candace
33:21
with barely any money candace would have to call him i need money for food i mean
33:27
you know money to pay the light and things like that and she would be full-blown fights with him about that
33:33
and you know eventually he would give in and send her a few dollars and that was it but it would be
33:39
a full-blown fight just to get money from him you know from utah so she could get
33:44
whatever she needed for the house so that night after he got up and he's yelling at me he's there drinking his
33:52
uh a beer i don't remember what kind of beer it was it was a brown bottle and i started
33:59
to tell him what's a cheetah always a cheetah you know you cheated on your wife while your wife is downstairs in the
34:05
basement with your daughter and you up here in this room where your sons are sleeping at and you're having sex with
34:11
some some lady who you know uses drugs and you're saying you're helping her but
34:17
yeah i could imagine you're helping her and i guess he didn't like the truth being told in his face because he wind
34:23
up throwing a beer bottle at me right in my face and the beer bottle wind up breaking and it [ __ ] want my
34:30
foot too and i remember after that initial you know hit i literally
34:36
you know uh grandest was in between us and candace was behind grandest like
34:43
they were trying to keep us separated and at that time that's when donnie just
34:48
shoved candace out of the way and i started to approach him as he's
34:53
coming towards me and grandis is still trying to keep her separated but you
34:58
know i was already so much anger was inside of me that he done threw this bottle at me
35:05
you know like oh yeah that's it i'm done with this and i wind up moving um grandis out of the
35:13
way i didn't shove her i didn't do anything i just pressed my chest up
35:18
against her and when she felt you know my force that's when she just moved out
35:24
the way because she knew right then and there fist was going to be flying so as donnie
35:29
went to go and throw up his fist at me i literally walked right up to his face i
35:36
had my hands in my pocket and i had him balled up in a fist and i said i'm waiting throw it because you found the
35:44
right one with me maybe other people are afraid or intimidated of you but i'm not
35:50
you know i've dealt with people like you you know growing up and
35:56
instead of him lunging at me you know he started to step back and started to move
36:01
back to get out of out of the home and at that time that's when uh candace
36:09
decided to call the police and when she called the police donnie ran he jumped in his truck mind you he's
36:16
drunk you know he jumped in his truck and he drove away
36:21
that same night uh maybe 20 25 minutes later the police wind up coming up the
36:27
hill and donnie wasn't on the property at the time and we were explaining to the police
36:34
officer what had transpired there and stuff and
36:39
the police were like do you happen to know where he went and we were like no and next thing we know donnie's coming
36:45
back up the hill in the truck and that's when the police officers you know
36:50
proceeded to him and they raised up their guns they asked them to step forward in front of the vehicle and
36:57
that's when we were telling him he's drunk like literally drunk
37:02
and so they gave him i guess whatever exam for a dui
37:08
you know and in the police officer's eyes he passed it and then the police officer comes and
37:14
says well you know in my family we have drunks and they're coherent so he's probably a coherent drunk i don't care
37:21
what you say when you're drunk you're drunk there's no coherence in that whatsoever you know you're under the
37:28
influence completely and then that's when candace had told the police
37:34
officer that he had a gun in the car and
37:39
he's a known felon and the police officer was like what and then that's what donnie admitted that he
37:45
did have the gun in there and he tried to say it was a muzzleloader but it wasn't it was like a
37:53
a little two-shot dillinger that he had in his glove box you know and i'm saying to myself
38:00
this man came all the way from utah with that gun in this glove box
38:06
like what do you need a gun for and you're a known felon you know back in my past i've been i've been
38:13
arrested and i know for a fact i can't carry a firearm if i do i'm that's a
38:18
felony charge and i'm going to prison for a long long time so i know for him to be doing that
38:25
you have no respect at all for the law or anybody else you know
38:30
and they basically arrested him and uh charged him i guess for domestic
38:37
violence because candace was just crying all over the place they had this
38:42
physical altercation and then um they were talking with me
38:47
and i was telling them about me and him with the altercation and they asked would you no we can't ask you to press
38:54
charges because you basically don't have no physical wounds on you and i'm
38:59
looking at the police officer like dude look at my tooth like he literally tripped my tooth
39:05
and that's not a physical altercation or not to be arrested after he threw the
39:11
beer bottle at me you know and nothing really happened they wind up
39:17
taking him to jail for whatever happened between him and candace how long did he stay in jail
39:24
uh not long maybe seven days i think tops he was in there i believe okay and
39:32
i remember candace going down to the courthouse and um
39:37
i was with her her mother was with her all the children and she went in there you know
39:44
and did the order of protection and she had it and she had to fill out some paperwork and me and her mother had to
39:51
help her fill out that paperwork and then she went back in i guess they gave it to her and she came
39:58
out and i kept stressing to her don't let him back in this guy
40:03
if something is wrong with him just from this altercation that i have with him i know for a fact this guy is
40:10
brutal this guy has no conscience whatsoever
40:17
because you're physically abusive to a mother a grandmother you that like he admitted
40:24
she hated his guts she had reason to hate this man's good you know this man was violent it wasn't
40:31
passive he wasn't calm you know and to hear these videos say oh he's a calm man
40:39
you know he fits this description no he's a calm man in public
40:44
you should see the man behind closed doors that's a totally
40:49
different person it's like he switches you know like one day he's okay and at
40:55
night time it's like a dr jekyll and mr hyde situation with him you know one
41:00
point he's fine and calm and laughing it up and in an instant he changes to you
41:06
know to jekyll and he's raging and arguing and throwing things and
41:12
that's the type of man he is and on a power trip what he says must go and everyone must listen and he don't care
41:20
who you are [Music] what what uh tell me about the thing
41:25
that they would do whenever the kids were sleeping
41:30
with the shaving the shaving oh yes um there was uh times where it wasn't done
41:37
this was before he came but um they would play pranks on the children
41:43
and while they would sleep they would put shaving cream all over them while they were sleeping
41:48
you know and i'm like you know i first i had laughed because i i thought it was like a get back to
41:55
the kids because the kids did that to their mother one time you know and everybody in the house was
42:02
laughing it was funny and the mom was laughing too candace was laughing about it and she's like oh don't worry i'm
42:08
gonna get you i'm gonna get y'all but you know the kids are sleeping and they wind up doing it to the children
42:15
and it was like nothing you know i'll never forget that when wyatt had woke up
42:21
he was crying because he got shaving cream in his eye and he was like why are you always doing that you know when i'm
42:28
when i'm fully asleep why you don't do that when i'm like half asleep or something and he was literally in tears
42:35
because the shaving cream got into his eyes
42:40
it was things like that that really bothered me a lot you know and it wasn't until that
42:48
altercation that i had with donny that he finally realized that he's in front
42:54
of a man who's not gonna back down i think he was the type of man that when he approached you he tried to
43:00
approach you because he's not a little man this man is tall you know
43:05
i'm short compared to him but i have a good size on me you know i can't say i
43:11
could beat up everybody but i can say i definitely can hold my own right you know i could as well as i i can give a
43:18
hit is as well as i can take it you know and um i guess me
43:25
standing up to him you know shattered his foundation because that's when
43:31
candace and her mother really started to pull away from him as you could say and
43:38
they started to see what i was speaking about him you know like he doesn't
43:43
really love you he's never going to change he's going to keep doing the same thing and you know
43:49
like you really got to get away from this man and i really didn't understand what kind of grip he had over her at all
43:58
but i can tell you that she was at the point where she had enough of him
44:03
you know and all i had to take where the right support people to be around to
44:09
pull her away from him and i feel i should have never left the way
44:14
i did that was another part of that video that bothered me as well as he said that grandis said that
44:22
they kicked me out of that house you know that's a bold face lie because i stayed there three days after
44:30
that altercation i got paid for my job and i where where were you working at
44:36
i was working in a factory making uh cat towers cat scratching post towers i
44:42
don't remember the name of the company okay and um and grandis would take me to work in the
44:49
morning and she would pick me up but that's guaranteed and um
44:55
i took my paycheck to leave and the day that i was leaving
45:01
you know they all thought i was returning to one particular job you know until the day that i left and i
45:08
told everyone goodbye and grandis was taking me that's when i revealed to grandis
45:14
exactly where i was going and she was shocked when i told her you know like
45:19
what the hell i said i had to get out of there i can't take it no more if if she wants to bring in this man back and i'm
45:26
there i'm going to want to go into prison for seriously hurting this man right because it was putting more
45:33
emotional and and mental stress on me and i'm trying to get myself together
45:39
and you know it was just giving me basically ptsd just flashbacks of my childhood and
45:45
things like that and i just had to get away from there and you know grandest is
45:50
like i understand jose you know thank you for everything you know you've been a great help you
45:57
know and i was like just please be careful don't let candace let that man
46:02
back in the house please she said i promise you jose i will try
46:07
my best i will try my best you know to try to keep her away but
46:13
[Music]
46:20
she wound up taking me to rock hill south carolina south carolina not north carolina
46:27
south carolina rock hill okay i actually had met someone online and
46:33
she had offered you know to help me and me and her wind up getting into uh
46:39
into a relationship you know and i want to stay with her and that's where
46:45
grandis had taken okay so it was not in north carolina no
46:50
it was south carolina she had taken me you know okay so
46:56
that's why and just looking at these videos i'm like oh no like i understand why everybody kept looking
47:03
for me you know it like totally started to make sense like yeah i'm that missing piece that everyone's
47:10
trying to figure out what's going on yeah jose i actually didn't uh actually i didn't uh
47:16
mention this to you uh people thought you were in the philippines
47:21
in the philippines no no yeah no i was not in the philippines yeah i
47:28
was literally you could say i was within the u.s border yeah you can say yeah exactly i
47:35
was i was in u.s territory yeah you know i wasn't halfway across the world yeah
47:41
okay um did uh so you were saying that there was no walls
47:49
in or doors or was there walls in the bathroom no walls at all it was literally open
47:58
and when i mean open i mean someone could walk through the door and literally see you sitting on the toilet
48:04
um and what they did was they took uh two dressers
48:10
and pretty long ones they were female dresses actually six straw dressers and
48:16
they put one on top of the other and they had a blanket cover in it and that's basically was the wall to the
48:23
bathroom you know and the stand-up shower was right next to the toilet and then the
48:29
sink was to the other side and then alongside that wall of the same room
48:36
that's where all the children's clothes were hanging up you know on on in hangers and things
48:43
like that so basically if one of the kids was to walk in there and you were
48:49
on the toilet the children can see you sitting on the toilet yeah there was nothing to cover you
48:55
okay i'm sorry um did don or take showers with the kids like to
49:02
save hot water yes absolutely i got into an altercation
49:08
with him about that as well because he had summer in there with him
49:14
and i believe summer was around three years old almost four at this time
49:19
and i was saying to myself you know it's not a bathtub and you're not taking a bubble bath you know
49:25
you're in a stand-up shower you're 50 something year old man
49:31
well above six foot two and you have your young daughter
49:36
that's pint-sized that's because that's what i called her because she was so tiny you know and i'm pretty sure that when
49:43
she looked up at her dad you know what was the first thing she was looking at you know what i mean and it's that was
49:50
it it was disgusting to me and i literally flipped out on it like you don't do that
49:56
i don't care if it's your daughter she's a girl let her take her back with her mother not with you you want to take a bath
50:02
with the boys it's fine they have the same equipment as you you know only a man can teach a boy to be a man and a
50:09
woman can teach a girl to be a woman you know that's my belief in that situation
50:15
and when i got into the fight with him about that he literally stopped having summer in the shower with him and it was
50:22
only the boys so i think he knew that if he was to try to do that again i was
50:29
definitely going to step into that situation again and it was only going to escalate to be even worse
50:36
because you know that's disgusting you don't do things like that i have a daughter
50:42
you know and even though i went through problems with my children
50:47
and my ex and stuff like that i never took a bath with my daughter ever no ever
50:54
you know and with my sons even when they would take baths and i would go into the bath to check on them
51:02
i wouldn't even pull the curtain to look at them i would talk to them through the curtain you know to give them that sense
51:09
of security that i'm not going to invade your privacy while you're in there you know and i deserve that same respect
51:16
as well and you know and to look at my little girl to think of her never once have i ever
51:23
taken a bath for my daughter never once that that thought never even crossed my mind
51:29
ever so it it really bothered me it was a real bad sinking feeling on what
51:38
what's been transpiring in that home well before i got there you know
51:43
pieces started to you know more pieces of the puzzle started to unravel and i'm trying to
51:49
figure out okay what's going on here what's going on there you know and it wasn't until
51:56
donnie got home that i actually started to see what this man was about that i realized
52:02
oh i see what type of man you are you one of those that a woman supposed to be
52:07
home cooking and cleaning and you're the only one who's supposed to command the household because you're bringing money
52:14
into the house you know and it should have never been like that at all
52:20
it was definitely a control power freak very much yeah did uh did don ever have any
52:27
extramarital affairs or anything of that nature
52:33
as far as i know yeah absolutely and he boldly admitted it it's not like he didn't admit it of
52:40
course he did he admitted it and apologized for it and said
52:45
just let it go and let's continue from here but you're talking about it i would
52:51
understand for you to say that when it's only one time you do it but when you consistently do that over a
52:58
period of the years that you have been together no i don't think so you have no regret
53:03
no remorse no respect you know to you a woman is just a piece of meat
53:10
she's not actually a woman to you you know she's just something that gives you pleasure and then you just toss it to
53:16
the side when you're done and over with and then what he would do is blame the alcohol well if the alcohol is making
53:23
you do that then i suggest you stop drinking you know because that's not good because your wife is
53:29
here waiting for you she loves you she wants to be with you and you over here
53:34
have been extra marital affairs in the home while your wife is sleeping
53:40
downstairs with your daughter that was like the lowest pinnacle that i could think of a person to be how
53:47
could you do something like that like where's your mindset for that you know like your wife is downstairs
53:55
and you're sleeping with another woman upstairs and then you turn around and blame it on the alcohol no that
54:03
no that didn't sit right with me either at all whatsoever
54:09
right do you know who the the persons was that he was uh
54:16
yeah it was some lady that uh lived about a half a mile down the road from
54:22
them on ben hill road uh not on the same road that they lived on
54:28
on the on the main road as you come in down their road when you come out the
54:33
driveway you hook the left and then when you hit the main road you would make a
54:39
right like if you were going back into kingsport okay a half mile down that road
54:44
that's where the woman lived at and she was married she had a husband but she
54:50
was a a drug user and a pill popper you know and supposedly she was down and out
54:57
you know and he was trying to help her and oh yeah you were trying to help her you just took advantage of a woman who
55:03
needed help and used the drugs and alcohol to get between her legs when all
55:08
you have to do is go downstairs to your wife you know your wife is i'm pretty sure as
55:13
much as she loved him i'm pretty sure she would he would have went down the stairs and said well baby you know i
55:20
want to do something she would have graciously did it right you know like you're my husband of course come on
55:25
let's get it on you know but no he didn't he chose to stay up there and do
55:30
that with that woman and then you turn around and you keep apologizing
55:36
for what you did but your actions are saying otherwise
55:42
right um did you ever see um the
55:49
lady who lived across the street and her husband
55:54
uh only from a vehicle never personally like speak and
55:59
you know introduced me to her because every time candace would drive by
56:06
her demeanor would change like she hated that woman very much you know
56:11
and she will always consistently say you know we opened up our home to help her
56:16
and for her to do that with my husband you know if i didn't have my children i would beat her
56:22
ass with a bat that's what she would always say every time we drove past that house it
56:28
wasn't you know like no i jose i think we're getting confused here um
56:33
uh she means uh directly what do you mean i see you jody soon
56:40
okay did you know uh jodie sue no i did not and i think her husband's name was
56:46
baltimore or something like that i've heard of them but never like
56:52
physically you know met them hung out with them or anything like that gotcha um
56:59
did you ever hang out with another or did or not hang out but did you did
57:05
anybody ever come to don and candace's house or did you ever see or talk to
57:10
another uh guy named what's his name don as well i see you don
57:16
sheriff what's his last name oh yeah i think he was a good friend of theirs
57:21
actually like a real good friend the one time that i did meet him he was going there
57:27
uh to talk with donning to act if uh he could rent a piece of the property
57:33
for him to put a camper there for him to live what's his last name i see you
57:39
surefee okay yeah sure yeah that's right yeah i remember that because i was like that
57:45
sounds like ice cream you know yeah i remember giggling about that yeah
57:51
um did you ever um did you ever meet uh
57:59
don's son oh which one i only met the little ones
58:06
i've never met uh the other children from the don surefree's son his name is
58:12
what i forget his name is his name dawn too i see you can you unmute
58:17
yes it's don and don jr
58:23
oh no i've never met any of his other children from his
58:28
previous marriage or relationship no no no i'm not talking about don wells i'm talking about don
58:34
the neighbor oh no well he's actually not a neighbor he is actually his girlfriend lives on that street but he's
58:40
there a lot but but uh no he's got a son that's uh
58:50
uh wanted or not wanted but he's uh
58:55
how can we explain that then he did all some really bad things with uh regarding to
59:06
oh my god no actually no i didn't
59:12
personally meet him or know about that actually until we actually spoke that
59:18
was a real bomb show when you told me that i was like what you know so no i didn't
59:24
yeah um okay my main concern is really somewhere
59:32
like where is she like if candice is hearing this candace
59:37
it's me jose the man you spent numerous nights crying
59:42
to me on your kitchen table like please for the love of god if you know anything
59:49
just take the blame girl take the blame let it all out stop
59:56
hiding things just that girl loved you too as much as she loved her that that she you were her
1:00:03
world to her you know when donnie when her dad wasn't there you were there it
1:00:09
i just don't understand what's wrong with you candace because what i see of you doing on these live streams this is
1:00:16
not the woman i remember it is not you know so i don't know where
1:00:21
your mind is at i don't know what's going on with you internally but you need to
1:00:29
break away and finally come clean you got to know something
1:00:34
you know another thing candice you know you know for a fact
1:00:40
how many times we had to go searching for summer but did you forget the time that we
1:00:46
found her behind uh that house that she was that we had to follow the
1:00:51
path and we found her and she was outside with no t-shirt and no shoes
1:00:56
with just pajama pants or how about the time that donnie found her all the way down the driveway
1:01:04
almost to the street and he came back up with her beating her butt you know like
1:01:10
if she was a grown child did you forget that too candace you know please for the love of god say
1:01:16
something this is your chance i don't know why you're protecting
1:01:21
why or who you're protecting but you need to just speak out girl
1:01:27
this is your chance for you to finally take your life back for you to finally say
1:01:34
i got my life back in control you know i got my free will back no one's telling
1:01:39
me what to do this is me and you know this is your chance you should
1:01:44
have been did it but i understand years of torment it does it to you believe me i know
1:01:51
you know i've been through it i've been dragged hurt you know be abused i know
1:01:57
girl trust me i know many times we sat crying about this
1:02:03
girl you really need to come out and just
1:02:08
let everybody know what's going on because the more and more you hold the more and
1:02:14
more you hide the more and more the punishment is going to be when you see god i'm telling
1:02:20
you it don't have to be a man to judge you what you need to worry about is the judgment of jesus because it's going to
1:02:27
be bad because you know that summer with this innocent really purely
1:02:35
innocent she doesn't know what it is to be racist she doesn't know what it is to steal she
1:02:42
doesn't know what it is to be abusive all she knew was to be a little kid
1:02:49
happy joyous full of energy always wanted to swing go outdoors fish swim
1:02:56
you know this is your daughter you know she came from you you bared her for nine
1:03:02
months you know i envy you for that girl you know most of us men
1:03:08
we envy you women because we can't give life and you can
1:03:13
god bless you with that you know and if you really want to redeem yourself
1:03:19
the proper way is for you to actually speak out and don't lawyer up why are you going to
1:03:25
lawyer up this no sense in that you're only making yourself look guilty to everyone
1:03:31
instead of you standing as a strong woman that i always told you you was you always had a voice
1:03:38
you were just too scared to use it well this is your chance to use it because he's nowhere near you he can't
1:03:45
hurt you no more he has no more control at all his power
1:03:51
is now in the hands of the correctional facility that's right
1:03:56
he is where he belongs where he should have been
1:04:01
yes and that's what i'm really asking from her and i know
1:04:07
she knows my voice and the people who are watching this stream who know me know me
1:04:14
they know it's really me and i'm pretty sure a lot of them have
1:04:19
their mouth and eyes wide open the ones that know me and i know in their hearts they're like
1:04:26
oh [ __ ] it's really him and it's like i said if they ever gave
1:04:32
me a chance and they ever told me to go to court i would go there you could abuse me you could say whatever you want
1:04:39
but i know the truth and god knows the truth amen and i've seen enough for me to know
1:04:47
that candace was in fear of that man and so was her mother jose i can't tell
1:04:53
you the people who's just supporting you right now just saying that they can hear it in your
1:04:59
voice and just this before i mean you know the night that i got into that altercation with him
1:05:07
all i was thinking about was every time this man laid a hand on her
1:05:12
every time he dropped the f-bomb i would look at this house so disgusting
1:05:19
while you're sitting there as this arrogant man who thinks you're entitled
1:05:25
to have it like that when you're not you ain't no better than me and i'm no
1:05:30
better than you and i told donnie that right to his face this was before i swung at him
1:05:36
i said you ain't no better than me and i'm no better than you you want to throw punches we can do this because as hard
1:05:41
as you can hit i can give it back but best believe you better make sure i don't get back up
1:05:48
because every time you knock me down i'm coming and i'm gonna get back up until my last breath until i can't get back up
1:05:56
you are never gonna keep me down if i gotta be the one man to be that tip of the sword to pierce
1:06:03
through your skin and your heart i'm going to be the one to do it
1:06:08
um can you tell us if um
1:06:14
so you did say summer had wandered off before uh numerous times you know numerous this
1:06:21
girl she knew how to lock doors unlock it she always played hide and
1:06:27
seek i remember one video i was looking at with the refrigerator that was outside
1:06:33
that was her favorite hiding spot when she played hide and seek with the boys that was her go-to and if not there
1:06:41
inside grandest camper in the bathroom
1:06:52
it's not like something that i heard i i remember it i used to be outside watching them running around laughing
1:06:58
you know having the time of their life to put it on a lighter note for a moment
1:07:05
tell us about summer what was summer like oh my god
1:07:12
summer reminded me a lot of my little girl a lot like
1:07:17
just thinking about her i just want to break down because you know
1:07:23
she doesn't know what's right and wrong she's still in the process of learning how to speak properly
1:07:29
brush your teeth keep herself clean you know but she was alive
1:07:36
she alive and i mean i says adults
1:07:42
we could have learned from her and let's say that with conviction
1:07:48
because that girl loved she didn't care she loved
1:07:54
unconditionally and had this biggest beautiful smile and this loud laugh that
1:08:02
the minute she started laughing you had no choice but to laugh you know if you got hurt she was the
1:08:09
first one there oh you got booboo and she would run in and grab a rag throw
1:08:14
water on it let me help you that's that was summer that was her
1:08:19
completely her you know and it was the picture that you end up showing me that she's laying
1:08:26
there on the milk jugs that is the nicest clothes i have ever seen on summer
1:08:33
because that's the nicest one nicest set of clothes she's ever owned
1:08:39
because summer hated clothes she hated to have a shirt on she hated
1:08:46
shoes on her feet she will always be in just her pajama pants running outside
1:08:53
full of mud and dirt but she's being a normal child what kid doesn't do that
1:08:59
you're three four years old at the start but of course children are gonna do that
1:09:04
you know and that was her so when i seen her in the outfit just
1:09:09
laying there that's typical summer she used to always pass out like that so she so she would
1:09:16
fall asleep on milk jugs anything anything that was there whether it was milk or
1:09:23
uh a bag of i remember a couple of times she would say jose jose i want you to
1:09:28
sit next to me and i would sit next to her and she would put her head right on my shoulder you know my arm and my
1:09:34
shoulder and conk right out like literally knockout yeah cause she was so tired
1:09:41
i think you know last night you said that she had fell asleep with her attire yeah i remember that one
1:09:47
time too in the back of her grandmother's uh silver silverado
1:09:53
where they were in the back and um you know grandis had a very cleaned out you
1:09:58
know she was when you say the back you mean you mean the bed of the truck but it had a cardboard on it
1:10:04
exactly it had though not a cardboard but the cover yeah yes it did and
1:10:10
um granted had it cleaned out very well especially if summer was there she
1:10:16
didn't want her granddaughter getting hurt at all whatsoever you know so she will always have it cleaned out
1:10:22
and when they would go back there just wasn't summer the boys too you know wailing and wyatt they would hang out
1:10:29
back there too when hunter used to come over and and hang out even he
1:10:35
would hang out in the back of that truck and sometimes pass out with summer you
1:10:41
know and summer would just pass out anywhere if she got tired enough i told
1:10:46
like as we spoke before i told you one time um she got so tired she was on her knees
1:10:54
she was on her knees and she was laying on the chair and with her head and her arms crossed
1:11:02
and she literally fell asleep just like that like conked out and i'm looking at her
1:11:07
like summer baby baby and she was out cold like if you would have pushed her
1:11:12
the right way she just would have hit the floor you know and i remember picking her up and bringing her to the bed and putting
1:11:19
her down and putting her favorite blanket on top of her and she would [ __ ] out for like a
1:11:24
good two three hours that girl had so much energy is it was amazing
1:11:30
you know yeah um
1:11:36
let's see here did um
1:11:42
was there any other neighbors that would come to the house
1:11:47
uh it was pretty much isolated like
1:11:53
in a way i felt like they left they lived a double life like
1:11:58
you know one way they would look this way and then you know their other side would come out when no one else was
1:12:04
around you know and i think that they would just hiding things and i think you know when they let me
1:12:11
stay in that home i was the monkey wrench that was thrown into that well-oiled
1:12:16
machine as you could say you know because donnie had it a certain way until
1:12:22
i was placed in there right you know and once i was placed in there you could say i was that monkey
1:12:30
wrench i was destroying every gear possible because i kept showing the kids and then
1:12:36
you shouldn't live like this this is the way it should be done you know and when they were saying oh my
1:12:42
god yeah i've never seen a man cook like who are you and i'm like what i was like
1:12:48
you know how many of us are out here like there are a lot of dads that do this like i'm not the only one and
1:12:54
they're there all this time with i've known donnie i've been with donnie he's never done
1:12:59
anything like what you're doing and i'm like what like are you serious you know
1:13:04
so it was a bombshell to me to know that he didn't cook he didn't clean
1:13:10
when he came home he had everyone else do the cooking and cleaning while he's sitting in the kitchen getting drunk
1:13:18
that was his style um
1:13:25
did uh it was there any neighbors around there that did any type of drugs
1:13:32
uh there was a family down the hill from them that were meth
1:13:38
addicts they used to literally smoke meth on their front lawn but
1:13:43
i guess they didn't give a crap because they're in the sticks you know nobody ever went around so i guess
1:13:49
they felt they could do whatever they want i remember one time going down there you know um
1:13:58
they were having sex on the lawn literally butt naked and we're not talking like pants down no fully butt
1:14:05
naked no shoes no clothes around and they're just having sex on the front wrong highest up
1:14:11
wow you know and wasn't looking at that like what the hell is going on here and
1:14:16
i just turned around and walked right back up the path back into the into where i was staying
1:14:21
at was there ever any run-ins like was there any
1:14:27
uh oh yes donnie had a run in with them one time they were smoking f and
1:14:35
the summer and the boys were driving their uh four wheelers and they just happened to be around that
1:14:42
area and donnie was looking for them and donnie flipped on them you know
1:14:48
what the hell are you doing using these drugs out here and you know he's like screaming at them turning red and
1:14:54
everything and then come to find out he's doing the same thing too you know i didn't realize
1:15:01
he was even into drugs until you know candace and her mom
1:15:07
were telling me you know him disappearing to mexico you know like for two weeks at a rep
1:15:15
you know we're not talking one two three days two weeks you on a drug bench how
1:15:20
much money are you making from this job that you can pick up from tennessee and
1:15:26
drive straight across the border and live there for two weeks and then come back like nothing ever happened and
1:15:31
return back to work like he was never gone it never really made sense to me at all
1:15:40
so uh don he had went to mexico allegedly yeah
1:15:48
oh yeah that was something that you know when they got into their drunk
1:15:53
rage arguments she would constantly throw on his face you're always disappearing how about the
1:15:58
time you went to mexico we couldn't find you for two freaking weeks your sister had to go down there and drag your ass
1:16:05
back home his sister yeah his yeah one i believe it was donnie's
1:16:11
sister that went down there and found him dragged his ass all the way back like what the hell are you doing you know
1:16:18
wow so dawn's yeah sister one of his sisters
1:16:24
allegedly went and got yeah that was what they were telling me
1:16:29
well telling me and i've heard in drunken rage you know when people before they become full-blown drunks as the
1:16:36
alcohol setting in there is truth behind what drunk people say sure you know
1:16:42
because it's like a truth serum so as she is letting it out she is in
1:16:48
tears like she's reliving that experience every time she mentioned
1:16:53
it because she would break down and you know in tears dropped to her knees
1:16:59
like all her life forces being drained out of her just talking about that one time
1:17:04
you know and when she spoke about him cheating you know on her while she's downstairs
1:17:11
that would be another memory that would drain her emotionally physically like
1:17:17
you know to be around these people and looking at myself i knew
1:17:23
what she was going through with that torment you know with those memories just
1:17:28
sitting there and no way for you to vent it to someone who actually gives a [ __ ] you know and here i come
1:17:35
and and this is not one two three conversations this is
1:17:40
multiple conversations over the time i'm there with her in the kitchen and she is in tears you know releasing it to me and
1:17:48
i would cry with her and i would share personal stories with her about me
1:17:54
just to let her know hey girl you're not alone you are not alone in this world at all i
1:18:01
feel that pain i know that suffering you know i'm here for you yeah i wasn't
1:18:07
there for her you know like sexually but as emotional support i was there you know like don't
1:18:14
worry about it girl we got this you know i'm gonna help you as best as i can
1:18:19
i'll show you certain things that you can do to help you know you cope with things but you
1:18:26
know years of torment from what this man has done to her has
1:18:32
literally broken her mind you know
1:18:37
um was there any other instance instances that uh you had saw
1:18:45
don hit the kids throw things at the kids scream anything like that any type of
1:18:53
always physical that always always and always constantly threatening
1:18:59
them with the belt always this brown leather belt
1:19:05
that had roses on it and horses on it i would never forget that belt ever
1:19:12
because that belt was at least a quarter inch thick 100
1:19:18
leather it had this brass buckle on it that almost looked like a cowboy buckle
1:19:26
but it had the little two for you to slide into the hole and i only remember that belt because
1:19:33
um waylon and wyatt got into a fight over a cupcake
1:19:38
and he got in between them and he whipped the belt out and he slapped it
1:19:44
on the table and he slapped it so hard that the belt mark put an indentation on that table
1:19:52
like it and that's when i knew you know oh my god like
1:19:57
are you really gonna hit them you know and i started to get nervous because you
1:20:02
know when i grew up i was beat with belts and things like that so that's like traumatizing me and
1:20:08
the my first initial thought was if he swings this belt and one of these kids i'm i'm lunging at him yeah i don't care
1:20:16
i am lunging at this man but he would never do that i've never seen him do that but as far as putting
1:20:23
hand to butt oh yeah i have seen him slap quiet
1:20:28
i have seen him throw whalen once uh summer was the only one who never got
1:20:37
like physically threatened in that sense un until that one time that i've seen
1:20:43
donnie actually pull her her pants down coming up the driveway
1:20:49
spanking her ass you don't do that you could disappear you know i don't want you leaving the house so you know when i
1:20:56
saw the video that he's like oh well i don't know but she's intelligent she
1:21:01
might be able to open the door i'm saying to myself you effing liar do you know how many times this girl can
1:21:08
open that door with ease and this isn't something that's rocket scientist this
1:21:14
girl would be up before everyone in the house and when we were getting up you know
1:21:19
well at the time i was working but before i started working
1:21:25
there was a time where i got up it was 7 15 maybe 7 30 in the morning i come
1:21:32
upstairs to go use the bathroom and the front door is wide open
1:21:38
and then when i go and i look through the window summer's on the swing and everybody's sleeping in the house
1:21:45
and i know personally the doors were locked you know because i was one that before i would go to
1:21:51
sleep i would check the doors you know to make sure everyone was safe because
1:21:57
two women and not three women in the house were two women a little girl and two boys and i'm the only male there and
1:22:04
i'm in a new area i don't know anybody you know and where i grew up at you know
1:22:10
your ears are perking and your eyes are open like you know you really don't fully trust
1:22:16
the area that you're in because you don't know it and i will always check the doors to make sure
1:22:22
no one could break in or push the doors at all but 7 30 in the morning and
1:22:28
this three-year-old is outside on the swing and everyone is out cold
1:22:33
did you ever see candace uh hit the kids oh yeah absolutely but that's when they
1:22:40
got out of line with her you know it wasn't like she always beat them beat them no
1:22:45
no yeah no there were times where the boys would definitely test her
1:22:52
patients right like you could tell yeah let's see how far we could push mommy you know and
1:22:58
most kids they do that they always do that they touch the waters you know but they will constantly do
1:23:05
that to her and she would hold back and hold back and hold back and i guess from
1:23:10
her holding it so much you know and then there'll be those instances where she finally just loses
1:23:17
it and she either slapped them or you know or like grabbed them by the arm
1:23:24
or pinched their ear you know things like that but as far as like really being brutal with them no
1:23:31
now jose um you know you had you had really no
1:23:37
i mean fbi and you have talked to fbi and everything um but you had no idea
1:23:44
all of this stuff was on youtube till last night correct correct i stood up the whole night
1:23:51
shaking hair standing up in tears with regret a heavy heart
1:23:59
because even when i was there i feel as a father
1:24:04
i'm disgraced with myself because i couldn't do that with my own children
1:24:10
and i'm disgusted with my actions that i should have just [ __ ] picked up the phone yo this is going on these kids are
1:24:17
living like this you know drugs alcohol and instead
1:24:23
i turned a blind eye you know and it's not so i got my mental health back that i
1:24:29
started to realize you know a famous saying evil will always prevail when good men stand by
1:24:36
and do nothing and that statement is so true and hits
1:24:42
home so hard because i was there i was the person that literally defended them
1:24:50
i washed your clothes i offend you i made sure you were in bed
1:24:55
safe sound love comforted yeah i did whatever it took to make them know
1:25:00
everything's going to be all right you know and i had the chance to do something and
1:25:06
then that phase of me going through my mental issues i was a coward no no don't
1:25:12
please don't say that because you you had you have to no he wasn't he wasn't encountered you
1:25:18
have to take care of your mental health too i mean you were going through a divorce as well
1:25:24
you know i mean it's it's not like you really wanted to stay with candace and don you know i mean the house wasn't
1:25:30
available that was the only place you could go at that point you know really yes
1:25:36
and so um what was that yeah after looking
1:25:43
at the video and i am going through it and going through it and
1:25:48
looking at the interviews and then i hear other people talking about the way she's behaving now that it's so
1:25:55
long that you know summer's been gone and as i'm looking at these videos is i'm
1:26:01
appalled like literally disgusted by her actions i'm i'm saying to myself where's
1:26:07
the candace i know that is not the woman i know that i remember so you mean at all the
1:26:15
woman that you're viewing now is not the candace that you know
1:26:20
exactly that is not the candice i know it's not that is definitely not the same woman i
1:26:26
remember so you know i told you um i see you and i told you last night
1:26:33
about how uh how she went uh you know how grandis
1:26:40
went to the um the hospital don went to work
1:26:47
you know i told you all of that um they got back home but you know i told you where all they
1:26:53
went i gave you the full story um everybody in here pretty much knows it uh the full story
1:26:59
uh they planted flowers and grandest uh and
1:27:07
candace was over at grandis's fixing her knee brace she said candace said summer wanted to
1:27:14
go inside candace said she walked summer from
1:27:19
the little camper to the house which is very close she didn't have no never that there's
1:27:25
enough times i've seen summer go right to grandma's camper alone unattended
1:27:31
without an adult while candace is in the kitchen and you know drinking away
1:27:37
yeah yeah well you you told me last night you said when i heard that i was like oh my god what a [ __ ] lie like
1:27:44
you were straight li like what's wrong with you candace like really what's going on in your mind
1:27:51
why you keep defending this man and lying about you walking her over no you
1:27:57
don't you would literally tell her to go in the house you know how to open the door that's how she would talk to summer
1:28:03
because she knew how to open and close the door yeah it wasn't like a guest i knew this
1:28:09
for a fact i've seen her do it with my own eyes you know the girl is intelligent she's
1:28:15
very very smart but she knew how to get in and out of that house you know and i always tell people if she didn't know
1:28:22
how to get in and out of that house why the hell was that sofa in front of that bottom door that's a
1:28:28
good way to look at it yeah you know and then i remember us also having the conversation when you said oh
1:28:34
they got tipped over the window and they never had tents over that window ever you could walk up the driveway and
1:28:40
literally see right through the windows clear as day okay
1:28:45
um so candace says that she walks summer over that uh she
1:28:52
told the boys to keep an eye on their sister she said she saw candace walking
1:28:57
through the kitchen and she said she goes over to grandis's she's there for about two minutes
1:29:05
and then she comes back over and candace says boys where's your sister and they said
1:29:12
oh mom she went downstairs to play candace said she went downstairs and she
1:29:17
couldn't find summer and that uh she immediately freaked out and started
1:29:24
screaming um and she was just quote gone
1:29:30
end quote um so did anybody ask her if that cellar door was open was the couch
1:29:37
there because that would have been my question yeah is the cat was the couch still in
1:29:42
front of the door do you think it's when donnie got there i remember donnie shifting the
1:29:49
the couch over because he was bringing wood into the house to keep the house warm because they had a wood stove in the
1:29:55
basement and that's how they would heat up the house do you think it's possible that
1:30:02
somebody could come up that hill take the child
1:30:10
knowing exactly where she is and that there's adults around and kids around
1:30:15
and that the boys had been there allegedly all day by themselves
1:30:21
oh hell no with all them dogs they had there are you crazy then dogs would chew
1:30:26
you up if they didn't know who you were yeah they even came after me the first time i ever
1:30:32
came out of the truck that candace and her mother had to yell at the dogs
1:30:38
you know like don't come after me right because them dogs are
1:30:43
vicious and i mean that if you're a stranger them dogs are going to come chew your ass up
1:30:49
like this no question and what also is real puzzling to me is
1:30:56
you can't come up that driveway without nobody knowing you coming up
1:31:01
you're gonna know well i i where the house sits at it's next to
1:31:07
basically a cliff on the other side if you step the wrong way you're
1:31:12
literally falling a good 50 60 feet down yeah right into the street to the road
1:31:18
that's there hey i want i i want to make something clear in chat here uh the dogs
1:31:24
uh that are there now are they're just puppies they got rid of the rest of the
1:31:30
dogs that was there they were just puppies whenever we were at the house so
1:31:35
the person who said that hey kelly thank you so much i appreciate it um okay but uh
1:31:44
you know i mean even if someone was say for instance laying in weight up at
1:31:51
that house right someone was all in the house or something they would have known where grandest
1:31:57
camper is at she has basically what i call a bird's eye view of the entire property
1:32:05
of full 360. because she had windows that face the
1:32:10
house and she had another window that could see to the left and to the right and
1:32:15
then the back window that was where the kitchen station part was to that camper was the cliff
1:32:22
and she could see the whole 180 from there too she had the bird's eye view if anyone
1:32:29
came up that hill whether they're puppies or not when people approach puppies they get excited you know they
1:32:36
start running around you know they may not bark like with anger but they're gonna make some kind of noise yeah well
1:32:43
they're gonna they're gonna at least they're gonna at least go toward you and want to you know catch you or something or
1:32:49
something you know absolutely absolutely yeah but grandest camper was the bird's
1:32:54
eye view of everything another picture i saw from watching uh a
1:33:00
news clip when they showed it from above the land property
1:33:05
there's a blue truck that's there it's a it looks like a ford i believe it was the ford it had no
1:33:12
tires or anything on it that truck is was never where it was in
1:33:17
that picture it was literally to the opposite side of it and it was
1:33:23
next to a shed where there was a copperhead there that we couldn't even catch
1:33:29
we had to call animal control to try to catch the copperhead and it eluded everyone you know once in a while we
1:33:36
would see it and go try to grab a trouble or something just to try to kill it and it would get away
1:33:42
you know they lost two cats that way from that from that snake
1:33:48
biting oh could you tell could you uh guys i
1:33:54
want to give you guys a trigger warning on this by the way could you tell uh the time
1:33:59
with the hunter and summer in the cat with dawn yes so uh
1:34:06
there was a time where a hunter had gotten summer a little cat
1:34:11
it was a beautiful kitten white and gray and i remember where hunter had brought
1:34:16
it you know everyone was freaking out you know because it looks so cute and summer
1:34:23
loved it summer would carry that baby kitten everywhere
1:34:28
if she went to bed and she went to the half room once she tried to take the kitten with her to you know
1:34:35
get wet in the sink and i remember the kitten jumping down and running away so
1:34:41
when donning had came back he didn't want the cat in the house he was
1:34:47
irate and he got so upset and he yelled at someone i told you i don't want the
1:34:53
[ __ ] cat in the house and he grabbed the kitten opened the
1:34:58
door and literally threw the kitten in between the dogs and the dogs
1:35:05
shredded that kitten to bits right in front of summer she was screaming
1:35:11
crying and everything but that's what don did and he was like now you [ __ ] learn
1:35:18
what i say what goes in this house is my way and you're gonna listen one way or another
1:35:23
and i'm not getting you another [ __ ] kitten that's exactly what he told summer
1:35:28
yes and she cried i mean she cried to sleep
1:35:34
that's how hurt she was that was her baby
1:35:39
you know a baby who had a baby you could say you know that was her baby that was her child like i'm literally shaking
1:35:47
right now you know she she she took care of that kid and she fed
1:35:52
the kitten you know always was with the kitten constantly it wasn't like she just
1:35:59
played with it for like an hour and then shoot go away no the kitten was always with her if she sat down watch tv the
1:36:06
kittens on her lap or if not on her lap like did you and don get in did you and don get into it
1:36:12
over that oh yeah i was asking what the hell he was doing that why he did that and he
1:36:17
basically said i'm the dad and you know you don't tell me how to raise my children that's basically how we say
1:36:24
so um it was peace pugs and understanding
1:36:30
there's your answer uh that's the type of man he was you
1:36:36
know you don't tell me how to raise my own children but yet what you just did traumatized her
1:36:43
you know that could be something she'll never forget for the rest of her life you know children remember things
1:36:50
not clearly but vividly those memories don't go away yes
1:36:56
you know especially if if you become emotionally attached to
1:37:03
the animal and i believe that the kitten was her support animal you know it gave her
1:37:09
emotional support yeah and comfort you could say and he basically took it away from her
1:37:17
can you tell us about um about the
1:37:24
let's see here i see do you have any questions before
1:37:31
i see you well that girl just asked a good question about their health care dude
1:37:39
um how was their health care i'm trying to you know anything about their health care
1:37:44
uh well basically as far as i know when they had appointments candace did take
1:37:50
them it wasn't like she avoided it no she actually did take them to their
1:37:55
appointments and kept them up with their immunizations and you know she was doing what she got
1:38:01
to do even though it was chaotic in there you know she was basically trying to do the
1:38:07
best that she can but in my eyes it's hard for a woman to do that when
1:38:15
you're emotionally broken you know and it's something it took me a
1:38:20
few years to realize you know when i was going through the divorce that you hurt people hurt
1:38:27
people you know and it never really sank in until i was going through what i was going
1:38:34
through and then i witnessed all of that going through and it it was
1:38:39
a wrecking ball to make me realize holy crap you know that line is so true and
1:38:44
you know people who are hurt they hurt people they don't intentionally do it
1:38:50
but if that's all you know how can you show love if all you know is
1:38:55
hurt yeah you know so um we we know that uh
1:39:01
allegedly don had went to the uh to mexico
1:39:07
on drug runs right allegedly there was another time he
1:39:12
disappeared for two weeks and he went to a drug house that was in the neighboring town yes yes
1:39:19
yeah i want to get to that but but um candace actually found him and drove him
1:39:25
out of the house and dragged him all the way back home so he was strung out in the neighboring
1:39:31
town uh i'm not i'm not sure if it was kingsport or the other town okay so dawn
1:39:40
don was in a drug house yes correct um
1:39:46
he took all the money he got paid for never came home to get food or anything like that and
1:39:52
he was gone for about two weeks and blew all the money in a drug house using drugs
1:40:00
okay so he um do you know uh
1:40:07
so we he took all the money candace did you know he was she didn't
1:40:13
she didn't have nothing she basically you know at that time uh
1:40:19
candace was friends with ali and believe it or not that woman ally has a heart of gold like
1:40:27
she really does you know like that's a tough woman right there strong powerful tough woman
1:40:34
and that woman would take her little bit of money to make sure that them children
1:40:39
ate properly you know and i remember that time because she literally
1:40:45
grandis literally jumped in the silverado went down to kingsport picked up allie
1:40:51
and ali said let's go to walmart yeah she went to walmart and literally she must have spent
1:40:57
almost 300 on just food and we're not talking dollar foods
1:41:02
we're talking real food meals for the children right stuff to make meals
1:41:08
oh yeah absolute bottled waters uh you know i remember because it was me hunter
1:41:13
uh ali uh candice and we had wyatt and uh
1:41:19
wayland with us at the time too and we were all unloading the back of that cab
1:41:24
of that truck bringing the food inside and everything like she even bought dog food for the
1:41:29
dogs you know like she didn't have to do that you know and yeah that's the type of woman ali is
1:41:36
like if you treat her right treat her kind with respect that will give you the
1:41:42
world can you she loves summer yes thank you so much can you tell us
1:41:49
uh or can you tell the audience rather uh used how you said uh just so they can
1:41:54
get a picture of the the the interior of that house uh when they
1:42:00
were feeding the dogs with that dog food member you was telling me last night yes
1:42:06
um they uh it would be the boys mainly that would do it wyatt or whalen um
1:42:13
these are 50 pound bags of dog food that would be right next to the refrigerator and
1:42:20
i remember donnie telling them feed the dogs they're hungry and i remember uh wyatt
1:42:25
went to grab the scooper and went to school you know the dog food and his arm was
1:42:32
just covered in roaches you know and he just walked like nothing
1:42:38
like it was a normal day and just threw the food all over the front and the dogs are there barking
1:42:45
screaming at each other eating the food and roaches are scattering all over the place
1:42:51
and it was always two scoops of dog food once a day
1:42:58
that's the dogs only ate once a day you know and they were lucky if they got a bowl full of water because if they
1:43:04
filled the bowls with water and they knocked it over they wouldn't refill them you know
1:43:10
wow [Music] um so um
1:43:19
did you ever did you ever date ali or have any type of romantic relationship with her
1:43:28
no i did we got drunk one time and got it on yeah we did but as a relationship-wise no
1:43:34
okay but it was just like one time oh yeah absolutely okay but
1:43:39
as a relationship no she knew i didn't want a relationship she knew what i was
1:43:45
going through they all did right they all did you know i literally broke down
1:43:50
to them and told them everything that was happening with me so they all know but as far as the relationship type you
1:43:57
know but yeah we had sexual encounter of course i'm not gonna lie about it okay
1:44:03
right um can you tell me uh if when is the last time you s uh
1:44:09
someone asked when's the last time you spoke with andrew hiltz uh hunter's dad
1:44:15
uh three years ago so you haven't spoken with him at all
1:44:20
at all the last time i spoke to him was uh two months before i had left the
1:44:28
wells property after that i literally went off-grid i shut down my facebook uh
1:44:35
i checked out my instagram i threw away my old phone
1:44:40
you and i just went off grid no one could find me not even my own family my
1:44:46
brother my uncles my cousins you know none of them yes i know
1:44:52
trust me i know but you know so it was something i personally had to do
1:44:58
because i feel if i didn't take that break i i felt that you know my mental health
1:45:04
wasn't going to get any better and i wasn't going to you know stand up from the ashes again as you could say okay
1:45:11
because you know constantly being beat and getting back up after a while it takes a toll and
1:45:16
then when you're on the ground you're like why should i keep getting back up i'm only gonna get beat back down you know
1:45:23
and that was my fight within myself right until i finally you know seek therapy and
1:45:30
started to really fight for myself because you know in my life i always
1:45:36
fought for others and did for others and you know getting myself together i
1:45:43
would look in the mirror and i would say damn jose when the hell are you going to do
1:45:48
something for yourself you know when are you going to fix you when are you going to be okay with
1:45:55
yourself you know in order for you to love others you have to love yourself and at that time i did
1:46:01
it i didn't love myself i hated myself you know and it was hard it's not an easy road it's a
1:46:09
constant battle every day but every day i open my eyes i thank god i'm awake i thank god he he woke me up i
1:46:17
look in the mirror and i say today is going to be a great day and i always try to think of it as a positive way i don't
1:46:23
care if i'm hurt homeless you know i'm not working no matter what my day has to start
1:46:29
positive because if you wake up with a negative feeling and a negative thought
1:46:35
that's the way your day is going to be you know and it's something i learned through therapy and no matter how hard
1:46:42
just think of the good side you know yes you're alive you're healthy you're walking you're breathing well i i just
1:46:49
want to tell you jose i'm extremely proud of how far you've come we've talked
1:46:54
privately about what you're doing now and the strides you're making and
1:47:00
kudos to you because you can turn your life around it is never ever too late if
1:47:06
you have breath you have purpose and that's just the way it is i would i would tell to your listeners
1:47:14
there's something that most people really don't understand or realize about
1:47:20
ourselves is if you don't believe in yourself
1:47:26
no one else will if you don't stand up and say
1:47:31
i'm worth something because god made me and if god made me i have purpose amen
1:47:40
i'm not a mistake and as long as you think like that
1:47:45
doors open windows open floodgates open you would see everything in your life
1:47:51
will start to change yes you just got to believe in it yes
1:47:56
um so i andrew actually has a youtube channel
1:48:03
i was in there this morning he doesn't really get i don't think he gets on youtube that much but maybe he does i
1:48:09
don't know but he said uh and he has said before that he has been in constant
1:48:15
contact with you and that uh
1:48:21
this morning he said that he had your phone number and he pretended like he was calling you and the phone
1:48:27
did ring i don't know who he was calling but would he have your phone number at this time
1:48:34
absolutely not he don't even know where i'm at if he knew where i was at
1:48:39
he would be scared i put it to you like that if he knew where i was at the moment
1:48:46
he would be trembling wow he would be well and that's how i know for a fact he don't have my number
1:48:53
i don't even have i was when i contacted ya through facebook i
1:48:59
just created that facebook page you know reconnect that with my family
1:49:05
try to build the bridges that i literally destroyed myself because there's only one person to blame and
1:49:11
that's me you know even though i was going through the emotional work i was going through it the fault lies within me
1:49:18
you know and i take full blame i'm d i was i'm disgusted with the way
1:49:24
i left things with my own children you know i'm disgusted with my actions i'm
1:49:30
not proud of it you know i'm ashamed of it and if they do hear this i am very sorry
1:49:37
your father's not the same definitely a very
1:49:42
very different person from what i used to be i realized my mistakes
1:49:48
i'm working hard to correct them and i apologize i'm always praying for
1:49:53
y'all i love you very much but none of us are perfect we all go
1:49:59
through it so much stronger than helping someone absolutely you know
1:50:06
there's no such thing as perfect we all fail without failure
1:50:12
you will never know what success really is that's true that's very true you don't you have to
1:50:18
fail in order to know what it's like to win without failure you'll never succeed
1:50:24
ever you know um so why would andrew
1:50:31
i mean why would he be scared or afraid to what like what what is what's going
1:50:38
on there he's a manipulator and a liar he really is okay you know and i could
1:50:45
tell you that from personally knowing he's actually a pretty good guy
1:50:50
if you if you get down to the meat and potatoes he's really
1:50:55
a good guy it's just his ways are just bad
1:51:01
you know he's just set in his own ways and for him to come out and say
1:51:07
oh yeah i know where jose is i try to call him i say on your channel to your
1:51:12
audience i call his [ __ ] i really do i call his [ __ ]
1:51:18
and i know he don't have my number at all because you have my number and just my area code alone you know
1:51:26
i am nowhere near new york right nowhere never right so there's no way
1:51:32
that you have my number at all and i challenge him if he is watching or listening he is i
1:51:40
i i'm good call me right now call me why don't you call who i'm talking to on
1:51:47
the live stream right now and i will personally give you permission for you to say my number on
1:51:54
this live stream right now and i guarantee it's not the phone number that what i'm talking to
1:52:00
you with he's gonna have my old phone number that i haven't had for years yeah
1:52:06
that phone is long destroyed and i'll i'll leave you a little secret
1:52:11
that phone is in the bottom of the ocean 3 000 miles away okay don't give the
1:52:17
location just don't i understand but that's an actual fact there
1:52:23
so i don't know who he's calling because he's not calling me at all whatsoever you're a liar and i'm calling
1:52:30
you on it i will be in front of your face and call you a liar he knows i'm not gonna back down from
1:52:37
him at all whatsoever so you could say whatever you want to whoever is on your
1:52:43
youtube channel and everything you have no contact with me andrew at all you
1:52:48
need to stop lying and be a man and be like no i haven't spoken to him
1:52:54
i don't know where he is not just tell the truth because that is the truth we do not speak i haven't spoken to him
1:53:01
in years you know and he's supposedly supposed to be my friend so for him to be turning
1:53:07
around lying on me like that with friends like that who needs enemies
1:53:14
yes and that's how i'm feeling about it you know and he shouldn't be a liar he
1:53:19
should actually speak the truth because he doesn't talk to me at all whatsoever
1:53:25
i haven't heard his voice in years okay
1:53:30
um so last night um after we got off the phone we were texting
1:53:38
um and guys this is a trigger warning and um
1:53:46
you know everything that we say in this is it's floating you know it's it's it's
1:53:51
alleged but uh you know he's telling his what his truth
1:53:57
is um what did you say uh i did not ask you this question yet
1:54:04
i did not ask you and i and but you actually answered it for me
1:54:09
and i said oh my god trigger warning to the audience
1:54:15
so we talk about hunter and candace huh yes okay so basically one night we were
1:54:22
drinking and they got drunk and hunter and her admitted that hunter lost his virginity
1:54:28
to candace in that house
1:54:34
there you go but supposedly it only happened one time and it never happened
1:54:39
again and they basically said don't say nothing because they didn't want
1:54:45
ali to know anything because as far as i know ally
1:54:50
i think she would have literally hurt that woman if she would have knew the truth
1:54:58
i really did because ali is definitely a mama bear 100
1:55:03
there's no question in my mind that woman would have lost it
1:55:08
and i'm pretty sure she's hearing this she's losing it right now on
1:55:14
like losing it [Music] but i'm pretty sure in her heart she knows i had a funny feeling
1:55:21
you know but i'm pretty sure she's losing it because i'll confirm it from the door
1:55:26
you know that did happen you know between them that one time and then
1:55:32
it made sense of the watering hole why he was always going there with her you know and
1:55:38
i'm not thinking of it as they were having sexual encounters i'm thinking of it as
1:55:44
you're giving alcohol and tobacco to a miner so she she
1:55:49
you had told me this i've you know yeah she used to give liquor and cigarettes to hunter well the day i
1:55:56
remember one time that ali found out she lost it are you trying to [ __ ] get my son
1:56:02
taken away from me you know my past what the [ __ ] are you doing don't be doing that ever again and
1:56:09
supposedly she never did it again but then after looking at the interview
1:56:14
that all of them are sitting there talking with chris hunter admits that she bought him
1:56:21
a twisted t and a vape and there you are i thought you stopped you know i thought
1:56:28
you listened to ali i thought ali was your friend and you respected her and was not giving her son that anymore and
1:56:36
instead you're basically intoxicating this child you know you're corrupting him
1:56:43
you know he's still learning yes um
1:56:51
[Music] thank you sarah smiles um
1:56:58
so um there you have it people i actually
1:57:04
did not ask jose this last night no i actually came out and told you yeah
1:57:11
and actually the remark i said if people knew what i knew i would rock the world
1:57:18
yes those were my words before i told you yes and then you told me yes and
1:57:24
then you told me about candace and hunter having a you know what relationship and then i
1:57:31
got passed out i got like in our hearts we
1:57:37
uh i feel like a lot of us suspected that because it was just
1:57:44
and you know one of our theories is that hunter did admit that
1:57:50
summer went underwater he did admit that but he said he didn't know how long she went underwater and he
1:57:58
said he ran in the water he pulled her up and he said he said that summer just
1:58:04
laughed and giggled but what were
1:58:10
candace and hunter doing together down at the river while just summer and
1:58:16
conveniently none of the boys were there [Music]
1:58:23
and that's that should raise suspicion yeah a lot
1:58:28
of suspicion right there because one thing i do know is the boys love going to that watering
1:58:36
hole too they love to go swimming you know uh they love to fish these are outdoor boys they're not house kids well
1:58:43
another thing is where does she take the boys you don't know this but uh they uh maybe you do but i i didn't tell you
1:58:49
this lesson they also said they went fishing down there that day but they didn't bring any
1:58:55
fishing poles and it's hard to go fishing without fishing poles
1:59:00
correct you're absolutely right and i know that grandest when she used to go down there in her truck she had fishing
1:59:07
poles and the tackle box in the back of that cab every time they went to the fishing hall
1:59:14
right um
1:59:22
well personally for me you know whatever can i understand candace has been
1:59:29
through a lot and is going through things a lot but personally
1:59:34
her actions you should be in jail you should be in jail because
1:59:40
ali trusted you with her son completely opened her world to you
1:59:47
and entrusted you with her child and knowing what ali has been through in
1:59:54
her life you know with her other children you went behind her back and violated that trust
2:00:03
violated ali you know you went behind her and you assumed your position that
2:00:09
you are the more dominant mother than the mother who bore hunter and you're not
2:00:15
you know she trusted you and you violated her you should have respected her and be like okay whatever i'ma let
2:00:22
it be you know i'm not gonna do it anymore but instead you persuade him
2:00:29
to follow you instead of his own mom and i believe that that's the the mental breakdown that hunter is
2:00:36
going through because hunter is not hunter is not one that he's just gonna
2:00:42
follow he's a street smart kid yeah stupid you know
2:00:47
but it's kind of hard when you know to be
2:00:53
keep your mind in that set when you already had sexual relations with this woman
2:00:58
you know and that plays a big factor what i mean
2:01:04
to be to be an underage yes absolutely and that's what i feel
2:01:09
that she should be in jail well hell yes she should be in july if she did that ali's trust in
2:01:16
in so many ways you violated her in so many ways you know like
2:01:22
you didn't destroy one life you destroyed multiple lives with that one
2:01:28
action that you did yes you know and it's like a domino effect
2:01:34
because once that comes to light more questions start to pop up well if
2:01:39
she's able to do this what about this absolutely but about that more questions
2:01:46
start to come from that one incident right there yes and it makes you wonder
2:01:52
you know if they say it's only one time and i'm telling you from my thought perspective if it only happened one time
2:01:58
i believe it happened more than once i believe it was something hidden very well
2:02:05
between everyone you know between them two they kept it under wraps could you mention
2:02:12
could you mention something about the uh the step sibling as well
2:02:18
yes um i remember another time um we were at
2:02:23
the kitchen table and they were talking about the time that ali's uh daughter
2:02:30
was there and i believe it was candice stepson or son
2:02:36
they were having sex downstairs and the kids were
2:02:41
watching it through a hole in the wall you know it was
2:02:47
i'm looking at them like what the hell like what's going on here you know like
2:02:55
what's really going on in this house because that's that's really a dirty secret you know like real dirty
2:03:02
you know like the kids actually saw this and you just laugh about it while you're
2:03:07
drinking that's not cool you know
2:03:12
and the boys if you know if their mental health is starting to get any
2:03:18
back on track and back focus a therapist can ask them about that and they'll admit it they will tell you oh i mean
2:03:26
i remember because the boys had told me why it and whaling they had told me yeah we were looking through the hole in the
2:03:32
wall and i'm like what hole in the wall and they actually walked me and they showed me the hole in the wall we were
2:03:38
seeing them through here you know and they were describing i'm not even going to say it on right here
2:03:45
but they were describing what they were doing and for children that young to describe that
2:03:53
graphically there's only one way you're going to describe it like that is if you've seen it with your own eyes that's
2:03:59
right you're exactly right kids are
2:04:04
they're a lot smarter than me that we give them that's right
2:04:10
absolutely um i see you
2:04:19
yes any questions i don't think so
2:04:26
um let's see here um
2:04:32
so yes we do have a few from the chat yeah
2:04:38
we do have some from the chat absolutely um
2:04:44
guys load some questions if you have some i'll try to well okay i've wrote them down okay
2:04:51
he has talked to the fbi yes yes i have
2:04:58
okay um can you hear me jose yes i can
2:05:04
okay have you ever met someone named brad wisham
2:05:10
will sean no i have not okay what about somebody named ernie shell
2:05:18
no i have not beanie keys
2:05:25
or someone named paul no okay
2:05:31
um did don have to give permission for candace like if summer had got hurt or
2:05:37
something um would candace normally call don and ask for permission to seek medical care for
2:05:45
her [Music]
2:05:50
okay i see you hold on one second we i just literally forgot about this
2:05:56
i can't believe it's a huge thing in the interview um did uh
2:06:04
this was a shocker for me last night did don ever uh
2:06:12
did what i told you don took the subaru that morning to
2:06:20
work right you said you thought he had done it like maybe one
2:06:26
or two times right okay is that correct what you said
2:06:31
what you was talking about with the subaru yeah with the subaru yes uh the subaru was he bought that after i
2:06:39
was already gone oh okay okay and how ironic that he buys that car
2:06:46
about a couple of weeks after she rescinded that order of protection
2:06:52
yes and it makes me wonder did he buy her off you know or what
2:06:57
because candace didn't have a reliable vehicle it was grandis who used to take
2:07:02
her everywhere in the silverado yes so when i saw when i seen that new vehicle i'm like what the hell like
2:07:10
where'd she get a new car from so you know i thought donnie's not there you know
2:07:16
and she was you know basically having it rough where'd all this money come from where'd that car come from exactly it
2:07:23
sounded like to me it came from mexico but um in my opinion
2:07:28
did um you know last night i was talking to jose and i was asking him i said jose did
2:07:37
don ever drive any other you know did he any did he
2:07:42
ever drive any other truck other than his work truck i said because there was
2:07:48
a little truck found or they there was allegedly a little
2:07:54
truck uh around the bouts when summer went
2:07:59
missing go ahead and tell him what you told me jose oh yeah that was a truck that he would
2:08:04
use once in a while when he had to go long distances they had a lot of rack on it you know but those were like the long
2:08:12
distance trips you know like it would take them an hour or two just to get there and it wasn't something
2:08:19
that was a everyday job it was like a call up i needed to go here and do this real
2:08:24
quick and then come back and he wouldn't drive the white pickup truck he drove
2:08:30
that red one he drove a little red truck a little red pickup truck and it had a ladder on it
2:08:37
and i remember one time they had a ladder on it that i argued with him because he didn't have the one end tied down to
2:08:44
the nose and he never had the orange tag on the back of it so that another
2:08:49
vehicle behind it knew how far back that ladder was you know god forbid another car
2:08:55
would have came up and break too late that ladder would have hit the windshield you understand yeah so
2:09:02
i was i told them you know you got to put something orange you know something that's bright on that so that they know
2:09:08
hey this is where the ladder ends you know and that's how i remember that truck
2:09:14
yeah i've only seen it like maybe two three times but it wasn't often that was a very rare thing yes uh that was for
2:09:23
you said only when he would go like really long distances yes when it took over an hour for him to
2:09:29
get there yes yes um so
2:09:35
you know us we was thinking that it it was probably it wasn't dawn's truck
2:09:42
no i i don't believe it was his truck i think it was maybe the truck from or from his boss or
2:09:49
you know something he borrowed for someone that he could use right away and then bring back you know
2:09:57
right so um
2:10:03
yeah and uh [Music]
2:10:11
yeah in my opinion are you right there jose
2:10:18
jose excuse me okay are you there yes okay sorry sorry i thought i lost
2:10:24
you um last night uh okay uh jose what about
2:10:32
the shaved heads what about the shaved heads
2:10:39
like the kids uh shaving i believe i believe they had lice and that's why
2:10:46
their hair was off because um i've seen lice in their head and i was
2:10:53
like get eggs get mayonnaise i know what to do to take them out because personally you know
2:10:59
i went through that so i knew what to do to get rid of them and
2:11:05
they were like no shave it off and that's exactly what they did with the boys and i wound up cutting their hairs
2:11:11
and just gone who's whose hair did you cut uh weyland and uh and wyatt
2:11:19
okay those are the boys yeah okay and at that time josie
2:11:25
you know he was fine because he was with his dad so he was in he didn't yeah he was in utah so he didn't
2:11:33
have none of that but the boys did and so did summer
2:11:39
summer had it too and you know i was really worried and that you know
2:11:45
we would try to take care of it but with the way the living conditions was in that house you know uh as from
2:11:51
personal experience when lice is involved you have to wash clothes you have to throw out mattresses
2:11:59
everything because they attract a cloth how long was you there after uh dawn
2:12:05
came uh after dawn got there about a month okay
2:12:11
perfect okay that clears up a lot as well oh yeah because uh the way we were made to
2:12:17
understand it was just basically like right when you got there or just a few days after oh no
2:12:24
okay um
2:12:30
let's see here go ahead i see you anything
2:12:37
um i can't think of anything we haven't really covered so far
2:12:42
um thank you for this say did jose see or hear anything improper
2:12:48
between summer and dawn thank you justin i see you and jose for such an eye-opening informative interview
2:12:57
uh well personally no my altercation with him was when he
2:13:03
actually had summer in the shower and i lost it you know that's personally
2:13:10
when i was thinking of my daughter and i'm a father you know and no i don't think so and i lost it and i
2:13:17
made summer get out of the shower you know and he's like what the hell are you doing that's not though i don't give a
2:13:22
[ __ ] who it is well you ain't gonna take it back with her she could take a bath alone matter of fact mom candace and i
2:13:28
called it she's like well you take her back with her she ain't supposed to be in that shower
2:13:33
with him that's your job not his and that's when i was explaining to them i said a woman
2:13:39
can teach a girl how to be a woman because they have the same body parts same functions just as a man can teach a
2:13:47
boy to be a man he has the same body functions so i accept that if a father
2:13:52
was to take a bath with his son that's cool you know what i mean as long as there's limits there but to have a
2:13:59
father to take a bath with his daughter no you sick something's wrong in your head yes you
2:14:05
know that's inappropriate that should not be allowed and that's disgusting absolutely um i see you uh could you
2:14:12
talk to jose for one minute i need to go um visit the little boys room
2:14:19
okay okay go ahead um jose
2:14:25
do you know was cps involved when you lived there
2:14:32
excuse me did cps uh child protective services ever go to
2:14:39
the house when you were there no but i know they did go just before i
2:14:46
went there i believe it was about two three weeks before because they were telling me about it
2:14:51
okay it says she locked the doors and she never answered oh really so she refused to talk to him
2:14:59
and just ignored them basically yes wow okay
2:15:05
um another fight go ahead
2:15:12
i said that it's it's amazing because alcohol makes you talk
2:15:17
it really does and a lot of yeah a lot of things that came out her mouth
2:15:24
i would think about it now you know back then it's unbelievable but now
2:15:29
that i see everything unfolding the way it's coming out right now i wouldn't put it past it now a lot of the things
2:15:37
probably did happen the way she was saying it you know and just seeing her break down the tears
2:15:43
of certain memories that she has of the experiences going through with dawn and that one is an emotional wreck
2:15:50
that man tormented her uh basically he emotionally
2:15:56
uh tortured her made her believe she's no one you're like basically you're you're beneath me
2:16:03
i am your master and you will do what i say and that's what he molded her
2:16:08
to be like and you know that's why i said that she's really
2:16:15
she's afraid i know she is you know you're afraid to speak out because this man has you
2:16:22
believing that you don't have a voice when your voice is the most powerful one
2:16:27
right now your voice can stop all the nightmares like literally put it to a halt
2:16:35
right instead you you choose to remain silent
2:16:41
and allow him to continue to have this power even from prison
2:16:47
you know this man's in prison and for you to still be silent should show
2:16:55
the amount of power and grit that that man has over her
2:17:01
and it's really sad well she uh candace just and grandis just started
2:17:07
talking the moment dawn went to jail they should they would
2:17:13
never speak exactly because they
2:17:19
fear that man they fear him and as a man he's nothing
2:17:25
he really is he's nothing he isn't to me you're
2:17:30
lower than scum you're lower the dirt has more value than you right now
2:17:36
and that's how i believe you know you ruled them with an iron fist
2:17:43
for many years and you still think that you have this power
2:17:48
when in fact your power's gone because guess what
2:17:53
you can't go outside and enjoy fresh air no more you can't have a beer you can't sniff coke you can't
2:17:59
smoke your mouth you can't tell someone uh clean up the house cook
2:18:05
me food anymore all your power is gone your power is in the corrections hands
2:18:10
now you have to ask when to piss when can you eat you have to wait for them now to be fed it's no longer when
2:18:18
you want it now someone controls you and guess what you don't like it and that's why he reaches out
2:18:24
to everyone and try to manipulate everyone to play the victim card when in fact
2:18:30
you're the predator you know the hunter has now become the
2:18:37
hunted you know and he's not used to that he really isn't he's used to being the
2:18:42
hunter and now he has become the prey yeah
2:18:48
in your opinion jose what do you think could have happened to summer
2:18:54
i actually haven't asked you that directly honestly i
2:19:01
i don't really want to even think about it but
2:19:06
you know for them to say she was abducted i don't believe that at all
2:19:13
100 in my heart no i honestly believe
2:19:19
something happened in the house and summer got very hurt
2:19:25
and i believe that she passed and they threw her in the car
2:19:31
and they took her somewhere so no one can find her again and they trying to blame it on someone
2:19:36
else that's honestly what i believe i believe the accident happened in that home
2:19:43
you know something real bad happened and you know i only say this because of the living
2:19:49
conditions that they were in accidents everywhere you know if you trip the fall you might
2:19:55
hit a nail you know or or hit the table they were jagged edges
2:20:01
you know from from the bar table that they supposedly built
2:20:08
above the stairs you know when you went down those stairs there were nails exposed on the two by four she could
2:20:16
have went down the stairs and god forbid hit a nail and then fell down
2:20:21
the stairs and broke her neck or something you know and they freaked out and they're what the
2:20:27
hell we gonna do and you know anything you know but i don't believe
2:20:33
someone just walked up in there knew how to open the door knew where she
2:20:40
was exactly you know snatched her and just walked handedly like nothing
2:20:48
ever happened with no screaming no clicking no i'm telling you summer is an energetic
2:20:56
lively girl yeah she wouldn't know anything no she wouldn't have went easy at all
2:21:02
and if she was adopted it was by someone she knew yeah it had to have been for
2:21:07
her not to make a commotion because summer's a screamer there is uh uh jodie sue she said that she did hear
2:21:16
i believe uh like candace screaming but then she also heard another scream but she wasn't sure
2:21:23
if it was like a an adult or a kid or whatever
2:21:29
um so this is a good question someone just asked did you go to jail whenever you
2:21:36
was at the wells house ever can you repeat that again did you ever
2:21:42
go to jail whenever you was at the wells house never
2:21:49
so this this absolutely not the rumor is that
2:21:56
you went to jail and you had uh like a stash of marijuana or
2:22:02
something and then and then and then and then dawn
2:22:09
or you had gotten out and don took your marijuana and sold it
2:22:16
and y'all got in a fight over there nope never been to jail you could check my
2:22:21
record yeah you know when we get off when we get off i've checked your record oh i'll personally give you my social
2:22:28
security number so you can see no no it's never been to jail in tennessee ever
2:22:34
okay so so that was a lie oh absolutely both face lies the only time i've ever seen uh
2:22:41
the jail house was when i went with candice when she went to go do the pre
2:22:46
uh order of protection against don you will i was literally physically there because
2:22:52
i was watching summer whalen and and uh wyatt
2:22:58
and grandis was with me as well and i also remember that because i had
2:23:05
gotten paid and after she came out and she was done doing the order of protection we went
2:23:12
right to the mcdonald's right next door and i bought everyone mcdonald's there
2:23:17
okay that's interesting what was summer's favorite food
2:23:25
french fries from mcdonald's that's true yeah
2:23:30
my lord have mercy could that girl put it down i mean it for her to uh pint-sized
2:23:37
that's why i always called her but could that girl eat
2:23:42
like she she could eat but she was energetic so the same way it went through she burned
2:23:48
it off mm-hmm did uh did candace ever talk about rose
2:23:53
her sister that went missing or did grandis yeah i've spoken to grandis about her
2:24:00
daughter missing and it was a touchy subject she would always cry and break down
2:24:05
and always wonder where her daughter was you know and i believe that grandis really don't know what happened
2:24:12
to her daughter as far as candace to her it was oh my missing sister is more
2:24:19
important than me you know why would you be like that this is your sister oh really she was kind of jealous of
2:24:26
oh yeah basically you know and very resentful to her mother you know
2:24:32
that you know she was more attentive about her missing system than her
2:24:37
oh yes absolutely and you know grandis will always apologize candace you know please don't
2:24:43
take it like that i love you i'm here you know when you when you were going through things and you called me i
2:24:49
literally quit my job and came all the way over here to be with you
2:24:54
you know that's what grandis did for candace you know so that's not a mother who's
2:25:01
resentful that's a loving mother absolutely not to actually
2:25:06
pack up all your [ __ ] on the yellow school bus and drive that from
2:25:11
where you were all the way to tennessee just to be with your daughter grandis drove she drove that school bus
2:25:19
absolutely with that full of all her furniture everything is in that school
2:25:25
bus grandis and she drove that to be with her daughter
2:25:31
now if that doesn't say what kind of mother she is i don't know what will
2:25:37
because that tells me she's a loving mother she gives a [ __ ] you know she cares
2:25:45
i mean i i know candace has it seems like she's been jealous of other women
2:25:51
i mean i think because i think i mean truthfully she's been
2:25:57
cheated on and lied to and stuff i get that um do you think it's possible that candace
2:26:02
could have been jealous of summer
2:26:08
i don't think so but thinking of the things that's going on right now i wouldn't put it past it now
2:26:14
i really wouldn't at all because when donnie came home it was all about summer
2:26:21
it wasn't even about candace you know it was where's my baby the minute he walked
2:26:26
through the door and she's like daddy and she just jumped on him and he's kissing her and hugging i
2:26:32
missed you so much you know you know something you know typically when a dad doesn't see the daughter so
2:26:39
it doesn't raise suspicion right you know it wasn't until that shower incident
2:26:44
that literally all the hairs in the back of my neck and standing up and i'm like what the hell is going on here
2:26:52
you know like and me as a father of a daughter you know i've never
2:26:58
ever taken a shower with my daughter ever i've never even seen my daughter the only time i see my daughter naked
2:27:04
was after she came out of my ex-wife and it was like her first six months and my ex-wife would tell you i hated changing
2:27:12
my daughter's diaper excuse me hold on one second hold on one second aaron
2:27:17
you do not know what happened to summer we do not know what happened to summer
2:27:22
and you will not tell anybody in here what happened to summer because none of us know what happened to summer
2:27:28
we're just trying to get a story out there so you can use in my opinion or you can
2:27:34
get out thank you go ahead jose so
2:27:40
yes none of us yeah it was not until that
2:27:46
incident that happened with that shower that really made me
2:27:51
you know look at myself as a father that i was like you know what the hell and you know when my daughter was born
2:28:00
my ex-wife could officially confirm this i hated changing my daughter
2:28:05
because you know women at that age when their babies all
2:28:10
their privates their body they're sensitive if you wipe the wrong way you
2:28:16
can hurt them you know and i used to argue with my ex i hate changing her like
2:28:21
you got to do this you know you're the woman you know how to do it you know i i did
2:28:27
with the boys because i got the same equipment right you know i'm petrified to change my daughter you
2:28:33
know but he's up in there taking baths with his three-year-old like you're sick
2:28:40
you know like what's wrong with you and that's why i say you know i look
2:28:46
that all those red flags are there and for me to be a coward and just not pick up the phone and just
2:28:52
call the cops and be like listen yeah i need to get here this ain't right you know
2:28:57
instead i i just turned the blind eye and and the result local winds up happening
2:29:05
you know and i feel you know i'm partly to blink because i was there i witnessed it i
2:29:10
experienced it you know i was as i could say that tip i was the tip of that spear i could have
2:29:18
pierced that part right then and there and instead i just
2:29:23
turned away you know and i regret doing it i should have just
2:29:29
went full force to just run against it and you know i wouldn't have cared if i was
2:29:36
homeless they didn't have anywhere to go as long as i knew that they were safe and fine
2:29:42
it would have been all better but at that time my mental health was horrible
2:29:48
you know like even my personal inside my demons it was horrible so
2:29:55
it was a lot of pressure on me you know well you know divorces aren't easy when
2:30:00
you're especially have kids and you're also when you're stuck in a
2:30:06
just a really tight situation as well but um
2:30:11
you know hindsight is 20 20. i do believe that summer saved her brothers though
2:30:19
oh yeah absolutely whatever happened to summer whatever
2:30:24
whatever just went on i believe it deep down in my heart summer saved up her brothers not even
2:30:32
knowing it she literally saved their lives and she saved everyone's life because
2:30:38
donnie's in jail he could he could essay somebody else if if this would have never came out you
2:30:44
know yes he could you know and then he's on probation and you end up going
2:30:50
to jail violating prohibition because you driving drunk that alone should tell you
2:30:56
that alone should give you an insight that's exactly donnie that's it
2:31:02
you're getting the raw exposure of what that man is really about
2:31:07
he doesn't care about anybody but himself he has no remorse
2:31:12
none whatsoever no regret at all whatsoever
2:31:18
he doesn't at all i don't i feel that donny doesn't know what it is to feel at
2:31:24
all i feel that inside of him he's numb you know and
2:31:32
i don't know how else to put it but i if it wasn't for what just happened for
2:31:37
him to go to jail i believe it would have happened again and again and again and it would have
2:31:43
kept on you know a never-ending cycle with him and you know i'm saying to myself that
2:31:50
if he did do something with summer you know in a
2:31:56
thank you for saying that you learned you learned so quickly jose i gotta tell you okay so if he did it in that kind of way
2:32:05
everyone knows that when when enforcement law enforcement is involved
2:32:11
they extensively check the child you know and i don't mean just in a
2:32:16
mental aspect of talking physically yeah and if if children services was yet again
2:32:23
involved this time you know they probably have more proof to really
2:32:29
enter the home well she was you know i you know summer was getting ready to go
2:32:34
to kindergarten exactly and those her mouth would have opened because that girl had no filter
2:32:42
no she spoke truth always kids are kids are brutally honest at
2:32:47
that age trust me very brutal very was definitely brutal
2:32:53
yeah you know when her brothers used to pick on her or hit her she would literally tell you
2:32:59
what they did how they did it how hard it was she got graphic you know and so
2:33:06
trust me she would have went to school a lot of dirty laundry would have been let out and
2:33:12
i truly believe okay listen donnie would be in jail because she would open her mouth did you
2:33:18
ever go to uh one of uh don's workplaces with him or ever work
2:33:23
with him in any way no never okay no um
2:33:29
why do you know why uh candace and ally had a friendship breakup
2:33:36
well basically um me i'm not gonna lie about it me you okay
2:33:43
because i was emotionally there for for candace with what she was going
2:33:49
through and how he had a thing for me and she basically ally
2:33:54
basically told grandis that me and candace had something going on and then
2:34:02
candace wound up waking up and heard it and she literally ran up the stairs to
2:34:07
go fight ali and ali was outside and that was the big altercation from there
2:34:13
on their friendship was dead and over for it hunter still would
2:34:18
speak with candace and things like that but as far as ali and their friendship that completely
2:34:24
shattered right then and there do you know if hunter still came over
2:34:30
like how often would hunter come over all the time when i first got there they
2:34:36
were there every single day okay every single day no i had heard that they actually stayed at the house
2:34:42
for a while too oh yes they did okay they would stay the weekends oh yeah
2:34:47
absolutely even hunter helped me mow the lawn too
2:34:54
you know even he helped me clean out that home you know when i cooked for all of them
2:34:59
hunter would stand by and wow jose that smells so good you want to learn he's like yeah what you doing and
2:35:05
he would stand there and watch me and i would show him you know there i do it like this i do it like that you know
2:35:13
so it wasn't hunter's a good kid he really is he's a good kid
2:35:18
so you said as i said he just was they were dealt a shitty hand
2:35:25
you know um was there a blue truck in the yard
2:35:30
yeah a ford a ford okay oh yeah absolutely
2:35:35
was that dawn's ah okay have multiple vehicles on that
2:35:41
on that property okay that was another argument candace had you know that they had all them old junk cars and he
2:35:48
refused to get rid of them do you know anything uh do you know a man about uh go ahead and ask it i see
2:35:55
you i'm sorry what uh you would you uh
2:36:02
was that you about tim yes um do you know anybody did you ever see a
2:36:09
man by the name of tim mull
2:36:14
no okay
2:36:22
okay you never knew a man named uh tim tim mullins no
2:36:30
okay
2:36:35
okay um one second um
2:36:44
real quick very important yeah i will call you back in like two
2:36:49
minutes no problem okay all right thank you jose is going to call me back in just a
2:36:56
couple minutes so um
2:37:05
this is crazy a lot of information
2:37:12
a lot of information there is um a couple things that we cannot talk
2:37:19
about in this interview um that
2:37:24
i feel that it's possibly too sensitive
2:37:30
um and
2:37:36
if i can talk about it later i will but as of now we can't talk about
2:37:43
a few things that uh we
2:37:48
have learned so yeah
2:37:58
um you know jose he's he's really doing
2:38:04
you know he lived you know
2:38:10
a relatively rough life uh several years ago um i think he said he
2:38:17
was in jail 20 years ago and he had
2:38:22
he got a divorce when all of this was going on um
2:38:30
and you know he wasn't he was in a rough
2:38:35
spot at the time but you know i'm glad he was there for
2:38:41
the little bit of time that he was you know i always believe god put you in the right place at the
2:38:48
right time for everything um
2:38:54
snooks he did not know robin um don
2:38:59
i don't think was going to church at that time so um
2:39:05
yeah i need to fix this for one second just bear with me
2:39:26
okay uh sorry about that but um
2:39:32
jose is doing excellent now he has an incredible
2:39:39
job and i'm just really glad to see
2:39:44
someone that was really knocked down on their feet and
2:39:50
really struggled through it all to to get to where he is today um
2:39:56
he did not want to be found for a long time when he was going through his divorce and his
2:40:03
mental health things he wouldn't talk to his family he was very depressed
2:40:09
he worked really hard to get out of it a lot of counseling
2:40:18
yes purple knight you can post your link in the channel yes
2:40:29
what is that
2:40:35
yes um where was that
2:40:41
yes um from the beginning you know when i saw andrew
2:40:49
i really wondered if he was speaking
2:40:54
to jose it was something that uh
2:41:02
i really wasn't purple knight doesn't
2:41:08
yes purple knights has been authorized that she can uh
2:41:14
put her link in chat so sorry i know i did not tell the mods
2:41:20
that earlier i apologize that's my fault but i told her this morning she could um
2:41:27
remember andrew also told us that jose did not have a clue that summer was even
2:41:34
missing and now we know that's false because the fbi went to
2:41:41
him at his house a few days after summer vanished
2:41:47
yes but he also did not know like he he actually like he didn't know
2:41:54
if it was if she had been found yet or anything he he didn't know all of this
2:42:00
stuff was happening on youtube oh had no clue not a clue
2:42:06
yeah he had no idea of uh yes iris you can add yours as well
2:42:16
so um it's just it's it's
2:42:23
it's a lot to take in i have not slept
2:42:28
at all i know but that's okay
2:42:34
i'm still running on adrenaline you and me both sister
2:42:41
um thank you liplock no more for the super sticker very kind of you appreciate you
2:42:47
so much um it was very hard to find jose
2:42:53
i think even the fbi had a hard time to be honest
2:42:59
um i don't know but uh thank you aj price for the super sticker
2:43:04
appreciate you thank you for being here um
2:43:10
it was very hard wasn't it icu it wasn't something that
2:43:15
we just said i mean usually if we if i see you and i want to find somebody we can find them
2:43:21
within how how soon can we find them icu oh i mean like within a few minutes but no
2:43:29
yeah this has been constant research and digging from daylight
2:43:36
from the time my eyes woke up in the morning until the time we went back to bed at night
2:43:42
continuous digging yes and we finally did it i see you would uh
2:43:49
look and i always say she looked and i verified you know what i mean like
2:43:54
she would give me certain information and
2:44:00
i would check it to see if it would work or not and um well you made most of the phone calls
2:44:06
for me yeah that's what i mean you would check i would verify you know right right right right
2:44:12
yes did don know a man called warren or ian murphy
2:44:25
uh do you know that i see you i'm sorry what was the question uh if
2:44:32
you want to answer it or if you don't want to answer it that's fine too did don know a man called warren or ian
2:44:38
murphy never heard that name yeah
2:44:45
thank you jody's hidden appreciate you emma hooper thank you
2:44:51
d irish justin i want to say thank you so much for your research and bringing this to us i am so happy to see your
2:44:58

2:45:03
diaries appreciate you for being here today um
2:45:09
we do have um the phone call recording of
2:45:17
um jose
2:45:23
from you know last night that we are going to share obviously it's 4 46 it was supposed to start at 4
2:45:30
30 but this has went over um
2:45:36
you know the you know the uh
2:45:42
the truck concerns me the abuse alleged abuse concerns me
2:45:50
um summer running around concerns me the drugs concerns me the
2:45:58
going to mexico allegedly concerns me um
2:46:08
can i ask when it comes like why did the people from my
2:46:13
leave the same day they got to tennessee uh
2:46:21
that's a good question we'll ask that uh well i know that allegedly uh andrew
2:46:28
says that there wasn't a that i which i know the house wasn't ready uh
2:46:35
they they were going there to stay at a house and the house was not ready
2:46:40
so um um actually he said that that it was sold or rented out from under them
2:46:50
the house that they were supposed to stay in right holla four dollar uh he did not follow
2:46:57
the case um on youtube or anywhere else he did not he uh
2:47:05
the fbi showed up there uh he gave him the information and um
2:47:12
he had no idea about all of this circulating on youtube um
2:47:18
what uh last night i was i mean i sent him
2:47:25
the very important interviews that chris did uh chris madonna if you
2:47:30
watch this if you could uh email me um
2:47:35
i would greatly appreciate it i do need to get in contact with you um if at all possible
2:47:43
um hello for a dollar justin okay i already read that one
2:47:50

2:47:57

2:48:11
um there is there's a lot here
2:48:20
yes i'm sorry scott what is i don't understand what she means god
2:48:25
i'm sorry was what three years ago
2:48:38
aaron we heard that
2:48:43
here's aaron
2:49:00
okay um sorry i guess jose's being a little bit
2:49:07
tied up more than he thought he was going to um i know that he is
2:49:13
getting ready to travel today so it may have something to do with that as well
2:49:22
is
2:49:28
thank you jyn mail self that's very kind of you
2:49:33
thank you dream catcher i was looking for scots
2:49:39
h is if you can if you see it uh i see you let me know
2:49:47
the sun's so bright right if you see scott h
2:49:52
uh one of his comments i was looking to what he meant pertaining to the three years
2:49:59
i will do that thank you chris thank you appreciate you so much thank you
2:50:17
jose had phone call yeah
2:50:24
listen and this is the thing i want to explain
2:50:30
i want to find summer and that's it it doesn't matter
2:50:37
it's not me pressing an agenda any way that i want it to go or any way that i
2:50:44
think in my mind i just want to find summer and i just
2:50:50
want whoever did it to be held accountable
2:50:55
and for me to find whoever not me specifically but to get
2:51:02
information to find summer i can't go with what my narrative is
2:51:09
that i think
2:51:15
[Applause] [Music] and sorry that is not him
2:51:21
[Laughter] that's not um that was a different person
2:51:29
um thank you iris appreciate you but um thank you spirit worker
2:51:34
appreciate it thank you kristen i already said that okay thank you mallory
2:51:40
um but it's not that what what my personal opinion is to find the to get the right
2:51:47
information in a case it's not about what i personally believe or not or what
2:51:54
i find suspicious or not it's that you have to really go with the facts to find the truth and if you want
2:52:01
the truth you have to go wherever it leads you and it's really that simple
2:52:08
i mean if somebody abducted her somebody abducted her if somebody if somebody at
2:52:14
the house took her somebody at the house took her you know if don did something don did
2:52:19
something if candace did something candace did something if a neighbor did something a neighbor did something i
2:52:24
just want to find summer throw their asses in jail whoever it is exactly
2:52:30
that's all like that's literally it's not about you know
2:52:37
any other thing thank you tooth fairy i appreciate you honey appreciate you
2:52:42
just for all and as you jose said that he hasn't talked to andrew in three years so exactly when did they go to
2:52:48
tennessee's slow mode has got me yeah that's a very good question uh scottie i
2:52:54
need to very good question um how long has it been since
2:53:04
how long has it been since they were down there
2:53:12
they were down there in february like february or march i think it was
2:53:18
of 2020 2020 so that would be how long
2:53:24
yeah he's he stayed there like from early spring in 2020 till early fall
2:53:30
in 2020 i think he said about six months yeah ever so ever how long that's been
2:53:37
that's the last time he's talked to him which is two three years i don't know

2:55:31
thank you tracy appreciate you
2:55:36
i mean you know he was he was he went down there to
2:55:43
because of the divorce and everything and he got
2:55:49
the house wasn't ready but he didn't want to go back to new york because of the you know the divorce going on i think
2:55:55
and um
2:56:01
he worked a little job down there they were nice he was making cat
2:56:06
like the cat scratch pads i feel like i need to ask him how to
2:56:12
make a cat scratch pad because for my cats
2:56:19

2:57:05
guys no matter what we hear on the internet of some you know i mean we all
2:57:11
get in our emotions a little bit sometimes with
2:57:16
these situations um thank you tracy appreciate john
2:57:23
but um
2:57:30
thank you chris for becoming a member appreciated but
2:57:36
you know we can really do so much more together than than
2:57:42
fighting and bickering over what one person believes or not there's
2:57:48
nothing wrong with vigorous debating um
2:57:55
you know it really in my opinion helps uh debating uh but
2:58:00
it doesn't have to be led with hate or animosity or anything like that and
2:58:07
that's just something i i will flat out refuse to uh be a part of ever
2:58:16
it doesn't deserve tracy thank you so much for becoming a member
2:58:21
i appreciate it hun um
2:58:27
you know in life we should do stuff that benefits
2:58:34
us individually that it's good for our health
2:58:44
thank you classy thank you so much for becoming a member kristen thank you really thank you guys
2:58:53
um and for me fighting with another
2:58:59
individual over something i literally don't know if
2:59:04
it's true or not it's just a personal opinion or
2:59:09
something that i'm never going to throw on anyone else and they're i'm not going to let them throw it on me as well
2:59:16
um i'm just not going to fight i'm not going to be nasty i'm not going to be
2:59:21
any of those things with anybody on here so um
2:59:27
thank you lauren i appreciate it
2:59:33

3:01:09
[Music]
3:01:30
i know what this uh i know at around this time he had some
3:01:37
traveling things so um thank you uh we try to
3:01:44
uh we we we're just not going to tolerate you know any
3:01:50
any drama or anything like that in this chat room i'm just not going to do it
3:01:56
um we can all be respectful you know we're
3:02:04
life is hard enough people you know what i mean like
3:02:11
hold on
3:02:25
yeah it's so we're just gonna
3:02:31
uh where was that georgette yes
3:02:41
last night when he told last night when he told me um
3:02:53
when i didn't even ask him swear on anything i did not ask him
3:03:00
when he said the relationship between him
3:03:07
and between not him not jose
3:03:14
the relationship between candace and hunter
3:03:19
icu i think about fell out i mean honest to god
3:03:26
me too yes and i'm still shocked about it all i don't
3:03:33
know how to feel about it i want to get back in and do another timeline if i need to i mean
3:03:40
i just don't know i don't know what the next step is
3:03:45
i agree i agree i just have to believe
3:03:51
and i do believe that law enforcement is on it
3:03:57
yes i just have to believe that to whoever whoever i'm not going to accuse
3:04:06
anybody personally thank you mercy appreciate you honey
3:04:12

well it may be you know silver bracelets may it's it's going to be for someone i
3:04:38
i really believe that us the people
3:04:43
will not stop until we find summer i just i i just don't think i think
3:04:50
we've came so far we have all all 2628 of you that's in here right now
3:04:58
have really put your blood sweat and tears into this you know
3:05:05
countless hours of us searching every single day
3:05:12
you know not maybe not physically searching but just running it through our heads
3:05:17
praying anything that we possibly can to
3:05:23
you know figure out what happened
3:05:33
yes i feel the same way i mean i just want something good to happen for summer
3:05:41
i feel like she's been let down her entire life and i just need something good to happen
3:05:48
for her
3:05:53
yes uh mods could you guys put my uh email address in the chat please
3:05:59
um i dropped it a few minutes ago
3:06:06
yeah you could drop it again okay i appreciate it um thank you mama
3:06:13
lioness appreciate it um i'm tired
3:06:20
i'm very tired but you know i think uh
3:06:27
you know last night i felt really jose was really upset
3:06:35
he was really upset he you know he knew summer was missing but
3:06:41
he uh he felt really guilty i think
3:06:47
you know he felt guilty
3:06:52
okay uh ziggy you can just give me my number
3:06:58
that's fine you can just tell him if he wants to text me or whatever um
3:07:06
but you know he was he was crying
3:07:12
you know he just he's like i should have and i think he said it on here today he's like i should
3:07:18
have called and done more but
3:07:23
right this is a lesson guys that don't
3:07:28
ever be afraid what people think of you
3:07:36
um don't ever be afraid
3:07:42
why people think about you especially when it's pertaining to
3:07:47
someone that could be in danger or harmed
3:07:52
um and this is the second time
3:08:00
since our initial contact that he's reached out saying i just gotta talk some more you know i feel so bad
3:08:07
yeah last night when we were talking to him
3:08:12
you know he messaged me and he said just that he said can you talk again he said i've just
3:08:19
gotta i've just gotta talk i was like oh absolutely
3:08:28
thank you none
3:08:38
thank you dj mallory young thank you
3:08:46
um well you know jose uh justice genie he says
3:08:53
he was shocked to see candace in that state last night
3:09:00
um just the way she was talking and stuff he said candace
3:09:07
uh you know smoked uh
3:09:14
herbal essence uh
3:09:21
during uh and you know she would do it throughout the day but he said she drank at night and
3:09:30
uh he said to see candace like this it's almost like a switch around
3:09:37
to what the way dawn was you know don was just
3:09:45
from you know if he was off he was sloshed all day
3:09:50
but he was always have he was always had a buzz or whatever i guess you could
3:09:56
say she he said you know when you would when don would walk past him you could smell

3:11:03
that was shocking do you remember he said that john 4 30 or 5
3:11:11
yes yeah
3:11:16
don said that he didn't even leave the job site until 5 30.
3:11:23
um and he he said that don went to work about
3:11:30
eight o'clock 7 30 8 o'clock correct
3:11:38
in the interview that we will play in just a little bit
3:11:44

3:13:35
i don't see anything in the private chat please leave your message
3:13:52
okay guys um i am going to jump off of here
3:13:59
um and i will be back in about
3:14:06
i'll be back if jose comes back or i will be back in about an hour
3:14:13

3:14:26
the phone call last night thank you appreciate it
3:14:31
is that okay i see you that'll be fun that'd be great i'll put a um
3:14:39
a time stamp or like as a reminder um
3:14:46
you know probably just a little bit if otherwise i'll just randomly go live
3:14:51
with uh jose if he calls back but i think something's
3:14:57
uh he's dealing with something right now so all right thank you guys i hi everybody
3:15:04
thank you i appreciate literally each one of you for being here
3:15:10
for summer for being here for jose for myself and i see
3:15:15
you and just being a part of this community you each enrich it if you are
3:15:23
you know doing you know doing the right things in these cases um
3:15:29
which is by sharing it giving your opinion but not stating things as fact
3:15:35
it's very important that we do that that things don't get mixed up you know what i mean so
3:15:42
oh thank you nanakim
3:15:47
thank you so much yes uh the video will remain up um
3:15:53
i do ask uh creators to please thank you uh
3:16:00
bonnie price thank you for the dynamic i do ask other creators to not use it for
3:16:06
two days just give me 48 hours um and then you guys can use it for whatever
3:16:13
you want i'm just trying i'm trying to grow my channel just the way it is um
3:16:20
and uh i worked we worked really really really hard on this
3:16:26
um so if you guys would be so kind to do that after 48 hours
3:16:33
use it up if it'll help the case fantastic
3:16:38
chess kiss use it up so um yeah but other than that uh if jose goes live
3:16:46
or goes live or if jose calls back i'll call
3:16:52
i'm so tired i can't even talk i will go live again if not i will be
3:16:59
uh live there he is [Music]
3:17:06
um hold on one second jose
3:17:11
no you're fine you're fine uh are you okay okay
3:17:20
okay i don't have you i i don't have you on speaker yet uh do you have do you have a minute to talk or
3:17:26
are you you want to okay okay
3:17:31
so i got two hours more to speak on whatever you need okay
3:17:37
um i see you could you come back up please uh you don't have to worry about uh that thing i was going to tell you to
3:17:43
do or ask you to do or you said you would do
3:17:49
um what thank you jill uh what uh
3:17:55
what do you want to talk about jose summer like
3:18:02
it's just really gut-wrenching to find to
3:18:07
wonder where is she you know is has she eaten
3:18:13
did she take a bath was she crying you know is she safe
3:18:20
you know i could if if you know i'm not going to think that you know she's gone but if she's alive can
3:18:27
you imagine the the fear that's going through her mind right now in her heart
3:18:34
you know they're seeing mom not seeing dad not seeing her brothers her
3:18:39
grandmother you're alone gosh that did you know
3:18:45
locked up in the room you don't know if you're in the dark or not you know wondering
3:18:52
if you're in a bed that's dirty or clean it's
3:18:58
you know as a parent you think of all these scenarios you know you you pray and wish for the best but
3:19:06
you know in your heart that it's a lot grimmer than what you're thinking about you know yeah you try not to focus on
3:19:12
that at all you just try to focus on praying and you know that god's protecting her you
3:19:20
know watching over her it's a real emotional toll
3:19:29
um did uh did
3:19:36
uh hunter's dad when they all came down like when y'all came down uh
3:19:44
and the house wasn't ready did they leave the same day uh yes they did absolutely okay yep i
3:19:51
remember it was the it was around 4 30 almost five in the
3:19:57
afternoon when they wound up leaving why did they why did they leave the same
3:20:02
day was it because uh the house wasn't ready or yeah
3:20:08
the house wasn't ready and we couldn't find um a hotel room that was available at the
3:20:14
time uh because it was a race week there in nassau
3:20:20
but nascar so all the hotels were booked or they were way too expensive you know we
3:20:27
just didn't have the money for sure you know and the truck had to be turned in
3:20:33
you know if not they wanted to charge an outrageous amount of money you know for the truck and things like
3:20:39
that so he was like i'm going back and i was like well i'll see you later and he's like you're
3:20:46
really not going back i said no i can't i can't yeah you know i was fearing for my own safety you know
3:20:53
not for someone's going to do harm to me but it was more me of myself right you
3:21:00
know so it was a necessity that i didn't go back yes
3:21:07
so they wound up leaving and i wound up saying i remember that i when i got there it
3:21:12
was almost about 5 30 in the afternoon towards the evening time that we wind up
3:21:19
getting to the to where candace lived that at the over there
3:21:25
yes um and you met candace through
3:21:33
ally obviously right and did you meet her pretty much
3:21:38
did you make candace pretty much like the same day that she was there absolutely okay exactly how it happened
3:21:46
okay i need to turn my window on it's getting hot um
3:21:54
okay uh any questions no grandis did not drive guys you
3:22:01
probably should if uh to you guys should probably go back and watch a lot of it
3:22:06
from the beginning because we have talked about a lot of the questions
3:22:13
grandest did not take jose to north carolina grandis took jose to south
3:22:19
carolina rocking rock hill rock hill south carolina
3:22:25
correct yes i i even still have the uh
3:22:30
my bank statements to prove it yeah that's what i was telling the fbi
3:22:35
you know and i was like listen like it you guys are the federal bureau
3:22:40
of investigation how hard is it for you to type in my social security number
3:22:46
to find me you know and you would find where i was working at everything
3:22:51
i think they had a hard time finding you didn't they oh yes they did i knew damn sure i did
3:22:58
my son i had reached out to my son actually you know because as i said you know as i
3:23:05
started to fix my mental health and do things i reached out to my children to fix the
3:23:11
bridges that i burned down with them and my son didn't contact me for like two
3:23:19
days after i reached out to him and the first initial words that came
3:23:24
out my son's mouth is death the fbi is here and i'm like what and
3:23:30
he's like they're looking for you dad and i'm like what like i haven't seen law enforcement in
3:23:36
years what the hell are they looking for me and he's like that i don't know you need to talk to them
3:23:43
and i said okay put them on the phone and i literally spoke to them through the phone
3:23:48
and that's how i got you know the first initial width of what was going on with summer
3:23:55
but you know even then during that time i was still in the process of
3:24:00
healing and going through uh on mental therapy you know
3:24:05
um psychiatry you know medications things like that so i really didn't focus on
3:24:14
i didn't really grasp the gravity of what was going on you know at that time
3:24:21
it wasn't until you know my family reached out again to me and they told me about you
3:24:27
and this is a cousin that you reached out to me that me and her rarely talk and when she does
3:24:35
call me and we talk we catch up on everything yeah and when she told me that
3:24:42
i believe it was amanda who spoke to her yes and um she was like this lady called
3:24:49
and something happened and when she explained that i'm like what who's this
3:24:54
lady and so and then i'm like oh i need to find her and then next thing i know i get a
3:25:00
message i go and i said i'm putting on my facebook i'm gonna make a new one and i make it and then boom i get a message
3:25:07
from amanda and i'm like how the hell but this woman find me so easy and nobody else can find
3:25:13
it you know no it wasn't easy jose i'm gonna tell you that right now and that's when you know i finally
3:25:20
reached out and i said okay it was months months trying to find you and let me
3:25:27
tell you something amanda would uh she would uh like i said she would check i would
3:25:33
verify she would give me a list of numbers a list
3:25:38
and i just go click click click click nope nope nope nope nope wrong number
3:25:44
wrong number not no longer and that's when i finally said you know
3:25:52
i was talking with one of my family members and she was like what are you doing i said
3:25:58
[ __ ] now i'm like i need you i need to reach out jump something and sitting right inside
3:26:04
of you and you know he's like what do you mean i said you know how you get that gut feeling something is off
3:26:11
yeah he's like yeah i said i've got that feeling something is off i mean that's when he agreed he was like
3:26:18
go go for a shoot and i was like all right that and that's when i reached out to y'all
3:26:24
and you know he's like are you sure yet you okay you know like
3:26:29
inside are you all right and i'm like yeah i can handle this like i'm ready for it you know it's time for me to
3:26:37
pop back up and start fixing things you know time to build bridges back again with
3:26:43
the family you know basically here i am now
3:26:49
yes um someone uh deals said uh please tell jose thank you
3:26:57
for showing summer how love should look i am grateful he was
3:27:02
there no no problem i hope it's i hope it's something that
3:27:09
everyone could take back and you know reflect on certain things in
3:27:14
your life that you shouldn't do differently and from their builds on that i mean literally build on it like
3:27:21
oh i couldn't do this but i could have said something different you know or
3:27:28
help in a certain way that you know i'm helping but without them knowing i'm helping
3:27:34
you know especially if you want to help behind the shadows in the room that you could think
3:27:40
right enough that it would build you to be more positive with yourself to say
3:27:45
you know this is wrong and i'm just going to stand up and speak out if people want to lash out and let them you
3:27:52
know because that's when you literally got to stand your ground and be like give me what you got whatever you got
3:27:57
i'm gonna take it and i'm gonna use it as fuel and keep going yeah
3:28:05
hey emma hooper she wants to know warren and ian murphy did don mention these
3:28:12
people ian and
3:28:18
ian murphy and don warren and ian murphy did don mention
3:28:24
these people no no
3:28:30
but you did know the other dawn so um
3:28:36
oh my goodness sam noble thank you so much for um
3:28:42
that's very kind for the super sticker very very kind thank you
3:28:47
you know and i find it very how can i say this
3:28:53
well i'm just going to be blunt i find it very disgusting that this woman is sitting at home i don't care what you're
3:29:00
going through but when you're receiving money from the suffering of your child
3:29:06
something's wrong with you well i i do understand yeah i was telling you about
3:29:12
the uh about the manager too yes and that's that's appalling
3:29:18
that's disgusting i'm not going to think of no damn manager when my child is out there
3:29:24
missing ain't no way in hell the hell with the manager the hell with the news the hell with the cops
3:29:30
my ass would be out there personally looking in the woods talking to people
3:29:35
that have pictures will be put up this is what she looked like this is how she could look like she responds to this
3:29:43
nickname this is her favorite uh favorite snack that she eats you know
3:29:48
and she begs and cries i will give as much chips out there and look for myself
3:29:53
you know because the cops in law enforcement are limited to what they can do but what people fail
3:29:59
to realize is you as a parent you have street smarts they don't you
3:30:05
understand you get more connections than they would because people are hesitant to talk to law enforcement but
3:30:12
you as a parent they'll feel free to speak to you you understand what i'm saying so it's more
3:30:18
easier uh it's more easier for a parent than they really think you know especially when you're willing
3:30:25
to lose and put the work into it you know because eventually
3:30:30
you the truth is going to come out and you're going to find it
3:30:36
yes um you see notice how mr ancient hilton
3:30:44
still hasn't called me yet i'm still waiting uh well it's just interesting you said that andrew is
3:30:50
saying jose confirmed that he slept with candace if that is not true andrew needs to stop
3:30:57
spreading the rumors the day after candace said don slept with the girl in
3:31:02
her house
3:31:08
with candace that's yeah no i didn't if you go back on the live
3:31:14
stream i said i slept with ali no no no he's uh andrew is saying that
3:31:21
this this person is saying andrew was saying that jose confirmed
3:31:26
that you that he slept with candace so it's just it's probably just a
3:31:32
another lie from andrew yeah probably
3:31:39
because i don't know i don't get what he benefits from lying you know this is your you know andrew if
3:31:44
you really listen to me bro homie my bro my [ __ ] however i could
3:31:53
yorker to speak yorker bro that you know me physically mentally emotionally you know
3:32:00
we've been through the dirt together the homie this is your son and that [ __ ] took advantage of your
3:32:07
son you should be [ __ ] on the first car first plane first bus down there
3:32:15
ready to knock that [ __ ] whatever teeth she got left in her mouth wondering
3:32:20
who the [ __ ] you think you are to take advantage of my son like that you know don't be a proud dad that he
3:32:27
slept with an older woman when he prayed on your son when you knew your son was literally
3:32:33
going through the dirt she took advantage of it and instead of you being a father that i know you are the man
3:32:40
that i know you are it's not like i'm talking on my ass bro i know you
3:32:46
i know what you're capable of you know what i'm saying you should be on a [ __ ] car going all the way down there
3:32:52
ready to knock the teep out and walls down to find out how the hell this [ __ ]
3:32:57
slipped in between your 15 year old son's pants and you just over here sitting talking
3:33:03
lies about me when you should be actually asking what the hell was going on in tennessee
3:33:10
while you were up in gloversville i agree she should be in
3:33:16
jail absolutely she should be she should be in jail and prosecuted at
3:33:22
the fullest extent of the law completely because i guarantee you if it was a man
3:33:30
to have done what she did with him we would have been strung by a noose
3:33:36
long time ago we've all been put in prison lawyers but because it's a woman please
3:33:43
people the audience don't take this as a sexist thing because it's not because
3:33:49
just as evil men do women do evil as well but i'm not being a sexist at all
3:33:55
whatsoever because i'm a father of a daughter and i love my daughter i want
3:34:01
my daughter to have all the opportunities in this world that a man always gets i feel that should be equal
3:34:08
down the line completely so i feel that if we're gonna get
3:34:13
persecuted or prosecuted to the fullest extent being a grown man it should be
3:34:19
done to a grown woman as well because it's not right
3:34:25
yes i agree i agree um
3:34:31
that you know it's it's it's truly gut-wrenching how how
3:34:37
would a hunter how would have hunter how does hunter now he's 15 or 16 now 16.
3:34:44
so he would have been 14 at the time right exactly oh my god think about this and
3:34:50
you know you are 14 years old yeah it's going to get graphic your pubic
3:34:56
hairs are coming out you're starting to realize that girls turn you on you just
3:35:01
look at boobies and you get a hard-on come on now you know we are i'm a man you are me and justin we're men
3:35:08
it's it's it's part of our physiology well it's not part of mine but
3:35:14
you understand what i mean you know yeah with the way how they
3:35:20
you know basically demonizing sexuality the way they are on tv and
3:35:26
everything oh yeah it's okay and this is all right when in fact when i grew up you couldn't even hear the word [ __ ] on
3:35:33
tv now you hear it all the time you couldn't see a woman halfway naked
3:35:38
on tv when i grew up and now it's just publicized everywhere you know that this is
3:35:44
society is literally turning what's bad into getting what's good and so bad so the lines have been
3:35:52
blurred the critical thinking has been thrown completely out of the window
3:35:57
like you know whatever happened to critical thinking like whatever happens questioning everything
3:36:05
you know a stupid question is the question not asked you know
3:36:11
whatever happened to that and it's completely gone everyone forgot about that you know
3:36:17
and it's due to social media and tv and saying this is okay when
3:36:22
we were growing up it wasn't it was looked down upon frowned upon you know
3:36:28
their families would turn their backs on if we were to do what the kids are doing now you know
3:36:36
it's it's what i don't understand about danger like he's not a bad guy he's a good guy
3:36:43
who definitely will fight for his children and he will fight tooth and nail he will give his last breath to his
3:36:51
children this is this is andrew this is the angel i know he will give his last dying breath to
3:36:58
his children then he should be doing for hunter right now he should be going ape [ __ ]
3:37:06
on that phone calling them wondering who the hell this woman thinks she is
3:37:12
you know ali should be fuming right now she should be irate right now
3:37:17
knowing that that happened you know when she didn't know crap at all whatsoever
3:37:23
just in the blind about it you know and i'm there holding this
3:37:28
dirty little secret it's like i said i i just i feel horrible for not being anything
3:37:36
but i'm not going to stand by and not say nothing anymore especially that i know
3:37:42
that i'm mentally stable again and then i'm coherent on what i'm speaking about
3:37:48
and i know what i'm talking about you know that that's why i said yeah we could do this
3:37:55
i could take whatever the world's
3:38:07
the more you drop me the more it's going to make me persistent to get back up
3:38:13
yeah exactly
3:38:23
um
3:38:28
ali has since said that hunter is not the same child since uh
3:38:36
summer has went missing
3:38:44
well i know yes exactly and he said he treated her like a little sister but he
3:38:49
absolutely but he got in trouble uh he has gotten in trouble allegedly
3:38:55
again and has had uh some
3:39:00
uh like juvenile hall type thing or something
3:39:07
he's um it yeah you know i mean think about it he was a 14 year old boy
3:39:13
allegedly doing this allegedly to can't with candace and
3:39:20
of
3:39:28
in order for you to understand where hunter's level is at you would have to be a victim
3:39:34
you literally would because most people that have understanding you know you could be a
3:39:39
doctor but even doctors and therapists see doctors for their cases as well
3:39:44
because they can't grasp certain things that they're listening to that happen to them
3:39:50
so in order for you to understand where hunter is coming from you have to be a person who actually experienced
3:39:57
what he'd been through and just leaving it out there
3:40:02
i know what he means because i am a victim as well so i know what he feels i
3:40:08
know what he's going through it's not something that's easy to overcome this is going to
3:40:15
be the longest uphill battle of his life you know and right now he needs people
3:40:21
that love him and care him to be there for him don't judge him don't look down
3:40:27
on him don't tell him oh that was wrong you should have said something because
3:40:33
even as a teenager at that age you're afraid you know you're not invincible you don't
3:40:40
reach that invincible stage until you're a full-blown senior in high school junior
3:40:45
you know at the time that happened to him he was in middle school he's still getting to know himself you
3:40:52
know so he's within conflict within himself right now and instead of people bashing
3:40:58
him and looking down upon him they should actually grieve for him and
3:41:04
pray for him you know because he didn't do nothing wrong he knows no better
3:41:10
you know we as adults we know better because we've had the experience he hasn't he's just going through it right
3:41:17
now and him going to whatever he's going through now it doesn't pass through
3:41:23
he's just lashing out of the world because in his mind he feels he should have did
3:41:30
something he could have did more you know and that's weighing heavy on him right now yeah and he's not like we
3:41:38
are that we can have broad shoulders and hold that kind of weight and figure out a way to push
3:41:45
on in his mind the world is against him and he's alone
3:41:51
he may have his mom but he's alone yes and you know everyone's attacking him you shouldn't attack him he has nothing
3:41:58
no bone in this at all the fault falls within the adult not the child
3:42:03
he didn't act for it he was persuaded and manipulated to do it and that's where people got to realize
3:42:11
um so for those of you that i haven't been here the full almost four hours um a lot
3:42:18
of questions like uh jason landed says justice for all can you ask jose if he
3:42:24
knew who owns the red truck and the ladder rack that he drove jose has actually already answered a lot of these
3:42:30
questions and he he didn't know who owned it but he thought that possibly one of his bosses owned it
3:42:38
because he would only take that truck only on really long
3:42:44
drives when he was working far away
3:42:56
yeah um
3:43:07
okay thank you uh hi i see you and justice for all can
3:43:14
you please ask jose if he believes summer was s a which i told you what that meant jose
3:43:22
uh by dawn or candace thank you well i
3:43:28
i don't know but but the way the events is starting to unfold now and finding out
3:43:36
that a lot of the things she did tell me are true i'm starting to believe he did
3:43:43
because you know as i said the concern i had with him that i had to
3:43:49
you know call summer out of the shower with it that alone was like my biggest red flag
3:43:56
you know like that's not normal fathers don't do that you know that's
3:44:01
definitely not a normal behavior at all whatsoever
3:44:06
so i'm starting to think he possibly did and you know as you spoke
3:44:13
she's about to start kindergarten yeah you know kids know the truth and they could speak it bluntly yeah and
3:44:20
i think that they knew she was about to go to school and it was a possibility
3:44:25
that she was gonna let it all up yeah or just a physical examination potentially
3:44:31
exactly definitely um and where did uh summer sleep
3:44:38
uh that depend that really depended on her summer slept wherever summer wanted to
3:44:45
sleep that was something as i said you know she said yeah if she
3:44:51
was in the car would you see the picture on the milk that's typical summer
3:44:56
that's literally her she will fall asleep anywhere you know i could like i told you one
3:45:02
time she fell asleep on her knees just laying on the chair because she was so exhausted
3:45:08
so wherever she fell asleep that's where she fell asleep but basically as her bed it would be on
3:45:16
the the first room when you first walked into the home and
3:45:21
it would be on the mattress on the floor you know there's no bed frame no bob spring
3:45:27
no sheets on the bed it would just be her on her bed with her
3:45:32
yeah um we saw summer's mattress it was uh laying outside in the uh the back
3:45:39
door uh outside and
3:45:45
it was disgustingly disgusting yes yeah exactly my point
3:45:51
there was if you think that was bad you should have sold the void space really their beds was worse
3:45:57
oh yeah a lot worse when i do when i first went into the
3:46:03
room i literally wrapped their mattress in plastic garbage bags i literally took
3:46:10
scissors split them in half wrapped the bed around and then taped it on the bottom and then i put bed sheets over it
3:46:17
because it was that bad i don't know that's nice oh yeah it was really bad
3:46:24
you know yeah it's not healthy no not at all especially not for children you know
3:46:31
that gets respiratory problems not to mention you know they could get sick uh
3:46:38
bacterial infections in their lungs you know rosiolas produced by that as well
3:46:43
and i only know that because my son had it what is it when he was rosiola it's basically a
3:46:51
fever that the children get when they're around bacteria that comes
3:46:56
from urine and things like that because we were staying at a burning house and
3:47:01
they had a dog and you know we never knew that the dog literally pissed by the mattress
3:47:07
we were laying on and my son caught a respiratory virus he wound up in the hospital for 10 days
3:47:14
oh you know and his whole body broke out it basically looked like
3:47:20
but it wasn't it was because it produced a high fever in his body he broke out in
3:47:25
hives and rashes and when we got the diagnosis it was
3:47:33
that's interesting yes absolutely you know
3:47:38
and you know once i started staying in my room things changed sleeping dropping
3:47:56
on helping them with their homework before i knew it it was automatic to them
3:48:01
like they enjoyed to walk them through the door and while they were walking through the door i would be there after
3:48:07
cooking them something you know they knew when they came through that door jose the stove making
3:48:12
it something they do a homework while he's cooking you know and they will be happy they would do their homework
3:48:18
finish it if they got stuff they were asking for help i would help them do their homework and
3:48:23
then feed them right after their homework was done you know with no problems at all
3:48:28
i actually enjoyed doing it like i said i like to cut that's one of my favorite things to do
3:48:34
and nothing gives me more pleasure to see a child smile and eyes glistening when you're cooking
3:48:40
something that they enjoy the most you know yes
3:48:45
um i see you got anything
3:48:55
yes this is gonna be a hard one okay jose absolutely
3:49:01
did summer ever have to go anywhere with
3:49:08
other adults like did she ever have to spend time
3:49:16
away from her mom and dad with other adults no the only time she was ever away from
3:49:23
mom and dad was with ali and ali loved her like that was her own
3:49:28
like as she gave birth to that girl ali took very good care of summer but no problem there was signs that they would
3:49:35
go and pick up someone from ali and summer wouldn't want to go no no i want to stay with pp i want to
3:49:41
stay with auntie no i don't want to go you know that's that was summer she loved ali a lot
3:49:48
that was the only person i've ever known to be away from mom and dad is when she was
3:49:54
with alex okay um did you who did you ever meet someone named
3:50:00
billy that used to stay in the and shed the old man with the long white
3:50:07
hair and the white beard was that one that i that's the one that
3:50:12
i was telling you about that was trying to rent an acre of land from don down the hill from them so he could
3:50:19
put his trailer okay uh what kind of person was he
3:50:27
he was a pretty good guy i mean he drank and stuff like that but he actually was
3:50:34
a really decent man he didn't seem like he was out of the ordinary okay just the
3:50:40
typical old man in his 50s you know trying to make it by
3:50:45
but nothing out of the ordinary with him okay
3:50:51
um all right
3:51:03
let's see here uh any questions guys um
3:51:10
he did uh you met the other dawn that lived he actually doesn't live down the street he
3:51:18
his girlfriend lives there but he stays there a lot
3:51:24
correct jose excuse me you met the other don is it surefree i
3:51:31
can never remember his last name oh sherbert yeah something like that yeah
3:51:36
um do you know what he looks like not really because
3:51:42
you know it's not my business or who comes in and out of the house yeah that's perfect do you remember what he looked
3:51:48
like no not really okay he uh
3:51:56
i didn't know him what he looked like he's uh
3:52:01
i think i sent you the picture last night and he was like um
3:52:06
oh yeah matter of fact yeah you did send me that picture no i don't know who that guy is the uh uh if that's who you
3:52:14
calling don sherbert uh i don't think that's happened this is a short this one no this one is
3:52:21
a short uh i sent you a bunch of pictures last night this is the this is the uh
3:52:27
the the short heavier set man gray hair
3:52:35
um no okay actually no okay
3:52:42
okay so um
3:52:47
not only the way the kids were treated but the dogs were treated awful fed one time a day no
3:52:54
water probably couldn't go down to the stream but really yeah
3:53:02
yeah that's typical of how they treated the dogs it really was shot only once a day two scoops of
3:53:10
food full of roaches no i'm being very serious as god is my
3:53:17
witness exactly how it was
3:53:22
yes um
3:53:29
any questions guys okay this is a big question everybody is
3:53:35
wanting answered if you had to guess one place or one or two places that they
3:53:43
would have dumped summer if something happened to her do you have any idea where she'd be
3:53:50
and the property that's a big property that's not a little bit of property they
3:53:56
own it's been searched since a lot of property they're in 11 acres
3:54:02
oh yeah and believe me in those thick sticks that they live in
3:54:08
there's plenty of places you could dig up bury someone put it down cover it up and
3:54:15
you wouldn't even notice i don't know they've really searched it jose they've
3:54:21
really really searched it and i saw a little clip that they said they were going to start doing uh
3:54:28
thermal imaging or something like that well if she passed you're not going to
3:54:33
find that thermal any imaging at all right your best bet will have to have cadaver
3:54:40
dogs certain to the property yeah they they actually just did that how long ago was
3:54:46
it icu they just did another search again um it was just a few weeks ago right
3:54:53
yeah just a couple weeks ago or something okay but that would have been my guess well candace uh
3:55:00
said she went uh she drove uh
3:55:07
i guess all the way down the hollow uh looking for summer
3:55:13
uh when she was looking for her and that uh
3:55:19
she went to some church right i see you right she said she drove as far as she
3:55:25
could and then something about a church and come back looking for
3:55:33
and that would have been the church at the end of the road yes that was it yes because the church
3:55:39
is literally in a in an intersection but you couldn't go forward you could only go left or
3:55:46
right and the church was like right in the dead center of it so she started from there
3:55:53
and then and came back in search then she overshot
3:55:58
because you know as i said summer's pint-sized there's no way
3:56:04
a five-year-old can cover that much territory within what an hour now that's
3:56:12
impossible us as an adult it would take us to walk a mile almost two hours
3:56:17
you know an hour hour and a half she's smaller than us so that's less
3:56:23
yeah you know this is what makes us strongly believe that
3:56:29
if she was taken she was taken by something she knew you know someone the family knew about
3:56:34
and if she wasn't thinking then when something happened with her and we knew
3:56:39
about it things are in the heart of their concealer thank you lone spirit uh
3:56:45
no uh jose was with uh candace grandis summer and two of the
3:56:52
brothers in tennessee that's when he first moved into uh the wells house
3:56:58
don had one of the kids in utah yes that was josie that was josie
3:57:07
how often did summer play on the swing alone was she able to swing high and fast also did summer get hurt a lot how
3:57:16
was the boys oh with summer were always picking on her
3:57:23
always picking online but you know i think in the day her comfort was wyatt
3:57:29
she would be under that warrior all the time and
3:57:35
as far as the swing thank you dj she always always but this wasn't like
3:57:42
every other day we were talking that girl if she could she would have lived on that swim
3:57:48
but that's what she did she was swimming all the time and running around the yard and playing with the dogs
3:57:54
she was an outdoor girl so and she couldn't get swing that high
3:58:01
because the where the rope was hanging over that tree it could only go for the circle
3:58:09
to put a certain height on it and she never over swung either
3:58:14
because she wouldn't want to go real real high her main thing was spit me around
3:58:19
you know and make the rope twist up and then she would say let me go she would do 360's you know until she
3:58:26
got dizzy and then she said hold me hold me and then you know you would hold her and put
3:58:32
her down and she would laugh and be like again again again
3:58:41
that really was something that's awesome
3:58:46
um let me see here
3:58:53
all right um let's see any other questions
3:58:59
holy cow you found jose this is awesome [Laughter]
3:59:05
uh trust me my uncle is watching your stream
3:59:10
yes right now oh yeah he is he called me right up and he's like
3:59:17
really i'm like yep and he's like all right and that was it
3:59:22
yeah i was like i'm tired of my name being thrown through the mud it's time that i
3:59:28
come out speak up and whoever wants to confront me i'm here you know like
3:59:35
this is why you know i'm pacific with this angel guy you know like
3:59:41
me and him were very good friends so it's just mind-boggling that
3:59:47
he's like this with me i've never did anything to harm him i'm never spoken
4:00:02
thank you prairie justice yeah he says or he or she i love that you are finally getting a
4:00:09
better picture of who summer is thank you jose
4:00:20
did he ever see candace get real mad at the kids
4:00:25
oh yeah all the time like i said the boys used to push her buttons real bad
4:00:31
and i would you know that's one thing i would give to candace she will hold her tongue a lot and she would just
4:00:38
i'm just going to be calm and she would sit on the chair and rock and they would just poke at her you know when you poke
4:00:45
at a bear the bear is going to fight you know and she would be there just walking
4:00:50
and rocking and rocking her she would blow up literally but she wouldn't
4:00:57
like physically assault them you know like people would think you know all she's holding so much she
4:01:03
probably lost her snap now that was the canvas candace
4:01:08
she literally her bark was louder than her bite maybe you know right
4:01:14
she would be swearing or
4:01:24
one day and you know and they would just look at her like oh yeah i think we pushed mom too far you
4:01:31
know then i would tell the boys you can't be doing that with your mother let me get mom booze at that you know you have to
4:01:37
lose your tv you're gonna lose your toys mom's gonna ground you you know
4:01:43
um jose i know you said that like don and candace they would sit like at the
4:01:48
kitchen table and they would just kind of party and drink and talk and everything
4:01:53
um and you said the kids with crazy music is that what you said
4:02:01
okay and uh you said that they would wouldn't keep a track of the kids
4:02:07
and then uh you know they would just kind of finally start looking for the kids um
4:02:14
the ultimate chris wants to know was it just the two times that summer wandered
4:02:21
off or did it happen often oh it happened well from the time that i
4:02:26
was there i could i could literally count all the time she left
4:02:33
on one hand but it was more than twice more than three times i think it was like four or
4:02:38
five okay but um two main ones that concern you
4:02:45
that really scared me was the time we found her behind that one house
4:02:52
down the path almost by the meth heads where yes over there and then the other
4:02:58
time that donnie found her down the driveway that he spanked her butt all the way up
4:03:04
the driveway those were the two concerning times because it took us
4:03:12
to find her that one time behind that house 30 minutes it took us to find her
4:03:18
um that time and then the one for down the driveway that took almost an hour before we found
4:03:26
her there wow
4:03:33
amanda wolf says don said summer slept with them every night can you ask jose
4:03:38
if this was the case thank you and great work jose thank you
4:03:45
when he arrived yes she always slept in the bed with her
4:03:50
and her mother it was donnie it was candace and it was summer but they never went to
4:03:57
bed like together summer would already be knocked out
4:04:03
you know and they will go downstairs they will leave somewhere where um wyatt
4:04:09
and them two will be cuddled up in the head just someone will have her leg over his head
4:04:15
or some crazy stuff like that and donnie and candace will go downstairs to their bedroom
4:04:22
and they would lay down and within an hour maybe two of that here
4:04:27
comes summer coming right down the stairs and she would jump in the bed and
4:04:32
candace would be you know like watch her feet you're kicking me in my face and she i'm sorry mom and you know
4:04:39
things like that yeah but yeah that was a regular thing but what kid doesn't do that you know
4:04:47
absolutely um jenna m's uh she says thank you
4:04:52
justin i see you and jose amazing interview uh thank you lipstick and lead uh
4:05:00
i am obsessed with you as well how about that
4:05:06
um was summer scared of bears and things
4:05:11
like that snakes that kind of thing oh absolutely definitely
4:05:17
that's for sure do you think she would have ever wandered off in the woods though
4:05:23
oh yeah you think she would even if she was scared she's done it she has done it
4:05:28
okay that's what i'm saying that we were freaking out because where that house is it's nothing but sticks behind it
4:05:35
and we were concerned because there's a copperhead lurking around
4:05:41
you know and and animal control couldn't find it so we were worried you know one of the
4:05:46
kids would go and go to play and then accidentally the copperhead will pop out
4:05:51
and boom bite the baby or bite one of the kids and from where they lived at to
4:05:57
the nearest hospital that child would have been dead right so that was a very serious concern we
4:06:04
had right well absolutely you know well i mean you said when you got there
4:06:09
the grass was probably three feet tall and you know snakes travel around obviously oh yeah it took me and hunter
4:06:18
two and a half days to mow that lawn so you and hunter mode it
4:06:23
oh yeah absolutely uh thank you fat girl when was the last
4:06:31
time you spoke to candace and ally
4:06:37
the last time i spoke to ali was
4:06:46
two years i believe now and the last time i spoke to canvas was
4:06:52
roughly about two years as well i remember the last time i spoke with
4:06:58
her was because i was asking her where the hell you got your new car from you know and she came and she's like oh
4:07:04
donnie bought it for me and i'm like you back with him like what the hell is wrong with you
4:07:09
and she's like oh it's a wrong story as i forget it i don't even want to hear it
4:07:14
and after that it was like i cut ties communications went off great like
4:07:26
was don high a lot i guess you could say was he under the influence
4:07:34
absolutely i don't know about how but i've seen them a few times strung
4:07:40
out believe it or not yeah and one of them was that time that i told you that uh candace brought him home
4:07:48
yeah he was literally strung out you could tell he was on something
4:07:55
very hard he just couldn't pinpoint what it was yeah
4:08:13
okay um i see you any questions
4:08:20
not at the moment yeah i hope chris is watching this
4:08:25
uh yeah i'm going to we're going to i'm working on that
4:08:31
okay i got this i got information for you okay um
4:08:37
did grandis take jose somewhere after the october incident grandest took
4:08:44
jose to south carolina not north carolina
4:08:49
that's correct uh most informative interview as of yet in my opinion thank you um
4:09:00
was the alcohol and drugs easily accessible for the kids absolutely
4:09:07
i used to have to constantly grab them to grab that black velvet bottle and put it on the top of the bar so that summer
4:09:14
couldn't reach it because she would have to move that bottle out of the way to get to the mountain dew can drink her
4:09:20
soda god mountain dew's toxic
4:09:27
tell me about it was grandest a good grandma
4:09:33
yeah i believe she is she really is to her and why it really
4:09:38
clashed a lot but why it was real disrespectful
4:09:43
of me to her i really don't know what was the back story between that
4:09:49
but as far as her being there for them
4:09:54
taking care of them clothing feeding them she was a great grandmother
4:10:00
she provided i just don't think she was maybe in my opinion she didn't seem very nurturing
4:10:06
oh well don't let that face fool you really okay yeah she puts that as a front
4:10:14
that's good to know that's actually a really good thing to know oh yeah she does that a lot you know but
4:10:22
she's not bad she's not it's just you know her missing her daughter you
4:10:28
know and the things that was going on with donnie that was affecting her you know
4:10:33
that would affect anyone so she would put up a front like she was this
4:10:38
mean old lady when in fact she was like a big teddy bear the kids could basically
4:10:44
most of the time get away with bloody murder with her you know right and she would just let it slide
4:10:55
um there uh one of the uh
4:11:01
one of dawn's uh co-workers that he worked with he said uh one day that don
4:11:10
uh had his he took the one of the boys to work
4:11:15
and he said that uh was it correct if i'm wrong chat and i
4:11:21
see you that one of the kids one of dawn's kids one
4:11:26
of the boys was smoking [Music] marijuana with
4:11:32
with dawn i believe it and you want to know which child that is
4:11:43
[Applause]
4:11:58
you sound like you're in a windy place oh yes i am um 11 12 years old currency
4:12:05
was and you know this is dad giving a 12 year old marijuana
4:12:11
like really what's wrong with you you know yeah if that doesn't raise alarms i don't
4:12:16
know what else well absolutely
4:12:22
i have a question okay yes what kind of
4:12:28
questions did the fbi ask you
4:12:34
yeah uh basically what you're asking me did i ever think that um
4:12:41
if donnie would have done anything anything summer you know what was their uh
4:12:47
their living conditions where was i at at the time that she
4:12:52
wound up missing you know things like that right it's the normal questions
4:12:58
did anything stand out to you uh for their questioning uh yes
4:13:06
asking me where i was that's the one that like really like why the hell are you asking where the hell i
4:13:12
was i know for sure i was nowhere near there and the first thing i had told them was like
4:13:19
are you saying i took her and immediately they went on the defensive they're like absolutely not we know for
4:13:26
sure you didn't oh okay so why are you asking me right you know and it really bothered me
4:13:31
that they would ask me something like that right um jose what can you do
4:13:39
crystal o gang wants to know what can you how can you prove that you are the real
4:13:46
jose how can i prove i'm the real jose yes how will the real jose please stand up
4:13:53
[Laughter] okay so axe crystal
4:14:00
does she know something about the real jose that
4:14:05
i could say that would convince her because if it's someone i'm
4:14:12
thinking who it is she would know that the real jose
4:14:17
used to game share his rock band music with her all the time and my ex-wife
4:14:23
hated it crystal do you know uh
4:14:28
jose um
4:14:34
so uh when oh you know what you know how i could prove i'm the real jose you know
4:14:44
he's on that if he is on that stream right now literally right now listening
4:14:52
all he would have to say is yeah that's the real jose because andrew knows my voice he knows
4:14:58
me personally so people who personally know me are on
4:15:03
that stream they were confirmed that it's me well um i i mean andrew wanted up here i think
4:15:10
earlier at some point today um yeah and uh
4:15:16
so i you know i i think he knows that it's definitely you might be yes and i mean i've seen pictures you and i
4:15:23
you know based on we know we can confirm it yes people are so
4:15:29
leery you know people play somebody i don't mind they have every right to
4:15:35
question if i am the real jose right because there are people out there you know crazy enough to portray you like
4:15:41
somebody oh i know trust me we see it a lot oh yeah so
4:15:47
but yes i'm the real me me uh
4:15:54
was there a red for sale barrel that was there when you lived there
4:16:01
it had a it was a barrel and it said for sale yes okay but it wasn't for the red barrel it was
4:16:08
uh for one of the old beat up trucks on the in the yard
4:16:13
okay you know as i was trying to tell you candice wanted to get rid of those cars
4:16:19
you know because they were non-working they were basically junk right
4:16:26
okay
4:16:32
what did you ever hear about rose bly uh just that she wound up missing
4:16:40
uh many years ago where candace used to live at um
4:16:46
oh now that now that you're answering that you said something about do you have any um
4:17:00
okay thank you
4:17:06
hello yes um no you're fine i did uh
4:17:12
you said something last night uh pretend when i asked you about rose you said uh
4:17:19
do you remember what it was whenever you were saying about candace and grandis
4:17:25
yeah i find it really no longer a coincidence
4:17:31
how is it that children wind up missing from the same
4:17:36
family yes but there was something else too it was about uh candace being
4:17:44
about candace yeah candace being jealous oh yeah absolutely
4:17:50
about her being jealous towards her sister yes because her mother um
4:17:56
she felt that her mother paid more attention to her missing daughter than she did to her
4:18:03
and every time she got drunk she would literally cry and dropped to her knees
4:18:10
you know because it really affected her she felt like she was abandoned by her mom because
4:18:16
her mom was so focused on finding her sister you know and another thing that was in
4:18:22
that interview with chris with allie is
4:18:28
i was there when candice said that she kicked her sister
4:18:36
like she's dead and you know and now the actor i don't know you know she's like cause i [ __ ] killed her
4:18:41
you know yeah she did go look at the interview oh okay alan said that ali said that
4:18:48
yeah okay okay ali had wind up saying that but i was there when candace was i had said
4:18:56
that too ally okay we were all drinking there together so
4:19:01
candace said she killed her sister yeah she was like and you know you ain't never going to find her she's [ __ ]
4:19:07
dead and you know ally's like what the hell are you talking about how the hell you know she's dead she's like
4:19:12
cuz i [ __ ] killed her you know but we didn't take it like she meant it she now candace says she
4:19:19
was out of state at the time did that happen oh well i don't really know what was going on
4:19:25
there yeah but okay so we never really took it like seriously
4:19:30
yeah now that summer's missing where i think candace was jealous in my opinion of uh
4:19:38
of her sister and i honestly think she was jealous of summer too to be honest uh melissa thank you for your super
4:19:45
secret because you know dawn showed her a lot of attention uh kudos absolutely
4:19:50
uh bobby cat thank you so much kudos to you for getting this please ask if they
4:19:55
ever shot dope looking like candace on strong opioids
4:20:02
fentanyl question mark free help with offered yeah they offered her indonesia
4:20:09
and dawn free rehab but they did refuse thank you jesse thank you lana when was the
4:20:16
picture taken of him and ally uh i don't think he there's a picture of ali laying on you
4:20:23
in a bed yeah that was that that was in the cellar oh that was to the basement okay yeah
4:20:30
after you don't notice the bunk beds are there okay those same bump beds on that other
4:20:36
picture that's been circulating over there do you uh thank you susan do you uh
4:20:41
think dawn or candace will confess the truth or tell on each other
4:20:46
uh i think when push comes to shove yeah
4:20:52
but i think it's going to be dawn to be the one to say that
4:20:58
anders did something he is the type that he manipulates the situation to make it
4:21:05
seem like he's the victim and you're the you're the perpetrator that's his demo
4:21:10
that's what he does he'll take whatever situation and turn it to make you look like you're at fault
4:21:16
when in fact he's the one at home mm-hmm um ziggy uh
4:21:24
he uh according to jose allegedly they liked uh
4:21:30
don specifically like uh coke and meth
4:21:36
uh he admitted that to me that that was his drug of choice was cocaine cocaine yeah
4:21:43
mm-hmm which he's admitted that a lot you know i mean
4:21:58
okay i see you
4:22:06
you got anything not at the moment
4:22:12
okay do you know if don knew uh rose
4:22:18
i'm not sure actually that's a very good question and i really don't know
4:22:25
i never you know actually that you mentioned that i wonder yeah
4:22:30
because i'm that i definitely don't know
4:22:40
do you think candace will roll on dawn uh
4:22:46
i mean it's possible if they did it you know we don't know that they did it or not so
4:22:52
but in the last six months
4:22:58
she says he never met her i think if push comes to show she would
4:23:03
if if the if the situation was right and everything was in place i believe she
4:23:10
would km you'll uh go back to you have to go back to the beginning of
4:23:17
a lot of those questions they're all
4:23:30
[Music] can he mention the cps rumors he heard
4:23:36
said they told jose
4:23:43
i guess they're talking about cps i don't know
4:23:48
yes tiffany they they were
4:24:05
who's that true
4:24:11
crystal who is that
4:24:17
what did uh summer usually drink did she have her own cup
4:24:36
yeah the soda candy what's up all the time do you know what she do you
4:24:42
know what she like to drink she like orange juice uh
4:24:48
she loved grape juice not as much but she did or she hated water
4:24:54
yeah i could be oh yeah she just definitely would fight superman not to
4:25:02
have to touch water had to have been juice capri sun
4:25:07
hawaiian orange uh jiggy he's he watched youtube for the first time about
4:25:14
this last night yes i did actually okay just as sure
4:25:21
does yeah if you got new listeners i've actually been off grid for almost three
4:25:27
years i mean your family didn't even know where you were
4:25:33
nope nobody you know my own immediate
4:25:56
uh okay go ahead go ahead jose sorry that i was saying that my even my
4:26:03
own immediate family thought i was dead yes you know and i picked up the phone and i called my brother and
4:26:10
he broke down in tears when he heard my voice and he literally was like we thought you were great what's going on you know
4:26:18
and i was just explaining to them you know everything i was going through to get my life back together
4:26:24
yes jose believed candace would not cover up accident to keep from flipping
4:26:31
out on her for not watching summer um
4:26:37
jose believed candace would have not covered up accidents from keeping up
4:26:43
do you know what that means like uh i see would she cover it up
4:26:49
like yeah i guess to keep uh from from because maybe she was scared of uh dawn
4:26:58
uh i don't really know because most of the time that if any one of the kids got hurt she was
4:27:05
on top of it she didn't care you know whatever happened she was on top of it so i don't
4:27:13
think don had persuasion of stopping her from
4:27:18
seeking medical attention for her children
4:27:26
okay did candace ever
4:27:32
uh did candace ever cook for the kids uh maybe once or twice since i was there
4:27:40
but you know she admitted that she wasn't a good cook so she barely cooked for them and she was
4:27:46
like well don buys and food that you can put in the microwave and make real quick so there is eliminating
4:27:54
there's a rumor that summer is a twin well i don't know if that's true or not
4:28:02
i've only seen it okay just one second please
4:28:19
yes exactly uh don drive a red truck sometimes just uh he would drive it
4:28:26
whenever he had a a few times just whenever he had a very
4:28:32
long distance to go
4:28:41
so um three creators are streaming already uh
4:28:48
if they are i would request that them not and wait 48 hours
4:28:55
until uh then you can stream it but as of now please do not
4:29:01
um i wonder why jose
4:29:07
go to the wells and wj did he leave
4:29:14
why go off grid after he started he watched cm and he couldn't help summer
4:29:21
no charlotte that's uh he watched chris last night
4:29:28
last night people are getting that very confused i i actually sent him the
4:29:34
interview yes you did he sent it to my personal phone i didn't know
4:29:40
what the hell was really going on with summer until i literally stayed up all night watching those videos
4:29:46
yeah and i would that's when it like really sank in on what the hell was going on right
4:29:54
since the peppermint is included in all three stories did summer really love peppermint was it
4:30:00
really her favorite yes it was the peppermint balls the peppermint individually wrapped and
4:30:08
they weren't the little ones either they were marble-sized peppermint balls
4:30:15
i know those trust me one time she almost choked on one and we
4:30:20
had to pat her in the back for it to spit out and then after that when she would want one one of us will go and
4:30:26
smash it so it would split in half so she could eat it that way
4:30:45
okay um
4:30:52
jose can you explain to like like okay so you you knew about
4:31:00
obviously the fbi contacted you whenever but yes can you explain you knew about
4:31:06
it but you didn't know how deep it really went
4:31:11
according to i didn't know and at the at the time i was going through my own
4:31:18
therapy sessions for myself right because the case your audience doesn't
4:31:23
know i was just literally on the urge of saying quit to
4:31:29
the world that you know what i mean yeah and at the time
4:31:35
i was trying to focus to get my health back in order right you didn't
4:31:40
even know if you was going to make it yourself yeah yeah exactly it was a touch and go day-by-day thing
4:31:46
with you something some days were better than others you know and that's where people
4:31:54
don't understand those things that when you're going through stuff like that you're not thinking about nothing else
4:32:00
because you're trapped inside of yourself you're fighting your own demons inside
4:32:07
thank you and you're trying to find out your value to the world
4:32:13
yes you know not everybody is built tough and strong you know
4:32:18
uh there are people that go through it that they have to build them so strong again
4:32:24
yes uh jenna thank you so much uh did candace have a chummer hurts chummer god
4:32:30
i'm so tired did candace have a child after summer no
4:32:36
yeah thank you chemistry queen appreciate it um
4:32:50
yes it is aaron thank you um
4:33:07
susie i hope that suzanne i hope that answered your question
4:33:13
our cacti summer's favorite plant a rich cactus yeah cactus
4:33:21
uh somewhat she liked them but she would be afraid of them because you know
4:33:26
they would basically prick her and she didn't like to get stuck by them
4:33:32
but she did like them [Music]
4:33:55
oh
4:34:01
okay um did candace get wick or food stamps
4:34:10
uh wick yeah she didn't get food stamps no she never got food dancing
4:34:17
that was why she was constantly calling donnie fighting with him for money
4:34:22
to get food for the house while he's in utah doing god knows what hazel no
4:34:29
he's not and he never went to jail whenever he was in tennessee whatsoever
4:34:38
nope thank you rosewood
4:34:45
um what are the exact dates that jose got that you'll have to go back uh
4:34:52
the the date that andrew got there and left andrew got there and left the same
4:34:58
basically the same day yes literally the same day and jose actually if needed he could actually
4:35:05
show uh what did you say you could show some uh my bank statements to my credit card
4:35:12
it goes back five years yes the bank show purchases that i was making on the
4:35:17
way down there when i was buying food and things for everybody yes
4:35:31
let me see here
4:35:43
we know that the law enforcement report was there in october of 2020 how is that
4:35:49
off grid um shelly you'll have to go back and look because
4:35:54
clearly that's been over two years what's that about
4:36:01
saying how was it off grid i mean what's all great the incident that
4:36:07
happened between me and don no about uh you uh
4:36:12
being just you being off the grid they're saying i don't know don't even worry about it
4:36:22
yes think of it this way yes the feds couldn't even find me so if you don't call that off-grid i don't
4:36:28
know what you will no social media no cell phone usage no internet
4:36:33
because where i was physically at which i'm not going to disclose which i already had spoke to you justin yeah
4:36:41
physically there's no way in hell i would ever got a connection anyway so
4:36:46
do you know what i mean especially with what i was doing so do you know my name cinnamon hot hot
4:36:55
got it thank you um
4:37:16
what age has don
4:37:22
he could have met junior and just introduced as don s
4:37:31
uh yeah do you mean don shurfy
4:37:40
i'm gonna send him uh dukes if you could uh i'm gonna resend him a picture of that
4:37:47
gentleman and either this evening or tomorrow i will um
4:37:56
uh see if he confirm if he knows him or not
4:38:05
did candace ever hide things from dawn
4:38:22
that's what you're talking about yeah i wouldn't understand why she would do that but a little bit later
4:38:29
i found out why she did that is because you know he already had cheated on her most of the time so
4:38:36
you know she was trying to figure out a way for him to force him to come back home thank you jesse did
4:38:42
have a bowl of peppermint candies out in her trailer or did she have them hidden away
4:38:47
at the time you were there she had him on top of her in her camper
4:38:54
on top of her table she had him where
4:38:59
on top of her table in her camper on top of her table on her camper
4:39:10
can you describe the inside of the camper okay sure so when you walk in the doors
4:39:16
to the left-hand side it has a screen door a white door where you open it up
4:39:21
the first thing you look at is her refrigerator and then the kitchen area as you enter
4:39:28
there is the door to the left-hand side when you open that up that is actually the bathroom area which she had turned
4:39:35
into a storage because she didn't have a water head vector there the fridge was in the front the
4:39:40
microwave was just above the stove to the right hand side as we keep looking to the right it turned into an
4:39:48
open area where they sat a full-sized bed and the table was just before the
4:39:54
bed and it was enough for three people to sit that was basically the size of that
4:40:00
campus yeah well that uh says a lot right there
4:40:09
that's what i said i know things like no things you know describe places like the interior of
4:40:16
that home i could tell you every nook every cranny i could even tell you about the holes that they drilled on the floor
4:40:23
so when they turned on the pellet stove downstairs the wood stove the heat would rise through the floor so the upper part
4:40:32
of the house would get warm they drew they put a hole in the floor
4:40:37
yeah donnie literally drilled one inch hole circular holes throughout
4:40:44
the house earnings hold on one second just one second ernie you better turn it off right now
4:40:50
i'm just telling you nobody streams it for 48 hours you can or you can get struck it's
4:40:58
up to you i've been very good to you
4:41:05
but i'm just saying okay go ahead jose sorry yes so he had
4:41:11
drilled holes on the floor so that the heat would go from the
4:41:16
cellar up into the upper part of the house so it will warm up when it got cold [Music]
4:41:23
yeah they had a few holes all over the place but it was scattered through the whole house yeah
4:41:29
um boston uh actress says um
4:41:36
any info on the shed which set they had three of them
4:41:42
yeah um one of them was uh donny's work shed that's typically where the copperhead
4:41:49
was found you know every time we saw it it was around that area then they had another
4:41:54
shed that was about 50 60 feet more down
4:41:59
that was another [ __ ] that's where the boys um four-wheelers were they're little
4:42:04
motorbikes that they had that donnie had brought them that's where their four-wheelers were stored at
4:42:10
and then the last shed was next to the one building i told you about that
4:42:16
could have been transformed into a home and they could have rented it out but instead they just
4:42:22
basically used it for junk storage okay
4:42:31
um yes yeah i will send him pictures of
4:42:37
both of those um
4:42:48
susan bright
4:43:00
i don't see susan's comment
4:43:08
okay
4:43:22
okay i see you any questions
4:43:29
no sir okay when did summer play
4:43:34
did some when did summer play hide and go seek did she like to play hide and go seek all the time that was one of her
4:43:40
favorite games that she played with her brothers did one of the sheds have a basement in
4:43:47
it like a yeah that's the far shed that i told you about that there's a path that led down
4:43:53
the woods yes okay that's the one okay
4:44:09
um could you ask where people coming through there like random people traffic
4:44:15
or preliminary just them i mean was there like a bunch of people in and out of the house like
4:44:22
people that you didn't know that the kids didn't know was that absolutely not no okay the only
4:44:30
people i believe whoever went there were people who actually knew them knew them
4:44:35
you know never know random person because their house is not
4:44:40
easily found no it's definitely not easily found yeah exactly when you hook that left off the
4:44:46
main road and you on benson their driveway is literally
4:44:51
surrounded by woods you will have to really look to see the entrance way of that driveway and even
4:44:59
when you go up that driveway as i specifically stress to everyone if you
4:45:05
ain't got a truck you're not making it up that driveway there's no car not even your suv uh
4:45:13
nissan moreno uh honda rav4 you would even have problems going up that driveway with one of those
4:45:20
you would literally need a pickup truck or something v8 to make it up that hill
4:45:27
okay did you ever meet a guy named david dodson
4:45:33
no okay uh did candace ever leave summer in the
4:45:40
vehicle to sleep that you know of um no okay
4:45:46
not at all and usually most of the time when candace was with summer
4:45:52
of grandest was with her or somebody else was with her you know with summer so she ever went
4:45:59
into the store she never left summer alone in the car ever at all that was a big no-no for her no
4:46:06
he doesn't know andy uh mama lioness um
4:46:14
do you think uh that anybody could have came up there or
4:46:19
and taken summer within two minutes or do you think summer could have you know
4:46:26
ran outside ran all the way down uh the end of the road and got abducted
4:46:32
within two minutes that's physically impossible
4:46:38
i'm telling you to go up and down that hill for summer it would have took her at least five minutes yeah for a kid for
4:46:44
a kid for sure yes four kids for an adult you're gonna have to trek and i mean
4:46:51
height yeah this is something that you just walking up all casual and nice
4:46:56
you're going through rugged terrain to get up that driveway yes because there's
4:47:02
no smooth pavement at all it's literally tree sticks uh wild trees growing
4:47:08
everywhere on the property you gotta abandon trucks and cars all over the place
4:47:14
it wouldn't have been easy at all it wouldn't definitely would have been a challenge
4:47:19
for sure uh monica uh uh
4:47:25
we um answered a lot of those hun
4:47:31
i'm so glad you're justin
4:47:36
yeah um
4:47:45
thank you very much
4:47:50
yes most questions have been answered we've been here almost five hours so
4:48:01
um jose do you have anything else you want to talk about [Music]
4:48:08
no not really just i hope that
4:48:13
you know this interview enlightened a lot of people you know and i hope it
4:48:19
put a real good uh how can you say perspective on
4:48:25
what these kids were really going through in there and if law enforcement even listened to
4:48:31
this as cps i advise you do not let them change and go back
4:48:37
there ever again because they are not going to be well taken care of
4:48:43
at all whatsoever because they have multiple chances of doing the right thing and instead they
4:48:50
refuse to and just actually speak louder than words just the fact that you don't want
4:48:56
to cooperate it's more than enough to say you don't care
4:49:02
because a parent that loves their child they've got to fight too for now little
4:49:08
child yeah they're gonna reach to the far extent of the world to find their child absolutely they're
4:49:14
not just gonna sit at home and drink and live stream with people
4:49:20
and laugh like nothing ever happened eight months
4:49:25
while your child is still missing yeah no that's impossible
4:49:31
you know what i'm saying how can you even sleep knowing that your child is not there
4:49:38
you know that your child is literally taken from your own if your child is taken from your home do you actually
4:49:45
think i would feel comfortable sleeping in that house knowing that my child was taken from
4:49:50
there absolutely not it would be torture angry i would feel unsafe in that home i
4:49:58
would not trust that home anymore i would question everything
4:50:06
no he was not no he wasn't
4:50:12
okay does candace have anything wrong with
4:50:18
her that makes her facial expressions off
4:50:24
no only when she's drunk liquor does a lot
4:50:30
what you see in her right now was what she would look like when she decided to drink yes
4:50:37
do you know exactly like those videos i was watching it's like i said
4:50:43
the candice that i left that i remembered that's not her
4:50:49
it really isn't that's a totally different woman it really is
4:50:55
yeah you know and things like this yeah thank you change they could definitely change
4:51:01
people you know situations like this definitely and that i wouldn't put past
4:51:07
but what reasons my suspicion is you shouldn't be on live streaming
4:51:13
laughing and giggling when your child is out there missing that's not a laughing matter at all
4:51:19
and you shouldn't say hold live streams and say well this conversation is not about summer it's
4:51:27
about us and and you know what she's doing and things like that just to try to go off beat so
4:51:33
that she can try to heal no one's gonna heal knowing that you don't know what happened to
4:51:40
your child you know when children go miss you never heal from that until you know what
4:51:46
happened to them and their bodies are returned and they're laid to rest
4:51:51
that's when you find some kind of closure and even then it's difficult
4:51:56
but if you're still in the hunt for your child and you're live streaming the way you
4:52:02
are and laughing like that that's well you know what's interesting is she
4:52:08
will live stream with uh you know online but she won't do an interview for the local news
4:52:16
exactly my point exactly i sent that to you uh let's see my point and that's that's
4:52:23
what bothers me about this whole whole situation in itself however you could go
4:52:30
and talk with someone on a video and you won't help law enforcement these
4:52:37
are the people trying to help find your child you know i get they're sketchy at times
4:52:42
but if they're literally breaking their back to you for any little tip
4:52:47
you should be helping them to connect you know
4:52:53
i agree um annie oakley uh jose you are doing
4:52:59
what god sent you to do no one is to blame outside of whoever is involved
4:53:07
thank you hold on one second jose
4:53:13
okay man i have a question now okay go for it
4:53:18
um do you know if candace
4:53:25
liked don's mother
4:53:31
if i knew if candace what if candace got along with dawn's
4:53:37
mother uh um i think she did actually did
4:53:43
candace get along with dawn's mom yeah yeah i think they did
4:53:48
okay bobby cat i think she was basically the one who was like
4:53:53
trying to stay in contact with them especially when uh donnie was in utah she would always call
4:54:00
his sister or you know his parents you know to check up on donnie when donnie
4:54:05
wouldn't pick up the phone and she they're trying to contact him and she will contact the family
4:54:11
and be like i can't find him i don't know where he is he doesn't pick up the phone and they will be like okay we'll
4:54:17
go and check but it was like i said don and his dad oh no
4:54:23
his father hated him thank you happy cat thank you so much bobby cat um
4:54:29
do you do you happen to have any of like old recordings or anything no no i could not
4:54:36
figure he did with your situation right now i didn't
4:54:41
think you would um annie oakley says josie you're doing a godsend no witness to blind okay i read
4:54:47
that okay let's see here
4:54:54
yeah talking about his parents the parents in utah did um
4:55:00
what do you know what if you do answered if you don't that's fine do you know what don's relationship was with his
4:55:06
parents i know his dad hated his goods really
4:55:12
oh yes he did oh they clashed so bad
4:55:19
they've had arguments you know and they would clash his father just
4:55:25
hated him no i never knew what it was but there was something there that dad
4:55:32
and he didn't like each other and you know now that i'm thinking about it that
4:55:37
raised questions too what the hell did you know donny do to dad that dad is so pissed off the way
4:55:44
he is not to forgive his son and talk to his son you know because my kids done bad things
4:55:50
to me but still i forgave them they are my children i love them very much and
4:55:56
eventually you know with god's help i'll get to talk to them again you know that's that's what i wish for
4:56:03
you know as a guy but for him to go all these years hating his
4:56:09
son and to wind up being sick with dementia and still go with the hatred like that
4:56:15
something definitely happened very serious jose did you uh did you see the video of
4:56:23
uh that brief video of summer not the picture we sent you the picture but did you go see the video of summer laying on
4:56:32
the milk jugs yes okay uh
4:56:37
does that sound like grandest voice yes it is okay that's okay that's what i
4:56:43
was i was about to tell you that too okay okay thank you magnolia
4:56:52
you know i thought it was her uh to me it sounded very um midwestern
4:56:58
yeah raspy yeah yeah raspy that's that's his
4:57:03
voice for sure yeah
4:57:08
okay um
4:57:16
can did uh can did uh
4:57:25
did john or not don but did candace and gran grandis or whoever somebody i can't
4:57:31
remember who you told me told you about uh the rendezvous that was going on in
4:57:38
dawn's family with his you know what
4:57:44
his sisters that one oh about um him
4:57:50
s.a and his sister well her stepsister yes well i've got a wish of that
4:57:57
you know from candace herself but it was more of her defending don than it
4:58:04
was throwing him under the bus you know she don't know what she's talking about she's crazy she's trying
4:58:09
to ruin my husband's life you know things like that but
4:58:15
wise [Music] it's puzzling why would she do this if
4:58:20
the daughter wants it missing and she finally has the courage to step forward this is what i mean
4:58:26
you know i digress with this but this is what i mean when i say you cannot understand
4:58:32
what goes through people's minds until you are the victim yourself
4:58:38
only a victim can realize what a victim is feeling and this is what i mean this
4:58:43
woman waited 30 years you know to even come out and speak say something
4:58:49
you know that's 30 years think about that that should make us sit back and have to look at
4:58:57
this whole case at home scenario in a different angle because we're looking at as same people we're looking at us
4:59:04
people with good conscience you know the strong health you know in the mind but
4:59:12
you can't always look at it like that you have to look at it as if you're the victim themselves how would
4:59:18
you feel would you be embarrassed would you hide it are you insecure you know things like that it's scary to speak
4:59:25
about things like that and i'm only telling you that because i'm a victim you know
4:59:30
i'm literally a victim of being molested when i was younger i'm a victim of being
4:59:36
raped i know that feeling you know that's something i had to carry
4:59:41
for over 28 years of my life and it's not easy to come forward and
4:59:47
speak about these things because you feel disgusted about yourself you
4:59:53
feel you're not worth anything at all to nobody you know even though you're young
4:59:58
and you don't know what's going on as you become an adult you start to question your value in society
5:00:05
you know and this is what people don't realize so you know to hear you know sarcastic
5:00:11
you know questions like oh how you couldn't say nothing and you was there and you just disappeared are you a
5:00:18
victim has this happened to you do you know the experience do you know what it feels
5:00:24
like do you know the nightmares every single night of reliving that you
5:00:29
know i'll give you a personal example and this is how i know i'm mentally strong now i'll give you a good example
5:00:36
from my life do you know what it's like to wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air because you think that a
5:00:42
tenancy dick is being shoved down your throat while they're coming in you do you know what that feels like for the
5:00:49
person who are asking that question do you know what it feels like to be held down by six other men while another man
5:00:57
is ramming you from behind oh my god jesus comes out do you know what that feels like do you
5:01:05
know the mental scarring that that does because obviously you must be a person that does it
5:01:11
you know you will have to act something like that because you never experienced that kind
5:01:17
of pain that kind of loneliness but this is why i give it up to donny's
5:01:23
step sister for coming forward because it's hard it really is hard to come forward to
5:01:30
admit that you were dominated in that way and treated like you were trash
5:01:37
you know and dismissed as you have nothing i know what that's like i know that
5:01:42
feeling i experienced it and still to this day i have nightmares and things like that
5:01:50
okay all i can do is get up get on my knees and pray to god to soothe me to
5:01:56
heal me to help me keep going keep pushing forward keep telling people you
5:02:01
worth something you are you know don't think you less of a man
5:02:07
or a woman because that happened to you you know we were dealt the shitty hand
5:02:12
now what are you gonna do to rise from it god's not gonna give you something you can't handle
5:02:19
you know if you're alive it's because he wants you alive there's a purpose that you're here not
5:02:25
everyone knows what it is some something find it sooner than others but when you
5:02:30
realize it the signs have been thrown at you that it's time for you to speak up
5:02:35
because you're no longer weak you're strong because you could talk about it and maybe the words that you speak can
5:02:43
inspire someone else to stand up and say i'm worth it i'm no longer going to let
5:02:50
this dominate my life anymore this does not defy who i am as a person
5:02:57
i am me and i'm going to keep fighting and that's what i say to the listeners
5:03:03
that's how you got to think of it to no longer think of it in your perspective out of your own opinions
5:03:09
because you're not the victim when you are the victim it's when you realize
5:03:15
what they really go into [Music]
5:03:21
second to none said jose you are a phoenix
5:03:27
rising from the ashes and i believe you know you were going
5:03:32
through my mental things even me trying to you know off myself as you can say
5:03:40
i can tell you two times that i've tried that guarantee
5:03:46
without a shadow of a doubt doctor said i definitely should be dead i should be dead
5:03:53
and god kept me alive and i always wondered why why why and why why why why and i'm building
5:04:02
myself back up through these years you know constantly telling myself in
5:04:07
the mirror it's going to be a good day i am somebody i'm going to do this reading the bible you know i'm not perfect
5:04:14
nobody is everyone has problems you know but the more and more i kept
5:04:20
going and then finding out what's going on with summer here's my chance to
5:04:25
review myself here's my chance to fight for someone who cannot speak
5:04:32
at all who's literally in a cloud right now and if what i speak can help her i'm
5:04:38
gonna let it out completely because if no one wants to fight for her i will
5:04:44
and i'm not going to hold nothing back because that girl needs it
5:04:50
yes uh thank you seek karen
5:04:57
uh did candace ever medicate summer to calm
5:05:02
her down uh no not the child okay oh no absolutely not
5:05:09
okay uh alex erickson okay
5:05:16
alex you can turn it off now
5:05:24
or you can be struck whatever you want to do um
5:05:30
48 hours guys that's all i ask is just 48 hours um
5:05:37
guys i i i literally can't thank jose enough
5:05:44
from the bottom of my heart for just
5:05:50
talking to me first of all and wanting to
5:05:57
fill in the gaps that he knows
5:06:03
and um you know jose will be the first to tell you that
5:06:09
he has made poor decisions as i have and as i'm sure you have as at a point in
5:06:15
your life but what i know about jose right now i wish
5:06:21
i could tell you guys because you would be so freaking proud of him
5:06:27
but i do want you to know that
5:06:34
jose is doing amazing amazing things and he
5:06:41
has really turned his mess into a message as i like to say
5:06:47
and you know life is a constant
5:06:53
journey we're constantly moving and evolving and there's always
5:06:58
going to be bumps in the road but that still doesn't mean that you
5:07:04
can't triumph and be better and do better and know better
5:07:11
um so jose i really just want to thank you
5:07:18
sincerely and i thank you for giving me the opportunity to finally you
5:07:24
know speak out because this time i think you know i was in the shadows too long
5:07:32
and it goes back to the remark i said people were always prevailed with people and staying by into that
5:07:39
and i'm not going to stand by and not do nothing no longer you know someone got to speak out
5:07:45
someone got to call their [ __ ] and i'm calling it we're all red flags and oh i'm calling
5:07:52
it i'm calling you out candice i'm calling you i've done and you remember i'm not one that runs
5:07:59
from i stood right in front of your face face to face you've seen my eyes you've seen my
5:08:06
demeanor i run from no one and i'm not gonna run away from y'all
5:08:12
trying to undermine whatever's going on you want to throw me under the bus go ahead do it
5:08:18
because i guarantee you take my legs god's gonna give me rings one way or another i'm gonna fly
5:08:25
you're the one who's gonna have to deal with that gift for the rest of your life that's
5:08:33
right and you know even if they didn't do something no one uh you know if they know
5:08:38
something whoever knows something just just make it right
5:08:46
while you can while you're alive rather than wait
5:08:52
and have to pay for it a much worse consequence on the other side in my opinion absolutely
5:08:59
make it right in this life make it right in this life and that's not just with summer that's make it
5:09:07
right with somebody you have wronged well right or your family members make it right
5:09:16
that is absolutely the right message
5:09:21
i want everyone who's listening you have a grudge against someone
5:09:26
someone has done you wrong i get it i really do
5:09:32
and i'm not talking to the ones who's mentally healthy and strong i'm talking to the one who's been victimized even to
5:09:39
the victims out there i want to tell you something he's right
5:09:45
he's 100 right they may have done you wrong
5:09:51
but you know what makes us better god gave us a powerful weapon and you know what it is
5:09:56
forgiveness because through that you're gonna find love
5:10:02
and love abundantly you're gonna find that just you
5:10:08
forgiving is gonna break the chains and all that weight is gonna fall off
5:10:14
because you're no longer gonna drag it around anymore it no longer controls you it can't weigh
5:10:20
you down if anything you can use that as a platform to build from
5:10:26
because it makes you a stronger person and if you're around someone
5:10:32
you know that you had an argument with or or you know a dispute with you pick
5:10:39
up the phone call them on facebook forgive them
5:10:45
you know hey bury the hatchet because one thing for sure i know we're not guaranteed tomorrow
5:10:52
no one is so it's better for you to make the men's from now
5:10:58
i'm still on that battle right now with my own children and it's not an easy road but it doesn't mean i'm gonna give
5:11:05
up because i know eventually the lord's gonna give me
5:11:10
what i want so the moment he feels i'm not ready and i accept it thank you my
5:11:16
journey has to continue then it will but believe me forgive
5:11:22
and push on we only got to become stronger once you let everything go
5:11:30
okay all right
5:11:40
all right well thank you jose i appreciate it um
5:11:51
yes thank you very much and if you have any questions
5:11:56
um we'll be more than happy to answer them for you yeah
5:12:02
we'll do anything we can for you jose you know that um
5:12:07
guys really thank you for being here uh in support of
5:12:14
summer jose me everyone just thank you from the bottom
5:12:20
of my heart gratitude to each of you um
5:12:29
you know i think uh we've said enough we've been on here five hours and 12 minutes
5:12:36
i'm sorry no don't ever no don't you dare say sorry there's nothing to be sorry about sir
5:12:42
uh iris rainbow says jose we all make mistakes blessings and absolutely that's
5:12:48
another thing um the mistakes that we make um
5:12:55
i think we need to also forgive for the ones that has you know
5:13:00
trespassed against us too that doesn't mean you don't take action but it means you know you got to forgive
5:13:06
as well so can't let people run over you um
5:13:12
all right guys god bless you thank you all for being here
5:13:17
um and have a good night and i'm sure we'll
5:13:22
be in touch with jose very soon again and as
5:13:28
things progress and as everything does in life uh
5:13:37
you know we'll we'll be uh we'll be all
5:13:42
i'm sure we'll be together with him again for sure all right guys good night god bless each
5:13:48
and every
